Huge thanks to Jocelyn for her amazing customer service both today and yesterday! It's been great to see her grow and master the art of making delicious drinks. She's always friendly, attentive, and puts so much care into what she does. Keep up the great work, Jocelyn! Celeste

Overall wonderful ambiance. We had a waitress named Gaby and she was amazing. She handled a big group of us girls celebrating a birthday with much care and smiles. They even took pictures for us and provided a birthday song to my friend. Great service, definitely will return!

3.5 stars to be fair. met a friend for a glass of wine & appetizer. Not dinner. So we sat at bar. It was clean. very friendly staff. However, some liquid started leaking through from bar area to my friend's feet which was odd. I thought I was seeing things because there was a lot of liquid and could've slipped. She noticed I saw it and promptly came to clean up. I guess it is a problem they know about and concerning they don't fix properly. Hopefully no one gets hurt. Anyway... it was early so it wasn't busy. had our appetizer which was good although I prefer corn tortillas for my taquitos. beautifully presented and fresh. I am not sure I would go back. seats were not that comfortable at bar... but.. outside looked great if it was cooler.

We had such an amazing experience at Lozas in Modesto for brunch! Our party of 9 was seated almost immediately. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with a fun and inviting vibe, great music, and clean restrooms. Our waitress, Josie, was the absolute best! so sweet, accommodating, and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and truly elevated our experience. The food was fantastic! I ordered the fried panko chicken with garlic mash and broccolini. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy, flavorful, and comforting. My one tiny suggestion would be to add a bit more seasoning to the broccolini, but otherwise, everything was spot on. We also enjoyed several carafes and a mimosa flight, and every single drink was delicious. Lozas nailed the balance of great food, drinks, and ambiance. If you're looking for a great spot for brunch, Lozas is a must-try! The combination of great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere makes it a place I'll definitely be returning to.

This place is interesting to say the least.. first. Their service can use some work. They seem a bit scattered. Even if you have a reservation, you seem to wait a bit. The decor is stunning. Inside and outside. Very instagram picture worthy. The menu itself has tons of options. I had ordered the spicy chicken pasty and others yummy. Their mashed potatoes are incredibly bland. Garlic fries are supper yummy! I would love to come again and do recommend.

First timer! Decided to do a group birthday brunch here. Cute location. Great ambiance. Zeke was our server. He was very friendly and attentive. Although he was busy he made sure to check in on us! Food took a while to come out but was yummy. I ordered the spicy chicken pasta! And it did not disappoint. Also tried their churro French toast, it was delicious. We also ordered the exotic flight of mimosas. Wasn't anything special. Would I spend $28 on it again? Probably not. Ordered another drink. I don't recall the name but it's like a margarita with prickly pear. That was way better than the mimosa. A bit pricey spent about $55 a person and there were 6 of us. I would recommend and would go again. Also parking is horrible so expect to park further downtown along the streets if there's no parking available at the restaurant.

I was able to visit Loza for the first time and just in time for breakfast. On my visit we ordered several items: the avocado toast with egg, beca sandwhich, side ceasar salad, nutella crépe and (2) guava mocktails. The avocado toast was surprisingly great, love that they have the option for wheat toast. The beca sandwhich was good-- great that it came with a Caesar salad. We also ordered some guava mocktails which was sweet and fruity-- very delicious. The only let down was the crepe, it was chewy, seemed as if it was made from days ago. If that's not the case, then the mix was old. 4/5. The young lady that helped us out was hostess and server. She was polite and was willing to help. 5/5. I noticed there is an outdoor and indoor seating area. The inside was very well designed. There were several tables for small groups/families. It also looked very clean. 5/5.

Came here for lunch, and the first thing I noticed was the decorations. I loved the vibe, great opportunities for pictures. Lots of greenery for a tranquil feel. Once I got inside, it did take a while for anyone to acknowledge me. One lady saw me but didn't say anything, she just continued towards the kitchen. When I was finally greeted, the staff member was friendly. There were only two other parties there. Ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entree. The food was really good! I would say that some items were a bit pricey, but my guess is because you're partially paying for the ambiance and not just the food quality. They had clean bathrooms, which is always a plus. The server kept checking on us so that made up for the lack of acknowledgment by the other staff when we first got there. Overall, I may come back for a special occasion. But due to prices, it probably wouldn't be a regular place I'd go to.

The food was good. The BECA sandwich needed more UK sauce so I had to ask for more on the side and it tasted much better! Our server was very attentive and great! The Chorizo & Sopes were delicious just needed some salsa on them. Garlic fries were phenomenal! We also ordered Carmel Lattes and they were soooooo GOOD! I'd order them again! The ambiance was beautiful and refreshing with the pretty indoor plants inside. This place can get super busy quickly so it's important to arrive early or make reservations ahead of time.

Aesthetic is great. The prices are decent. The food is a lot. You get what you pay for. It's definitely worth it.

I was surprised to discover this restaurant in Ceres, California. I like the atmosphere and the seating area. It's tiny and snug, but it exudes a warm and intimate vibe. I came here with a group of ladies for a bridal proposal, and we made quite a racket in this fine dining establishment. It's a quieter eatery, in my opinion. The food! I got the bri with cranberry-bacon dip, which came with sliced white bread. It was tasty, but I'd prefer it with a baguette style bread. I wanted something easy for my entree, so I ordered panko chicken with Alfredo pesto linguine, which was delicious. It was flavorful and the meat was perfectly cooked. I tasted from everyone's plate, and the lamb chop was delicious, the chimichurri steak was good, and the mashed potatoes was smooth. I'm obsessed with Japanese crepes, so I couldn't wait to sample theirs! I requested the strawberry and crème crepe. But they're too dense for crepes. It was more like a cream cheese pancake. It's not terrible. Because of the thickness, I wouldn't term it a crepe. In general. The energy was there. The drinks were delicious. And the customer service was good. I would certainly return for their drinks and panko chicken Alfredo.

