Brandon came out first and explained in detail what was wrong with my very old a/c unit. He explained all options with me and the costs for repair and replacement. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. It was less expensive to replace the unit. He also explained the 6 months no finance charge plan with me. That worked out perfectly as well. Then came Nick, Owen, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Kyle to complete the work. The office staff, Vanessa. Michelle, and Ashley were also very helpful and extremely courteous. The timing was perfect and they ALL worked together and made sure that my air conditioning unit and ductwork was installed with perfection. The cost was also unbelievably low. After installation, the airflow was a little loud when the fan blowed. No problem. They came right back out with a week and installed a new vent so the airflow would be more quiet. It was perfect. I TRULY am proud of how they truly care about their customers and are expert team workers. TEAMWORK MAKES DREAMWORK! They are an excellent team. I truly thank God for all of them. I have to also give Honor and Praise God Almighty and to Pat Cutlip, who loves The Lord and serve Him faithfully. He gave me a reasonable quote, lower than i expected and showed up the day that he promised to do the job. He was very knowledgeable, and professional and i wish there were more jobs i needed him for. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty! Also note that other places you call for vent cleaning quote you an amount to come and give you an estimate, then later will not take off the amount you paid for the estimate off of the job. But Duane is kind and honest.

They would not come back the same day and I was told that they could not schedule me until 9 days later. When on the phone I was told that they only do appointments in the morning time because emergencies to precedence in the afternoons. I was also berated by them telling me I needed to be more available and that I needed to cater to them even though their company is said to be open until 10 p.m. I was very disappointed with how I was treated this time around and I refuse to work with them or refer them to any friends in the future.

An appointment was made for the same week. The day of the appointment after changing my doctors appointment to accommodate the cleaning appointment I got a call about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment that they had problems with the truck, so the appointment would need to be changed to the next day. I agreed. The day of the appointment no one came nor called, so I called the customer service number listed on the website and I was told that they would transfer me a message, then the call dropped. They were very apologetic...it was the new guy in training so I wasn't too upset with his mistake. He's still learning. They forget to move the bed back and I had to ask them to move the table back along with cleaning a few areas they missed but they were overall pretty good.
