It was busy with delivery drivers picking up and the phone ringing often with complex inquires about what was gluten free, dairy free, etc. What impressed me was this young lady handled every customer interaction, every phone in order/inquiry, every DoorDash driver, with kindness and respect while still moving at Mach 10 to help her co-worker get those orders completed and ready to go. I really regret not getting her name as her positive attitude while doing her job stood out to me and when I collected my order I asked if she was management. She said she wasn't.
