This is one of my favorite spots to visit on Long Island. The crepes are great. I love that they have seasonal crepes in addition to their regular menu. All of the sweet crepes are rich and you'll leave feeling happy. Some stand outs are the smores crepe and the apple pie crepe, all with whipped cream of course. This is definitely a great date spot, especially a first date spot. You can order a crepe and sit on the couch and play board games. My first visit to Crazy Crepe Cafe today was very pleasant! I went during an off hour so there was no one else there, but luckily, the bell on the door let them know I came in. The lady who helped me was very nice and courteous. The place is much more spacious than I imagined it would be and it's a very comfortable, homey atmosphere. The space was clean and organized and had plenty of tables and seats. I also noticed there's a corner by the front with a bunch of books and board games! I was surprised by the vast menu, which not only has sweet and savory crepes, but also smoothies, soups, salads, wraps, Belgian waffles, and breakfast crepes (served all day)! I ordered a Thanksgiving crepe to go and was very satisfied! It tasted good and I like how they packed it--very thorough and neat. The container kept my crepe warm until I got home. I like that it came with a side salad, which had a nice dressing. My only suggestion would be to use more fresh cranberry sauce than the canned stuff. I think it's a good portion for a light lunch or a heavy snack (maybe I'm just a big eater). ALSO! They have açaí bowls!!! I will definitely be coming back to try one!
