For 6.50 we got a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, 3 pieces of dark meat, a drink, and a roll. The potatoes were perfectly whipped into a delicious buttery frenzy and they were smothered with a fantastic peppery gravy. There was a lot of love in the gravy. That gravy alone makes it worth the wait. And then there's the chicken. Frickin' yum! It's crunchy and crispy and well seasoned on the outside with perfectly cooked meat on the inside. When I eat fried chicken I want to hear that "crunch" when I bite into it... and if it doesn't require a napkin to wipe the juices off your face and fingers after that first bite then it's not for me.
