Right after my car was finished being repaired from the previous accident I went home and within one night somebody backed into my car on accident. I brought my car back a day later back to Sterling where Robert was my advisor. Robert worked very well with me, answered all my questions and concerns, and kept me updated via email throughout the entire process. The staff there was unresponsive, did not call back as promised by the receptionist, and blamed the insurance company for the delays. Very non-responsive and not forthcoming to say the least. Had to get a rental while while my car was in the shop (minor side-swipe with almost no visible damage) and they had my car for about a month with no updates. My insurance and Enterprise continued to reach out throughout this process and I was told the shop would not answer or when they did they refused to provide details as to why no progress had been made on the repair. If you call in they'll tell you the person you're looking for is no longer in for the day (at 1pm on a weekday, every weekday?) I went into the store myself to further press the issue and they still had no answer for me. Plus I I heard the front desk take a call, customer asked for somebody, front desk asked that person if they wanted to talk to them and they said no, and the front desk told the caller that person was no longer in. Needless to say, insurance would only cover my rental for the process where actual repairs were being made, and because the shop could not provide any evidence as to why the repairs took so long, ended up having to pay for most of the rental myself. read more

This is my 3rd review for this business. I have left the first two negative reviews with the word "scam" about their service and the vendor messaged me to remove that word. But I didn't understand why they did it instead of solving this problem. I log into my yelp account today and could see 2 messages from them, they threated me that they will do legal action to my review which contains the words "scam". They also said I was lying on reviews about them. I just wrote what I felt for this issue, I didn't lie. I was annoyed and anxious about it and deleted my review, of course, I captured them. My complaints about their business were, 1. They kept my vehicle about 3 weeks for the minor collision, the insurance company estimated about $800 but they charged much more than that to the insurance company, they also kept my vehicle much longer than their own estimated time. 2. They didn't contact me to explain about delaying, I needed to contact them to ask about the status of my vehicle and it kept delaying more and more. 3. I needed to spend my own money to pay for the rental car because they kept my car much longer than the insurance company allowed to the case. 4. When I asked them for the reimbursement for the rental car, then they told me there was the solution. I was glad to hear that but they asked me to claim to my insurance company to get the reimbursement even though the accident was not my fault at all and the cost accrued by their delayed work process. I was so frustrated. 5. I still don't know if I use the wrong word about this issue. I doubt if it was the best way they treat the customer who has a complaint about their service. read more

The color is awesome, the orange peel matches the OEM orange peel and the finish is shiny and smooth. I had Sterling Collision fix my Macan that was hit in a parking lot and damaged the entire mirror as well as driver door. I'm very picky and was afraid the paint would not match or I could see where it was repaired. When I got it back it was perfect paint was spot on and the mirror was good. I worked with Robert and he always was responsive and made sure the car was fixed correctly. I just got a scratch on the back bumper and I'll be calling them on Monday to have it repaired. Had a great experience with Tiffany as my rep. She kept me informed every step of the way and it was done prior to their estimate. I had a few special requests like saving my old emblem and leaving a badge off of the trunk which she took care of. She told me to come back if I ever decide to put the badge on and they'll take care of it. The car looks great. It was so detailed, better than when I bought it new There were even diagonal vacuum marks on the mats. Hopefully I don't need to go back any time soon, but this is where I'd go if insurance is picking up the tab. read more
