Man! Do I love me a seafood boil! Stopped by during a Disney world vacation trip. The Service is amazing. Quick and polite! Everyone is smiling. Doesn't feel like California! Anyways! We came on a Monday night and got a seafood boil, fried shrimp, and buffalo wings. All the food was good! Not the best I've had but satisfied the craving. The prices are also pretty good!

Got to watch Sunday football here the Ravens and the Chiefs. They have a huge full wall screen. The only set back is it goes to the floor and there is a table like right in front of it, so if the play went too far to the bottom of the screen, you would end up watching the people at that table. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great as well.

The ambiance was a little different here, but maybe because I was there on a Tuesday night. I bet it's a happening place on a Friday through the weekend. Definitely heavy on the "sports bar" vibe. But honestly, it didn't matter. The seafood was amazing! I got the mixed boil, 1/2 pound of snowcrab legs and a 1/2 pound of whole shrimp. It was a lot of food-- but in a perfect way. I got the crafty cajun seasoning. I lived in Louisiana for 10 years. And I would classify the crafty cajun seasoning as "mild" -- it really wasn't that spicy. But nonetheless, delicous! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visit, but not for a romantic date... just for good seafood! Service was good-- fast, polite, and attentive.

One of my favorite places to go. Always a good time. Great staff. Good prices. The food is always hot. They always have specials on the boils. The drinks never disappoint. Did I say how nice and professional the staff are. No matter how busy they are which scores a lot of points with me. I have gone back several times and will continue to go

We came here after a work conference and the seafood was delicious! The wait staff was super friendly and accommodated a big group of us with ease. There was plenty of places to sit and a large bar area. I highly recommend the boil- it was seasoned to perfection! The decorations and vibes in the restaurant were fun as well. If you're craving seafood definitely check this place out!

8 of the 10 hush puppies with boom boom sauce

I wanted some Floridian cuisine while I'm down here, and since this place is based in Florida, we went for it. Things started well enough, brought to our table, order went in promptly, bucket sat on our table... the bucket being standard for a seafood restaurant. I get it. Okay, so let's start with the food. Hushpuppies were decent, small but not bad for 50 cents a pop, and they came unannounced with a sauce. Problem #1: lack of announcement. I would have chosen a sauce different from the one I ordered with my meal, to have a bit of a comparison. The Boom Boom sauce is good, but ended up a bit overused. We got done, our order came out shortly after, and the waitress came out twice in short order to check on how we were doing. The second time, she brought us more water. The mussels were fine, all healthy and I enjoyed dipping them. Generous portion of cole slaw. So overall the food gets a solid 4 from me. Wish there was something spicier than just the cayenne powder they brought (read on). Next, the ambiance. It's a bit too large in there. There's a bar in the middle, and from anywhere in the house you can see everywhere in the house. Could have used lower ceilings or something to set the bar aside. It just felt empty there with a lot of space between the bar and the tables. 2.5. Service: I noted the positives above. The first negative was when I breathed a little cayenne in. I was coughing copiously, even as our waitress came to the table, but she didn't ask "are you okay?" or anything similar. Then - this is a special case here - at one point I dropped part of a mussel in the sauce-cayenne mixture and _powder splashed into my eye_. Medical emergency, and I am not joking. I jumped up, ran around with my one good eye open, and saw not a single staff member on the floor. No waitstaff. No bartender. No front greeter. I had to use my friend's ice water to begin rinsing my eye, then brought that to the bathroom to fill with warm water and keep rinsing. People at other tables were looking... but no service at all. I came out of the bathroom, dripping towels and holding a water glass to my eye, pouring water into that bucket they'd brought to the table. At this point a couple of staff were back on the floor - none of them noticed this. When our waitress returned, I told her what happened and said we needed to just take the check and go. "Do you want anything else?" "No we need to go." "Do you want the check now or...?" Canned responses. Service gets a solid 1 star, and that's unfortunate because it started so strong, including from the waitress herself. 4 + 2.5 + 1 averages right on the bubble. Since mine was a unique case I will round up, but I hope the owners notice this and do a better job having someone out on the floor at all times and looking around to check on diners _just. in. case._ You never know whose eye, or whose life, you might save. (P.S.: I think I have avoided any major damage. I typed this review with both eyes open.)

