Frank is the best! He has been dry cleaning my very expensive comforter and pillow shams for about 5-6 months now. I would never go to anyone else!! I tried to go somewhere else ONCE and my comforter came back smelling like old granny house. This is the best cleaners I have ever been to. I live in LA but I sometimes work out of Santa Ana occasionally and I will always wait to bring my clothes here. I have been coming here for 5 years now. The first time I came, I had accidentally spilled oil on one of my dresses. Frank the owner kept assuring me "don't worry we will take care of it". They delivered because it was clean. None of my clothes has ever been ruined here. If they are concerned about cleaning any of my clothes, they will let me know. The customer service is outstanding. They have got to know me on a personal level and always ask me if I want any water or sparkling water. The owner even carried my clothes and shoes to my car. I have brought purses, pillows, comforters etc for cleaning. I have dogs so I had a few urine stains and they cleaned it. Frank is also fair with his prices. I've been coming here about once a month to dry clean my clothes and it's become ridiculous. There are no set prices and you can be given one price when dropping off your clothes and charged another price when you pick up your clothes. The prices are already high as is. Yesterday I dropped off two sweaters, a blouse, and two tshirts. I was told the tshirts and blouse would cost at about $5.75 each. But when I picked then up I was charged $6.75 each bc the owner decided they were nice shirts and required more care. Which I find ironic given that one of my really nice sweaters was ripped at the collar the last time I dry cleaned it with them. While the dollar increase really makes no actual difference, Its the principle. I should know the cost before dropping my stuff off and price I'm given when dropping of my stuff should be honored. I work nearby and came to this cleaner to ask them if they could sew a few large patches on a sweatshirt for me to wear to a concert, they did such a fast and amazing job that when I needed a larger project done for a jacket for another concert I came back! Both projects the people working here for super nice and friendly when assisting me. They sewed everything down just where I asked them to and even on my larger jacket that had over 30 large patches I needed sewn on it only took about a week to complete! I got SOOO many compliments at my show! I would have never been able to finish these without them and will come back for any dry cleaning or small alterations I need in the future! I bought my wedding dress off a sample rack and it needed to be cleaned prior to alterations. It's a nerve-racking thing entrusting my wedding gown to a cleaner-- and working with Crest Cleaners was an absolute dream! I called Frank a couple weeks ago about pricing estimates, and he asked me to text him photos of my dress so he could see how intricate it was. After sending the photos, he got back to me within 15min with a price. I was in no hurry as my alterations won't start for 3-4 months, but Frank suggested having it cleaned early (better sooner, than later) and so I dropped my dress off. Even with no rush, my dress was ready for pickup in 6 days! My dress looks fantastic and all the delicate lacing are in pristine condition.
