Love a clean sparkling car. Love Crew is so close and I can always pop in for a quick wash. I took advantage of the unlimited car washes when they had a buy one month get one month free. It's been great since we've made several trips on dirt roads, plus there was a snow storm in Mach so they put more salts on the road. If you drive your car a lot the unlimited is worth it. I got the one with 2 extra services and they even had a week where they threw in a third. You can change up the services each time if you want. I typically walk to work, but it's been handy this spring. You never wait too long and my dog loves the dog treats he gets when he is in the car. read more

I purchased the unlimited membership from this car wash. However, every time I bring my car in for a wash, the sticker they put in my windshield never is picked up and recognized. It's frustrating since I'm paying a monthly fee, and it should run smoother than that. Also, the unlimited membership should also include a vacume, not an extra fee for that. I love crew carwash and have been going to them for over 10 years because they used cloth cleaning machinery long before many other car wash businesses which is easier on the paint. The only real issue is that I have is that while I understand they have to keep large waiting lines rolling as quickly as possible, it does result in my car not getting completely dry when it goes through the air dryers too fast. For these situations I would like to propose the following... The only thing that I would like to wholeheartedly request from crew carwash is to purchase reversible vacuums that can also become blowers or maybe just enhance the small detail air blower you already have to incorporate a larger nozzle. I would love to be able to use air to blow off the residual water on my car when I come out of the automatic wash (especially the manual washbay since there is so much water) I do this at home with my leaf blower because it is much faster than manually drying the car and it is less effort. Many people do not take the time to dry off the car when it exits the car wash due to time constraints, knowing that to do it right is a very time-consuming process, and the effort it takes to complete. Blowing off the excess water would be much faster and will prevent many of those water spots when Crew has to speed up the conveyer. it would also represent more revenue for Crew. Hope that you guys consider this request. read more

I went through Crew Carwash at Rangeline in Carmel earlier this week and when checking the car afterwards noticed not all of the grime was removed, so asked for it to be taken through the second time, which the manager and the crew was more than happy to do, being very apologetic. As I went through the second time my rear windshield wiper blew off and they weren't able to find it to reattach, so the manager, again, very apologetic and eager to help, told me to bring back the replacement receipt for reimbursement. I took the receipt in this morning and the General Manager, Canaan Querry, was so accommodating and in fact eager to take care of it and again very apologetic. Canaan was friendly and professional, assuring me he was happy to make it right. Extraordinary customer service from the crew on the line to the manager to the General Manager. I love Crew Carwash. It's quick and efficient, and the staff is pretty easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. It's a shame I always look like a complete ass when I go there because I while I'm familiar with the concept, I often get flustered at the last minute and do a weird combination of braking and putting my car in overdrive instead of neutral. Twice now. It's great. Luckily the guy who helps guide your car into the wash is very patient (I have a feeling he may have seen this problem once or twice before). While the lines seem long when you first pull up, everything moves very quickly. I'm continually surprised by the decency of people who actually following the merge rules and order of entry. Hooray for you, Carmelites! This is just a quick wash for the outside of your car. It gets the job done, but if you want vacuuming for the inside, you're on your own to use the vacuums they have onsite in a separate area. Overall, I've had a great car washing experience at Crew every time! read more

You know... I can never line my dang tire up the way they want me to on the first try, but after that step, I love this place! The staff is always very nice! They will rewatch your car if it didn't get clean enough the first time. Be sure to grab some of their towels to wipe off your car afterwards, they work great! Unlike other car washes your wheels will not get scratched and if the vehicle was not cleaned on the first pass (bugs are hard to get washed off), just go one more time and they will take care of you at no additional charge. The employees are super friendly but the automatic wash is terrible and scratches the paint. My rear hatch window never gets clean. Still can see the dirt lines where my windshield wiper stops. This is not an anomaly, happens every time. Recently I bought a brand new car and took it through for the first and last time. Wound up with paint swirl marks (scratches) all over the door trim that you can see clearly in the sunlight. On a brand new car. Now I have to take it in for a paint correction and will never use an automatic car wash again, Crew or other wise. They do get an extra star for having good employees at this location. And in the future I do plan to try their self wash bays (with my own supplies). If I like them I will update my review. read more

I unfortunately drove through some paint that splattered on the whole front of my car. I came to Crew to attempt to get it cleaned up and they helped me immensely. One of their employees spent about 10 minutes no charge hand spraying the front and under side of my car after I went through the car wash twice to try to get as much of the paint off as possible. I visited Crew Carwash in Carmel in March and their system pushed my car over the rails and damaged it. They then claimed we'd hit the brakes to cause it (not true) or that we turned the steering wheel to cause it (not true). They claimed the rear lights coming on in the middle of the wash indicated brake lights (not true - that was automatic headlamp system kicking in as third brake light at top of rear window did not go on). They have questioned our integrity, denied they have any responsibility, and cost me $1000. I would not recommend. Ever. Shortsighted decision to lose a customer and get bad review. I've been taking my brand new black Cadillac SUV for the past 6 months and now it has hairline streaks everywhere that can be clearly seen with the sun. I mention this to the manager and he said it was not the car wash and I ONLY take my car to wash there; manager not even apologized. The outside workers are very friendly, but other than that ordinary car wash that scratch your car. Also the rear hatchback / window does not get clean properly. The Good: The staff is very nice. You can tell that customer service is a big part of their training. For being an automatic car wash that must cater to many different shapes and sizes of vehicles, the system does do a good job. It is also very quick. The dryers aren't perfect, but again, this system must cater to many different vehicles. They do a good job and any remaining water can quickly be wiped with a towel. I usually don't worry about it. The vacuum stations are also convenient. The not so good: The rinse cycle could be a little more thorough. I usually have some suds left over that leave spots even after the dry cycle. The total deal-breaker- This system has destroyed the clear coat of my almost brand-new Silverado. The truck is black and in the sun, it looks like cats have used the sides of it as a scratching post. I was concerned about this prior to joining the unlimited wash club so I called. The person on the phone assured me that it would be fine, the equipment is maintained and many dark colored vehicles go through. I made sure to do a before/after inspection so I wouldn't be jumping to conclusions. But the washes did in fact make my clear coat look terrible. I was quoted $800 for a buff, and protective layer that would only be temporary. Hopefully I can find a professional detailer who can at least make it look a little better. In my opinion it's even bad enough to effect resale value. The brushes that spin pretty much act as sanders. It wasn't my intention to come on here and slander a business. They do the best they can. I mainly wanted to give owners of dark vehicles a heads-up to at least give your ride a thorough inspection before and after the first few times using this. I don't want anyone else to deal with my situation. read more

Friendly service, but prices are getting high and for a few dollars more you can go to Rama or Prime car wash for full interior cleaning. On busy days they run cars through very fast and they come out with streaks of dirt still on vehicle. read more
