They are good at giving you recommendations and are always spot on when you let them know what your looking for in a drink. This time I tried their tonic with espresso called "après ski" . It was the perfect amount of sweet and very flavorful. I love that I can always taste the coffee when I get a specialty beverage here. While deciding what to order, I started chatting with the barista, and she told me that I might like the Granja Paraiso pourover, so I went with that. It was a super nice drink with lots of nuanced stone-fruity notes as well as that grape skin kind of flavor. It was a really nice and sweet (aroma-wise) drink to have. Turns out, they use the xBloom for the most consistency in their pourovers. I don't mind that at all. I think it's the first time I've tried an xBloom, and it was pretty darn good. We did get the right before 7 and the line behind us was about 10 people. So it's definitely a hit with their customers.
