My husband and I came on Valentine's day in 2020. We were approached by a cheery young hostess and another woman named Emma who we had the pleasure of meeting. Emma and this hostess were very communicative on the progress of our table that we waited shortly on. She used my first name to address me from there on out which made me feel very welcomed and noticed, considering that the restaurant was very busy that night. Upon arriving to our table, we noticed that we were seated at a table for 6+ and it was only us too, as a former server.. i know table seating = income for the night so naturally I felt kind of guilty we had taken up such a large table! we swiftly moved to a close 2 person seat that had just opened. Emma made sure we were very comfortable with our seating arrangements. After sitting down she went out of her way to THANK US for being patient and so considerate of others. I shook her hand and asked for her name in anticipation on making this review. Also food was AMAZING! Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating you can give. I would prefer to give 0 stars. Let me tell you about our ridiculously horrible experience yesterday. My fiancé and I are walking through Market Commons, celebrating our engagement, and we stumble upon this crepe place. We check out the menu outside and see what we like. Then we go in and order. I order mine, my fiancé orders his, and we pay. The cashier starts to throw away my copy of the receipt. I say, "may I have my receipt?" And she hands over the crumpled ball of receipt. So we sit down and wait. The ambiance is really weird. It's so quiet and just weird. So my crepe comes. I ask the waitress where my fiancé's was. She said we only ordered one. I said "no, he ordered the strawberry Nutella" so she goes back and starts making his crepe. She then returns with it and says "that'll be $7.50". We say, "why is it so much, the menu says $6.50? Is there a whole dollar of tax?" Then she goes back to check with another staff member and when she comes over she explains that the menus are out of date. We refuse to pay until the listed price is changed, (false advertisement). So they discount it off to equal what it should be. We pay and start eating. The crepes are very dry but that's okay because we're hungry. As we're eating, a staff member calls the attention of another of the staff members, and (thinking she can't be seen by us), flips us off and mumbles some insult about us, and all 4 employees continue to trash talk about us in the back, not knowing that we can hear them. You would think that with all the extra time they had to trash talk their customers who are paying for their pay checks, they could have changed their out of date menus. I have never been so offended by employees, and I feel that because your menu is out of date, does not mean that it's my fault as a customer! Sorry you're so lazy that you can't even handle changing the menu prices. I will never ever return to this place, and refuse to even walk by the store front, because it brings up horrible memories during what should be the best time of our lives. I am so disgusted with how we were treated. Sorry for anyone who visits this horrible excuse for a business. I hope the owner/ manager can read this and do something about their lazy rude employees read more

I was excited about eating here and came here with family. We got seated and our waiter took our orders almost no wait. But this is where the good part ends and things went down hill after this. We ordered a bowl of soup got served a cup and then a few minutes later got a bowl of soup. Then there was a wait for 40 mins. Tables seated after us got their soup and food and we were left waiting. Our waiter never came to our table but enquired everywhere else inspite of us trying to catch his attention multiple times.After about 40 mins our food and and when i asked about the long wait the shift manager who served us was dismissive and did not offer any apology said as a matter of fact that the kitchen was backed up and what we had ordered takes time. To be clear we ordered crepes which is what pretty much every other table had ordered.After continuing to express my displeased with the service she offered a half hearted apology. We were starving and devoured our food in minutes the food was average. We waited another 20 minutes or so pay our bill. Pretty crappy service, avg atmosphere, avg food. 1 star because i could not give any less. Nacho hippo a much better choice! read more

Upon walking in the restaurant looked cute and quaint. Sat down and waited 5 minutes before someone took our drink order. That should have been the first sign. Finally got to order our meal. Took 15 minutes to get it. For crepes? There were only 6 other tables filled of which 4 already had their food. It shouldn't take this long. Watched them make our crepes since my toddler was interested in watching the process. Then they moved our food to the warming station under the heat lamps. One was them moved over to the drink station. Stayed there almost 5 minutes before we were served. Crepes should be served hot and fresh. Not warm. Crepe skin was overcooked in some spots and undercooked in others. Filling was dry and tasteless. Informed our server about this and they offered their 10% discount. Really? Worst crepes ever! Since we had to wait so long for our food I was able to observe the people working there. Their sweet and unsweet tea was stored in plastic containers. The entire time we were there it was uncovered. Not until we were about to leave did they finally cover it. 30 minutes uncovered. Anything could have flown in or fallen in. Gross. Wish I would have taken a picture. Will never return. read more

