Considering there's not a lot of tables for patrons to sit, i think the ones they do have should be wiped down more routinely. Overall pretty mediocre for the price. If you're near maybe stop by for some ice cream but in my opinion, not worth a trip out of the way.

So glad they are in downtown. Perfect when I have a sweet tooth. They have great varieties of ice cream flavors, chocolate mint, green tea, cookies and cream, rock road, soy mint the list goes on! You have options for ice cream sandwich. Cookies selections are red velvet, chocolate chips, sugar cookie and a few more selections... Can't think of it on top of my head. Having a brain freeze over my yummy cookies and cream with warm red velvet cookies. It's absolutely heaven and yummy for the tummy. Did I mention many toppings to pick from too, gummy bears, sprinkles, chocolate chips, cookies... Name it they got it. The hardest part for me is to figure out whAt mood I'm in and what I want in my ice cream sandwich. Summertime can get busy but staff is pretty efficient. I usually come every weekend after having drinks with friends and honestly, it's the best way to end our nights. I order double chocolate chip with banana ice cream and some hot fudge on top of my sandwich. I'm always happy to go here because the two ladies that always work on Fridays are the best! Always have nice music and great customer service (Jap and Naely) I think that's their names. BUT the reason that I give this cream location 4 stars instead of 5 is because they NEVER have churros or waffle base and I understand this isn't the workers fault, but I notice a lot of the time items are out of stock and the workers get shit for it. The line is long but moves very quickly. Quick to order, quick to make sandwiches, quick to pay. I came at 10pm on a Sunday night. The cookies start off warm but cool very quickly, melting the ice cream in the process. My lips and all 10 fingers were not spared from the sticky mess. Then again, I am a voracious eater. Good, cold, super sweet bite for relatively cheap, though for the money, I would opt for boba or other sweet treat. BUTTT for the first time on Sunday (July 11) me and my boyfriend came here around 5:15ish after lunch.There was a girl working there who was extremely unprofessional. She was unorganized, out of it, and rude. Most of the ice cream looked melted. The shop was very messy and surprisingly it was a bad experience. I've never been to a C.R.E.A.M. establishment but I've heard they are the rave. The line moved quickly, which I liked. This location is small and there is no place to sit inside or outside which was annoying because I wanted to share a few minutes with my 3 year old son over ice cream. He ordered a scoop with marshmallows and I ordered an ice cream sandwich. The sandwich was great...fresh warm cookies with ice cream. When I tasted his scoop...the ice cream was more icy than creamy and not rich like Cold Stone or Ben and Jerry's. They also offer free tastings, which is perfect if you're having a hard time deciding. The place is clean, the staff are attentive and friendly, and there's plenty of parking right outside. There were 24 different ice creams to choose from, as well as pints/quarts to buy separate. Cones cost more but nothing outrageous. The server was so kind and helpful and got us some samples. I got a small scoop of "Heaven" and Heaven, it was! Cookies/brownies, peanut butter, chocolate swirled in vanilla ice cream- yum!! My husband got a plain vanilla because he wanted to make an affogato. Unfortunately, happy scoops didn't have decaf but the did have regular if you're not affected by caffeine. This was a delicious experience and we will be back!

What first caught my eye were the adorable ice cream cones shaped like Pokémon characters. They're seriously cute and clearly take some skill to make. The shop wasn't busy when we arrived, which was perfect since we were just looking for a quick bite. The server was polite and helpful, directing us to the self-order screen to place our order. Everything was simple and straightforward. While the ice cream did take a little time to come out, it's totally understandable considering the amount of detail that goes into shaping the character cones. I also ordered a side of curly fries, and they were honestly just as satisfying as the ice cream. They were made fresh, hot, and perfectly crunchy--exactly how I like them. Between the fun presentation, friendly service, and surprisingly tasty food, Momacado ended up being a great little stop.
