Found this place while looking for a hookah bar in the area. This was an amazing find. The drinks, the decor, and the food were all amazing. We couldn't believe this place existed on fowler. The chicken shawarma was probably the best I've ever had. EVER!!!! The hookah by far was much better than I've had at other places. The service by far was A+++++. Did I mention the shawarma? Fire hookahs. The bar tending lady with the dreads is very personable and very nice. Drink specials and amazing food. The Jamaican guy in the back can cook super amazing food. Good place to eat and smoke hookah and do some schoolwork or to just relax. They also got a patio bar with pool. read more

Happy I finally visited Crave. The restaurant has murals of pyramids, stars of the desert night, camels etc. on the walls. The space was a lot larger than it appears from the outside & the owner was friendly & inviting. During my visit I had a rose, pomegranate & mint hookah mix & it was absolutely delightful. A friend and we're in the area actually heading over to a nearby chain restaurant and we decided to try Crave instead. What a jem this place is. The owner was in and recommended the Arrays for appetizer. I had the mixed grill and my friend the burger and fries. Food was excellent! I'll be back for sure! read more

This business puts garbage advertisements on cars as a last resort for advertisement and there's a reason they have to resort to car advertisement junk. This place is absolutely awful and desperate for business. Service sucks, the people are inconsiderate, and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I usually have a really great time at this establishment. Last night was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered at any place of business. Crave Hookah Lounge advertises a menu with printed prices for service(see attached). There was no one in there except for the group that I brought with me. Being that I brought them all their business for the night the service could have been much better. We were overcharged for a bottle when the menu clearly stated it was a $29 bottle. The manager charged us $50 just because, when we asked to talk to the manager he replied he was busy but he was just smoking hookah in front of us....we were charged for food we sent back because it was totally disgusting and still had to pay because the waitress was being very nasty with us, she knew nothing related to anything at all. Horrific service. This place is unethical and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for unethical and shady business practices. So I decided to go here last night with a group of people and based on the reviews I was expecting a great experience but got the complete opposite. To begin, the service was absolutely horrible! We all ordered drinks and it took at least 30-40 mins just to get them and it was not a busy night at all. When we got the drinks, we sent one back because it was horrible and they still charged us for it. So then we ordered the hookah and we asked our server which one she recommended, the Double Apple W/ Mint is what we got but the taste was horrible so we didn't even proceed to hit the hookah, so I asked if there was a way where we cannot get charged for the hookah and they would not make the exception. However, they mixed the flavor to make it taste "better" but it was still the same. The music was great, food was great, and the decorations were nice. I like how they had pool tables but it was still difficult to go through one game because there wasn't that much space to play. Overall, we made the best of it but it's definitely our last time! Felt like we were overcharged, service was horrible and they couldn't even accommodate. They need to do better. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! It is a nightclub, not a restaurant. Nothing about the experience went right. Even though no other diners were present, the tables and floors were not clean. The three staff members were on their phones. I ordered a beer from the bartender, who was also the server. A few minutes later she came to the table and said she didn't have it. So, I chose a beer whose tap I could see 5 feet away. She went back to the bar and said that that beer wasn't available either. I had to get a bottled beer instead. When my friend and I ordered our food, the bartender/server did not know what any of the menu items were, even though we requested the most basic Mediterranean dishes. She had to go get a pad to write down our 3-item order. My friend's food came after about 15 min. The server brought it on a sticky plastic tray and didn't bother removing the dishes from the tray. The dolmades were cold, hard, and dry, as though they'd been sitting uncovered in a fridge for days. The baba ghanouj was also not fresh and even had a strange flavor as though it had started to go bad. The server said my gyro would be "right out." Fifteen minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. We had to ask the server about it. (She never checked on us and hadn't even remembered to bring us silverware.) "Five more minutes," she said. When it finally came, the gyro tasted like it had been frozen, and the house salad was a small pile of undressed iceberg lettuce with some tomato and cucumber chunks. This dining disaster put me back $34. This place is the worst excuse for a restaurant I've ever seen. read more
