As soon as I walked in I had a friendly face and great service from start to finish. Morris walked me through all of my options and made sure I would be aware of what I would be charged. I was pleased with the transparency. I know it's a lot to explain. He was very patient and made sure all of my data would transfer. I brought my phone in for a new glass backing and an LED display replacement. The results were shocking: the glass backing was visibly lifted and detached on all corners, causing it to crack immediately after I set the phone down at home. Furthermore, the "new" LED screen was defective and consistently flashed pink. When confronted with these two failed services, the staff blamed me for the damage and only offered a discount to fix their own mistakes. If you ignore this warning and still go here, DO NOT pay with Zelle or cash. Use a credit card so you can actually dispute the charges when the repairs fail. Let me not forget to mention the crooked camera backing they installed; let me know when you see it!