Crafty Crab is one of those spots where you immediately know it's going to be a fun meal. The place is lively, music's going, people are cracking shells everywhere, and the whole setup just feels very local and laid-back. It's casual, a little messy in the best way, and perfect if you're going in ready to eat. I ordered the large seafood platter with an extra 1/2 lb of sausage, and went with the Boom medium seasoning. First off -- the portions are no joke. The tray came out stacked with seafood, corn, potatoes, and sausage, all coated evenly in sauce. Definitely the kind of meal where you roll up your sleeves and commit. The Boom medium seasoning was the right call. It had a good kick without overpowering the food, which I really appreciated. The spice was there, but you could still taste the seafood and everything stayed flavorful instead of just being hot for no reason. The sausage and potatoes especially soaked up the seasoning perfectly. Service was great the whole time. Chris, our server, was super friendly and checked in just enough without hovering. Jeff, the host, was welcoming from the start and kept things moving smoothly even though the place was busy. Overall, Crafty Crab hit all the marks for me -- big portions, bold flavors, great service, and a fun atmosphere. If you're in the mood for a seafood boil that doesn't hold back and still feels relaxed, this is an easy spot to recommend.

My mom told me she had been craving crab legs, and we happened to drive by this Crafty Crab so it became our dinner. Parking was easy as the restaurant is in a plaza with several other restaurants and stores. We were quickly seated as we walked in and I noticed on their chalkboard that they had a Lobster special for $46! This seafood boil included a lobster tail, half a pound of crab legs, shrimp, corn, and two potatoes. We ordered it with the garlic butter sauce along with an order of hush puppies. Everything came out hot and delicious. Our server Brooklynn had a great personality and was very attentive to our table. I would definitely consider coming back to this restaurant when I'm in the area.

Stopped by Crafty Crab and had a solid experience. The fried calamari was nice and crispy, and the fried shrimp with onion rings hit the spot. Service was good and everything came out quickly. It's basically fast-food style seafood, but done well. Good option when you're looking for something quick and tasty.

They should bring this concept to TX. Oh wait, they have it already! Lol, I just didn't know about it at all until I stopped in?! How have I never heard of it? I went all the way to Orlando, FL to realize this is a tasty but pricey place to enjoy some seafood in a bag (seafood boil). The place was large, and only a few tables were occupied. We basically had a whole section to ourselves, which I love, thank you, hostess for seating us in the back! Until a large bday party was down the way from us, but it was ok. Drinks - We came just in time for happy hour, so we indulged. I had the Mango rita- tasty. Next, I believe tequila sunrise? Not as tasty. Food - After consulting with our server about what I was interested in, I went with a big bag of seafood boil goodies. I got 1 lb of Dungeness crab, 1 lb of King crab, 1 lb of Snow crab, and 1 lobster tail. I got through it as much as I could, but I had to take some home. Feel free to take your bag home, too. My sauce level was medium. I got the BOOM sauce, and I recommend that choice. Service- Our server was good, a young asian gentleman with a positive attitude and glasses. Will try and find his name. If you decide to indulge in what I got, it's an expensive meal, probably $90+ worth of seafood. Be sure to bring a big wallet for this franchise that's sprawled across the south. Overall, good experience.

Hands down the best food I had in Orlando. The food was so fresh and full of flavor. They have several locators you can choose from and the amount of heat you want. The flavor is amazing. The service was above and beyond the waiter went over the menu with us and was very patient with me asking all these questions. He was just amazing I definitely gave him a generous tip. The place is a whole vibe on its own they have fun decor a huge crab on the wall that was my favorite. This is a very family friendly place don't pass this place up. We walked in and were seated immediately they did get really busy as we were ordering. but it looked like they were seating people quickly. I will definitely be back next time i'm in orlando.

Small Seafood Platter. Cajun Seasoning, medium heat.

4.5-Stars. Very clean establishment! Wait staff was polite and attentive. For two adults, we shared the "Small Seafood Platter," which was the perfect amount of food. (3) halves of crab, mussels, clams, shrimp, crayfish, corn, and potato. Crabby Cajun seasoning with medium heat. Mussels were huge. Few clams were duds and did not open. Very tasty seasoning, flavorful without being overly salty. We'll be back the next time we're in the area.

As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

We had the gigantic pretzel, corn bread and biscuits, two Edison Burgers, the PBB sandwich, and our table mates ordered the steak and salmon. In general the burgers were good, though one of ours was missing half the bottom bun and the rest of the bun was really stale, and the sandwich lacked flavor and was a bit one note. Our dinner guests mentioned the steak was really good but the salmon was just okay. Our waiter Garret was pretty good, it wasn't overly busy but he did seem to struggle just a bit keeping up with his tables and there were times when we had to reach out to passing staff for silverware or refills.
