Food truck

I had a really disappointing experience here. Truck was on Homestead rd, Santa Clara. The menu clearly listed the banana split crepe at $12.95, but I was being charged around $16.42. When I politely questioned the price difference, the woman working there was extremely rude and abruptly shut the window in my face, saying the prices were "old." There was no explanation beforehand, no apology, and no effort to handle the situation professionally. Because of how it was handled, I decided not to purchase anything at all. Don't care how the food will taste. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this experience completely turned me off. I won't be coming back and won't be recommending anyone does either.

They are in the Costco/OSH parking lot and pretty good. A young boy helped us and took our order and payment and was nice and polite just quiet so it was a little awkward. There are about 3 tables outside the front of the truck and plenty of parking there. Crepe itself was good tho- cooked perfectly and crispy and fruit was fresh the ice cream was just melted too quickly. Prices are high so after tax I left paying for a crepe that was over $15- not sure if I would just rather get a sundae from Costco. Good to try and support small businesses tho

Alejandra is a master at making an absolutely delicious crepe. She uses all home made ingredients, crepes come out perfectly. I tried the Triple Chocolate, with chocolate sauce, chocolate whip cream and strawberries (pictured here). Will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth and Alejandra and her son (who helps out) are local residents. Great way to help out a local, woman business owner. There were 2 tables and chairs outside the small pink pull truck. You see it when getting to the Redwood City Costco parking lot. Next time I'm trying one of the milkshakes!

There was ice cream and it melted a little because I needed to drive home but the crepes we're delicious! Everyone in my family liked theirs. The crepe is really soft and the chocolate tastes great with it and the berries. The truck smells like gasoline (so there's no real ambience at the location) (but that's alright, I mean it is a food truck) and the service took quite a few minutes (there was one person working on making three crepes so it's understandable). We loved it though!

Best crepes in the Bay Area. Homemade whip cream is the best I've ever had. Very kind service! I would come here every day if I could