First time at this location and my experience wasn't horrible, just not good enough to come back. We went on a Sunday morning for brunch at 10:30am and we beat the crowd. It started getting busy around 11:30am. We decided to try to exotic mimosas and honestly.. not worth it. The flavors were not good. I only liked the mango one so I wished I would've just got regular flavors. I think the flight was $28. I got a pesto crepe and it was good, just needed a bit more flavor. The cinnamon French toast was amazing. Overall food was great, but oddly enough they bring out one plate and a time instead of all together which I though was strange. The only reason I wouldn't come back is because service takes forever. This could be the lack of staff - I'm not sure- but it takes forever to get things you asked for whether I'd be water or an extra set of utensils. If you are not in a rush and can sit out for 2+ hours then definitely check it out.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we experienced on Tuesday evening around 6:30 pm. My husband and I were the first customers to arrive, yet we still had to wait about five minutes to be seated while the manager was sitting near the entrance. The server/bartender also appeared to be on break, sitting with the manager at the time doing paperwork. We placed our order promptly and received our drinks quickly. Shortly after, three other tables were seated and also placed their orders. Since we were the first guests and the restaurant was not busy, we naturally expected our food to arrive in a timely manner. To our surprise, every table that arrived after us was served their meals while we continued to wait. We politely asked about our appetizer and were told the server would check on it. After another 15 minutes passed, there was still no update, apology, or explanation. In total, we waited 45 minutes with no appetizer, no food, and not even a check-back to see if we needed drink refills. We felt completely overlooked. Eventually, we got up and went to the server to close out our tab. Once again, there was no explanation and no attempt to resolve the situation. We were simply charged for our drinks and left, deciding to dine at another restaurant few doors down. We were really hoping this would become a cute go-to spot for a nice meal since the menu looked very appealing. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service and communication made for a very frustrating experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

Hour of arrival was around 5pm. We were greeted by Natalie and welcome in. We sat at the bar. Shortly after we were greeted by Caroline. We spoke about what brought us here. I explained to her i saw thier Yelp page and a pictures of a pizza caught my eye. She explains in detail of what she is doing with this style of pizza and the ingredients she uses. We were sold. We ordered 3 new haven style pizza or apizza as advertised. We ordered the Mozz , Margherita and one not on the menu Pepperoni hot honey apizza. This is the order she suggested we have them and we complied. I'm no expert of new haven style pizza but I'll watched enough Dave Portnoy to maybe not necessarily be a judge but to recognize what makes a apizza. Let me start by saying these pizzas were delicious. As for the characteristics of a new haven there were some. I'll let you be the judge by the picture or your own experience dinning here. We tried all 3 as they were coming out the oven and also tried them with Caroline customizations. In short they elevated the apizza. She also mentioned she puts some parmigiano reggiano on her pizza and has a big wheel of it in the back which I didn't get the chance to see and take a picture. None the less another thing to like about her pizza.. Natalie crafted some fine spirits for us to accompany our pizzas although I wish they were a bit more unbalanced in a good way but then again the are mixed drink. The ambiance was great with Contemporary jazz playing. I like jazz so it was delightful. If you are at the bar you may need to talk a little louder to your friend. 3 pizzas 5 mixed drinks plus tip $190. I will certainly be back with my wife I think she will like the Alfredo pasta. The experience begins in a small glass-enclosed entryway where you're greeted before the hostess is notified by radio. Moments later, the glass door opens, revealing a beautifully designed speakeasy with an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The space offers comfortably spaced bar seating, cozy booths, and tables, all surrounded by tasteful décor that perfectly captures the speakeasy era while incorporating subtle honeycomb-inspired touches. The spirit selection is impressive, and the appetizer menu is thoughtfully curated. Their specialty cocktails are creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. We sat at the bar, where our mixologist, Kalika B, was both personable and professional. I always enjoy sitting at the bar when the bartender is willing to share their craft, and Kalika did exactly that. She explained the story behind several of their custom cocktails, the history of some of their spirits, their signature custom ice program, and offered excellent appetizer recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire space was spotless and clearly designed with great attention to detail. It filled up quickly after opening, so I was glad we arrived when we did. Despite the growing crowd, there appeared to be plenty of staff, and the service remained attentive without ever making guests feel rushed. There is only one restroom, but during our visit it was never an issue, and there was no wait. I've been chasing speakeasies for more than 20 years, long before they became as popular as they are today. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to seek out a local speakeasy, so I've experienced quite a few over the years. Honeycomb ranks near the top of my list. It's the perfect size--not too small and not too large--with an outstanding selection of spirits, exceptional craft mocktails, knowledgeable mixologists who truly know their craft, and cocktails tailored to your palate. The atmosphere is elegant yet approachable, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the experience. The Honeycomb Speakeasy in Livermore is truly a destination-worthy cocktail experience. Be sure to check their Instagram for the current password, then treat yourself to one of the best speakeasy experiences in the area.

A huge part of that was our lead server, John. I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable he was about the restaurant. He knew the kitchen, the food, the chef, and the evening's specials so well, and his recommendations and attention to detail made our experience feel very personalized. We wanted to enjoy our meal family-style so that all four of us could share everything, and John went out of his way to accommodate us. The drinks were wonderful too -- especially the espresso martinis! What stood out most was John's hospitality.
