I have been here once before and I came back. I like this place. We tried the tofu appetizer...it was tasty. We followed with seaweed salad, dynamite roll, shrimp tempura roll and California roll. AND salmon teriyaki dinner, chicken noodle soup (udon) and mixed tempura. ALL delicious. We did not have room for the green tea ice cream dessert. (Go figure.) Accidentally ordered the garlic sashimi - not regular, when it arrived I voiced that was not what I wanted and waiter states well that was what I ordered! Too bad. I went for lunch yesterday with my brother. It was me and my brother and another couple that was finishing up. The host/ waitress was very rude, she just had a very bad attitude, we asked for a straw 3 times and didn't get one until we got up. She brought out my brothers food first and handed it to him and sort of shoved it at him. To the point I was ready to walk out. I had just sold a car and had a ton of cash so came by to spend some of it. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. No one so much as greeted me or gave me water or a menu. But if you're that busy, you are supposed to acknowledge the customer and let them know that you will be with them shortly. The sushi is fresh and the prices are reasonable ($5-7 per roll). There are a mix of standard and custom sushi on the menu. We had the New Mexico, the spicy salmon, the vegetable, the crunchy, and the alaska rolls. All very good. Beware though, the spicy rolls are built for people in the southwest, so they are HOT! I am extraordinarily sad to give this rating. Crazy fish has been my favorite sushi restaurant since the early 2000s. We go here for birthdays, special events and minimally once per month. So, we went last night and apparentlythey were putting in a new point of sale system. somehow, our entire order dis not make it in. When the server came with our bill we told him we still had food coming Kit had been over 45 min). He checked with the chef and the chef said there are no other orders. One might think he would place the order again, talk to the other server and see what happened or do some kind of intervention. He chose to do nothing. The other server came around and we told her we were waiting for our food she spoke with the sushi chef and he said it was still not in, so she managed to place it. The chef then finished every other customers order and did not do our. After an additional 25 minutes, we just asked for the check. The server did not charge us, but when we asked the sushi chef why he didn't make our order when he knew we were waiting, he said "it wasn't my fault". This was the sushi chef/ manager. he took no resppnaibility and did not apologize. In addition, I told the male server that we had been there for over 75 minutes waiting for food and he shrugged his shoulders. He didn't care at all. I'm so sad that this happened because it was one of my favorite places. But, I can't justify spending anymore money there after being treated like that when I have spent thousands of dollars at that place. I guess it's time to find a new sushi restaurant. read more

The only reason I am giving them one star is because their sushi was very good. The service was awful. Both of my times there I waited for over an hour and a half for my food. I found a ball of plastic wrap in the bottom of my salad and a hair in a bowl of rice. The waitress argued with me on something I didn't order. She said I ordered a crunch roll and I am a vegetarian so I definitely didn't. They made me pay for the salad and never brought me a new one.
