It was absolutely delicious in terms of texture and flavor, though even that could've used a bit more seasoning. Now...the barbecue sauce. This was the biggest letdown for me. It honestly tasted like applesauce, which just isn't my thing at all. They only had two sauce options, and I really wish there was more variety, especially for a place branding itself as Texas barbecue. Overall, it was just okay. I don't think I'd go back--not because it was terrible, but because I'm from Texas and I'm very picky about my barbecue, especially the sauce.
