I researched custom cakes for a while for my baby shower, and I knew I wanted to go with Creamypond after seeing the photos and reviews. Her aesthetic, attention to detail and clean execution were exactly what I was looking for, and she more than delivered! I literally just gave her random ideas and a picture of a doll I bought for inspiration for the cake, and she came up with a beautiful and amazingly cute design that was so perfect. My husband and our guests were very impressed as well. Cake and cupcakes were not only well designed, but also tasted great, the flavor including the icing was not too sweet or heavy. The cake also stayed intact in a very warm outdoor area for several hours. On top of that, her prices are extremely reasonable. I couldn't have imagined a better experience for my first custom design cake.

I'm beyond late writing this review but still need to; otherwise, I wouldn't be doing the owner any justice. I think I found her Instagram page and began emailing her. She was prompt during our correspondence and I think I began emailing her three months before the event which was for my daughter's first birthday. Since it was the first bday, I really wanted a special custom cake for the pictures of course but the taste was good too! Not too dry and not too moist which is how I like my cakes. I got chocolate which was good. Now the look! If you are going for the looks, look no further. She executed! I sent her some Pinterest inspiration pictures and told her what I wanted and didn't want from those pictures and I drew her a horrible picture of exactly what I wanted with what colors and man, she really followed through and was gracious about it. I even sent her Pinterest pics of cows since my daughter is year of the ox and those came out unbelievably cute. She even got the details down to the cow's blushing cheeks. I'm really impressed by her talent. And it tastes good too. I totally think it's worth the price if you're not trying to feed more than 10-15 guests with her one cake. She has different sizes too though. I'm really grateful for the specially made treats and look forward to calling her again if there's ever a custom cake needed. She also packages them safely in the elegant looking boxes.

I somehow came across Creamypond and decided to order 12 cupcakes for a bridal shower. The cupcakes looked beyond BEAUTIFUL when I picked them up -- such elegant and classy designs! This was our second time having Moon make us a cake. Got the carrot cake again because we got SO many compliments on it the last time we ordered it! Ordering process was so easy, I messaged Moon via Instagram and didn't really have any type of vision. Just gave her a few notes about what we were looking for, and she immediately had a mockup design that we loved. Pickup was also very straight forward. I knew I had to have Moon create my baby sprinkle cake, from looking at her work. My theme was Ralph Lauren inspired, but I had no idea what kind of cake I wanted or where to even start. Moon is SO talented at what she does, I fully trusted her with the entire design of the cake. I just gave her color themes and pinterest pictures of the decor I was using. She was so communicative throughout the whole process, and she far exceeded my expectations. This cake was the star of my baby sprinkle. Everyone was amazed at the intricate details and immediately asked me for her contact information. I was beyond touched and thankful for all the attention and effort she put in my cake and am so glad to have found her. She even wrote me the sweetest card, which felt so intimate and made my day. this is an long overdue review. I purchased a custom cake for my husband from creamypond because of high reviews and the design of the cake being so detailed from her instagram. When I picked it up, I was so disappointed at what I saw. It was a plain cake with one fondant character and every other design was cut out using a cricut machine. Although the cake tasted good, the price of the cake did not justify the design. I have a cricut machine myself and it probably did not take her more than 30 minutes to design and cut it out on cardstock and just place it on the cake. That's just lazy and honestly a rip off for the price. Will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend to others read more

I must review Creamypond. I came upon the creamypond instagram page in the market for someone local who can make a cake for my husbands cozy 40th Birthday party. I saw pictures and thought this would be perfect. The details on the cake were so cute and creative. And now I'll be honest...I wasn't thinking much about the flavor or quality of the taste ...I figure I would rather have a cute looking cake for pictures and sacrifice how tasty it should be so imagine how delighted I was that it was not only soooo cute, everyone was complimenting how delicious it was! A family member even took the last slices of the cake home with them...so I never got a chance to have a second slice. I still think about what that second slice ..that i was never able to have.....nom nom nom. It was a golf themed cake and it was so well detailed (which I appreciate) and came with a toy sized golf cart! We chose the red velvet and it was just delicous. Moist, creamy, and well flavored~ I appreciate how Creamypond was quick to respond and flexible as well. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and communication was on point which I value. My future events that require cupcakes or cake will definitley be Creamypond. can't wait for the holidays and birthdays! read more

Moon went above and beyond in making beautiful and wonderfully delicious cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party! Because of her cupcakes, I now like red velvet and icing (something I avoid eating at parties due to it feeling too thick and feeling like I need water with every bite). Moon's cupcakes did NOT feel like that Her cupcakes were the biggest hit of the party! Moon is truly a baking genius! I finally found a person I can trust for ALL the special events I host. My daughters 7th birthday was coming so I ordered a unicorn cake at creamy pond. The unicorn cake's colors were so pretty and I liked them very much. The fondont was perfect and the cake pops on top were a very good touch. The delivery was on point and came exactly at the time I wanted. The package was a very good container for the cake and it did not damage when I got it. My daughter and her friends loved the cake and adored it very much. I always love making things with my fingertips since I was a little girl. I graduated Art University then went to the Culinary Institute of America. I started this service because I wanted to let you know that it is my ultimate goal to make your special celebration even more memorable with unique creations. I want you to feel joy when you receive my cakes.

I believe they have a few tables for dining in outside, bit I've never dined in so cannot speak to that. I'll continue to go here, or one of their other locations when I'm in So-Cal.

The service was friendly, though understandably a bit slow because of the constant crowd. The line may look intimidating at first, but it's mostly because orders take a while to prepare rather than an overwhelming number of customers. If you visit, make sure you have plenty of time and don't mind being in a crowded space. The drinks were good overall, but definitely on the sweeter side for my taste. I'd recommend asking for less sugar or using an unsweetened oat milk option if available, since even the milk seemed to add quite a bit of sweetness. One thing that was concerning was the seating. One of the chairs at our table was already damaged, and a member of our group unexpectedly fell backward when it gave out. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt, but it was a scary experience. We showed the staff that the chair had already been broken. The chairs are quite small and delicate, so I'd suggest checking your seat before sitting down and being a little cautious. Overall, it's a nice spot if you're looking for a cute café and don't mind waiting, but I'd recommend visiting during a less busy time and customizing your drink if you prefer it less sweet.

They stick to a more traditional approach and don't add sweetener unless you ask for it. Lastly, the pourovers. Some people might question the price, but take a minute to smell the different beans at the counter. You'll quickly realize that not every bean smells like coffee. The tasting notes actually come through and you can tell a lot of care goes into every pour over they make. Most drinks, aside from the pour-overs, are around $4.50 to $7, which is a far greater value for what you're getting in sheer quality. There are way too many cafes these days that focus on aesthetics and end up sacrificing quality. This place feels like it's run by people who genuinely love coffee and it shows in every order. Last note: they have their system down to a tee. The wait in line may be long but once you order it's super quick to receive your order.

There were strawberry slices on top with a few mochi pieces, and a little condensed milk drizzle on top. The middle and bottom layers were just crunchy ice. This was also gravely disappointing. Parking on weekend evenings look to be challenging as it was for me.

My daughters 7th birthday was coming so I ordered a unicorn cake at creamy pond. The unicorn cake's colors were so pretty and I liked them very much. The fondont was perfect and the cake pops on top were a very good touch. The delivery was on point and came exactly at the time I wanted. The package was a very good container for the cake and it did not damage when I got it. My daughter and her friends loved the cake and adored it very much.
