So happy we finally paid a visit. My husband and I both got our regular vanilla lattes and I got a chorizo burrito while he ordered a regular breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious!! (Highly recommend, but you don't have to take my word for it.) We came back a couple weeks later and this time I got the Spellbound (i believe it's a cappuccino with briwn sugar). Their coffee is so smooth and has a nice body. I'm so happy we have a café to go to that's local and flavorful. (It might just take the lead on my Taylor Lane...)

They have: * breakfast items like avocado toast & breakfast burritos * salads * great sandwiches * wood-fired pizza * dessert pastries * A nice selection of micro-brew beers on tap Service is fast, and they're happy to explain the menu or recommend things. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. There is indoor seating and a nice patio area (which is dog friendly). My favorite sandwich is the buratta - roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, pesto, and balsamic vinegar on a ciabatta roll. (I always split it with my dog.) By the way, the name is an homage to the classic Alfred Hitchcock film "Vertigo" (1958). The climactic scene in the movie was filmed at Mission San Juan Bautista.

I tried the pandan latte and was pleasantly surprised on how you could still taste the pan although it is not as strong as I've had with matches I think with the coffee it went really well to add extra aroma to the milk. It had the perfect amount of caffeine. The kiosk to order can be a little confusing. Not everything is uploaded with pictures, which could be more helpful for our first time customers. I ended up helping a couple next to me. Look for the burrito because it was labeled somewhere else in menu. If I have time to dine in, I would love to try everything on the menu. It looks so good. They even have Korean style toast here. On Mother's Day the seats were all taken as everyone was just chilling there, but I think it's a great spot on weekdays to do work or grab a quick brunch with friends. The area is very spacious and not tight like some other coffee shops.

Flavor is not diluted by melting ice and neither is the caffeine. 10/10 will return for my cold brew when working in Santa Clara. Ambiance: looks like an inviting place to sit and work and they have snacks! Quick service and very clean (:

They use single origin light-medium roast beans at their coffee bar and sell bags for home, too. I only use their beans at home. Their quad-shot latte with whole milk is banger. Ps. If you're a pseudo coffee lover who is more interested in killing the coffee with burnt (dark roast) beans, pumps of vanilla or pumpkin syrups, etc, this is not your jam. This is the areas spot for just extremely good unadulterated espresso coffees, done right. No noobs.

We walked in as a family (me, husband, our baby) and while we were deciding what to order husband asked for the restroom code. The tall male employee looked us up and down and said so, you gonna buy some coffee? Husband said yes...why? The employee said "I just need to know if you're planning on buying something or just here to use the restroom . " Why would we come up to the counter , peruse the menu and bring the baby inside if that was our only goal? It was so off-putting. Anyhoo, the interior was nice all black and some sort of rock/ metal playing. There's magnetic tiles to Create your own conspiracy or statement and other conspiracy type decor . I got a 5G is killing our bees which was nice and smooth flavored espresso drink and husband tried the NZT 49 which he liked. but only thing is we regretted not trying a black cold brew or shot of espresso to really taste their coffee. Maybe next time. And hopefully next time that particular employee will chill out a little bit on their restroom. Might I add, this was my 2nd attempt to go to this location. The first time they were randomly closed at 1230pm. Wish they would at least post a heads-up online or something.

Happen to be around and felt that I have to grab their coffee. I ordered pecan latte and flatwhite with oat milk and LOVE IT! I sometimes grab their beans too so that I can drink coffee at home. I got my coffee pretty fast (barista was so kind) and was able to sit down a little bit, enjoying the weather (it was raining in the morning which was perfect for coffee :))

They had some Fanime specials for the con (katsu and egg salad sandwiches, spam musubi), seasonal drinks, of course coffees and teas, and non caffeinated drinks, as well as some food too (heated up pastries, both sweet and savory). There's a restroom with a code and a couple seats and tables with outlets to charge your devices. Service was welcoming and efficient especially after the crowds started to pick up. I got the: 1) Egg Salad Sando: -You can tell these were handmade in store. They had cute washi tape to hold the packaging together. -Solid egg salad sandwich. Slightly sweet white bread and generous amount of egg salad inside the sandwich. Creamy mayo taste that isn't too sour or tart, lots of egg in it. Perfect for an anime con next door. 2) Cappuccino: -I got this no sugar and sugar free and it came out with some pretty latte art. I thought it was mostly ok and boyfriend thought so too, but after several sips and when it was too late since we really had to get to the con, it just became too disgustingly sweet for him and he had to throw it away. 3) Yuzu Fresh Fruit Sparkler: -Yuzu puree with sparkling soda water. -Refreshing and not bad, but even after mixing this was a bit sweeter than what I would have liked and again, in our rush to leave, we couldn't really get this adjusted. I ended up pouring most of it in a water bottle to enjoy later and put in my bag. But ended up not finishing it in the end. Maybe next year I'll try again or just stick to the food stuffs.