We had an amazing experience with Karla today! We ordered the Greek salad, which was probably the best Greek salad I've had at a restaurant: good size, rich in flavor, and enough to share (roughly enough for 4 people). It wasn't just lettuce with some tomatoes on top (as you usually get in restaurants for the same price) but very rich in veggies! We also got 8 crepes (4 savory, 4 sweet) and all of them were delicious. The Taco crepe was a personal favorite, but all of them were great including the Gyro, Mediterranean, and Steak e Fromage. The sweet crepes were wonderful as well. I make crepes at home, and they were made just right: thin, light, and fluffy. The portions were great. We were able to share all of our crepes (4 people) and still have plenty to take home. Above all, not only was the food delicious and very reasonably priced, but it was very busy, and yet Karla made us feel very welcome and taken care of despite the fact that she had so many other tables to serve! I love this place! When my boyfriend and I came here for lunch for the first time, we were greeted by Julie, she is really friendly and outgoing! It was fast when we got our food. My boyfriend got a turkey panini and we shared the ice cream strawberry crepe. It was all so good!! We came back again the next morning and shared a banana foster crepe, which tasted great! Stopped in after a movie. Since it was the middle of the afternoon, the place was quiet. It was our first try and we will definitely go back. We had an apple turnover crepe and a crepesadilla. We have eaten at Crepe Creations for 4+ years We always bring out of town friends, etc because of the food. Recently, they expanded in space and with the menu We ate there tonight and I give it a one rating. The server was new and untrained. We asked for a drink and he asked what it was (dirty martini and cosmo) He brought the drinks and we had to ask him twice for ice water. He hovered when we didn't need him to. We asked for a second drink and waited patiently. He told us that they were ready and he would go get them. In the meantime, we placed our order and repeated it. My husband got nothing like what he ordered (he ordered a chicken cordon bleu crepe) and got something with green peppers and eggs. I always have ordered the asparagus crepe. Tonight the asparagus was tough, the cheese was congealed and both the crepe and the hollandaise sauce were cold. My husband said forget it and sent his back (he was not going to wait for another one), and then our second round of drinks showed up. We sent them back because we wanted them prior to dinner, not with. I told the hostess and then a woman who I assume was the owner wife. She was very unpleasant and nonsympathatic She said they had just added to the restaurant. I pointed out that until the restaurant is 'right' and the server is correctly trained, that they should not have reopened. I told her that we have been regulars for a number of years and she could not have cared less. If we were first timers at Crepe Creations, we would not be back. They did remove my husbands dinner from the bill but that is not the point. Show a little compassion and empathy when a diner legitimately has a complaint, don't brush it off. I had researched places to check out while staying in South Myrtle Beach before going for our late September beach vacation. We convinced the kids to hold off for a late lunch in order to check this place out upon arriving into South Myrtle Beach on a late Saturday afternoon. We couldn't check in until 4pm, so we went to grab a bite to eat around 2:30pm. Crepes Creation is a cute little restaurant found in Market Commons, a village shopping area, which is awesome. We weren't sure what we wanted to eat, Crepes or Panini's? We each decided on Panini's to start and crepes for dessert. I created my own, with turkey, brie cheese and strawberries to dip into their strawberry balsamic dressing! It hit the spot! My husband got the French Quarter which is, Sliced Roast Beef, Provolone Cheese, Grilled Mushrooms, Grilled Onions, and Chipotle Mayonnaise on a Grilled Ciabatta. He said it too was delicious. The girls made their own, one had ham and cheese with mayo and the other did turkey, cheddar, lettuce and mayo. Both said that they really enjoyed it even if it was an ordinary order. For dessert, I had the Nutella, strawberries and blueberries crepe. It was huge and very yummy! My husband ordered the Chocolate Dream, described as, Chocolate mousse, macerated balsamic strawberries, and chocolate drizzle. The girls split one called "Reese Rush," which consisted of, Nutella® and Peanut Butter with Powdered Sugar. They both thoroughly enjoyed that as well. We ended up here 3 times during our 7 day vacation and Tina was our server twice. Super nice server. We went once for a late lunch, once just for dessert and once for our last day breakfast. Breakfast was just as good as lunch and dessert. I can't recommend the "Swiss Morning" enough, as it was lick your plate clean good. My oldest got the waffle with blueberries, my youngest, got the stuffed French toast crepe with bananas and the hubby got the western omelets crepe. All, so fabulous. Wish they had one where we live!
