Pretty quick service, but I also came when there was no line. Weirdly, I do like the containers they give out - they're reusable! The shrimp was very well-seasoned, but the noodles did not taste garlicky at all. There was also too much sauce on it. But that shrimp - yum! I love the rub on there. I discovered this place at my work. Their truck catered a corporate Lunar New Year celebration event in Glendale but the truck is based in OC. Everyone inside the truck was super friendly and helpful. I asked for their advice on what to order so I got the egg rolls and rice bowl with steak. The egg rolls were my favorite- and very filling! Not too greasy and served with a sweet dipping sauce. The rice bowl with steak had some interesting flavor combos going on! The steak was good quality too. I stopped by this food truck at my office complex at Lakeshore Towers. They offer Azn fuzn food at about $10 for mains. I ordered the chicken banh mi. After 15 min my buzzer notified me my food was ready. However, I was notified they ran out of chicken. I was mad at first bc they informed me 15 min later. But the owner was super apologetic and said my replacement was on the house. Contrast this with the rude attitude I got from 'Ai Pono Cafe after waiting 20 min where he told me, "You should have said something earlier". My replacement pork banh mi came up quickly. It was packed with meat. While it was missing some of normal veggies in a traditional banh mi (jicama & jalapeños), the meat was seasoned well. In addition, the bread held up well against all the moist ingredients: I was stuffed. Like I said, the service is the main reason for 4 Stars. When I picked up my sandwich the owner was again super apologetic and asked me to return so he can make it up to me. I will return solely based upon that comment. Hey, everyone makes mistakes. At Bottle Logic, they were scheduled until 930 but were out of noodles and banh mi when we got there at 7ish, which are their staples. Boneless wings had good flavor but were probably 30-40% breading. Egg rolls were great. Onion rings were ok. Shrimp bowl was ok, but they perpetuate that stupid restaurant thing by leaving the tails on the shrimp in a dish where you use a fork. I'll never understand that. After ordering the food they give a small beeper item that alerts you that your food is ready which beats them yelling your name and not catching it. The wait for the food is no longer than 7-8 minutes and it's always warm and delicious. Before they gave out a regular portion in a medium sized bowl and now they serve a much smaller portion with coleslaw(sad, I know). Their garlic noodles are superb though!! The Crusin Fusion truck made a stop at an office complex next to mine and a coworker told me to try it out after he got the garlic noodles with prawns (which he said was stellar). I got the Pan-seared Chicken rice bowl, though, as I'm watching the diet a bit ;) Ordering was quick and easy and the Crusin Fusion staff are efficient! From ordering to pickup, I was only standing around for 5-7 minutes. This may lead you to question the freshness of the food but rest assured, the chicken was piping hot, rice fresh and steamy, and veggies crisp and refreshing. Really appreciated the hustle as I was on my lunch break The rice bowl was pretty good and the gochujang sauce really takes the bowl to another level - Creamy with a smidgen of spicy kick. Rice was actually really really good LOL, not soggy, not undercooked. What really surprised me was the veggies. The pickled carrots are reminiscent of those in Banh Mis and the cabbage gave each bite a lovely crunch. There were also julienned green onions and those, for me, were the star of the show. They really brought a great fresh zing (?) to counter the creamy gochujang sauce and they all complemented each other so well. Truck came to my company for lunch today. I had already checked out their website to see what the menu was and I decided on the grilled chicken banh mi with a sunny side up egg. Came out to be about $10 (I know, pricier than your local Lee's but hear me out on this.) Staff is super friendly. They are attentive and keep you updated on how long your food will take to get done. They gave me 10 minutes wait time but it finished in like 5 minutes. They make sure you're good to go before you head off to enjoy your meal. At first glance, the sandwich itself is pretty big and packed full of chicken. They do not skimp out on the protein. The grilled chicken was surprisingly juicy. Not dry at all. It wasn't salty either, and was well seasoned with a subtle smoky flavor. There's mayonnaise, pate, cucumber, cilantro, scallion, and pickled carrots and daikon in the sandwich, along with my added whole egg. The bread was fat; flaky and crisp on the outside, soft and light on the inside. It held everything up until the last bite. The egg was cooked perfectly that it ran along the inside of the sandwich and coated everything in that golden goodness. Overall the sandwich was full of flavor and everything went so well together. And I was stuffed after my meal. The only thing I have to really pick at is that I wish the pickles were just a tad more pickled. And maybe suggest fresh jalapenos for that extra kick? I also took a bite of my friend's chicken karaage, and it was super juicy (the pieces are actually pretty big). Such a great food truck experience with them! Cool I admire their truck for their concept but this aint a luxury dining experience nor is this a michelin-starred place to eat.. These are noodles with garlic and some fish on top. I found this food truck at the Newport bay 4th of July celebration. There were about 10 food trucks to choose from and this truck had the longest line, so they must have great food. I waited about 20 mins to put in my order and as soon as I put it in, they said I had to wait another 20 minutes. The staff was very nice, but I wish I would have known how long the wait was before placing the order. My order ended up taking 30 minutes to come out. The food was well worth the wait. I ordered the banh mi sandwich with cruisin pork, shrimp tacos, and garlic noodles with steak. A banh mi is a vietnamese sandwich with jalapeno, mayonnaise, pickled veggies, and a choice of meat on a french baguette. The garlic noodles were well prepared with the perfect amount of sauce and the garlic was not overbearing. My wife and 4yo and I biked over to our local community center to try out this food truck, which had been booked to provide food from 5 to 7pm alongside another community event. We arrived at 5:15, since we've had previous food trucks arrive unprepared to serve at 5, and we wanted to be sure to hit that sweet spot at the beginning of the evening before they were swamped with orders (as is typically the case in our neighborhood). We arrived to find no menus set up, no food being prepared, and the truck still apparently in "prep mode". We sat to wait, assuring our hungry kiddo that there would be food ready soon. We hovered around the truck for 20 minutes as more members of the community arrived and similarly found places to wait. At about 5:35 the folks running the truck had a brief chat with one of the community organizers. They complained that there weren't enough customers to justify starting service, then pulled up stakes and drove off. I get it. You need to be sure that you break even in a gig, and you don't want ingredients and food prep to be wasted if it isn't eaten. You also didn't have to explain to my daughter why dinner was driving away without her. I'm sure your food is good, but you've lost my business and likely that of many other folks in this neighborhood. read more

Stopped by the Bruery in Anaheim to try a flight of beer. Saw this truck sitting there but I was not that hungry so I didn't really give it a second thought. Then when leaving, decided to take home 2 garlic noodles with added New York strip steak and an order of Kaarage chicken. They were both so good. They were both full of flavor and has me craving more!! I saved half of the noodles for lunch tomorrow so I'm excited about that! Lol. Highly recommend this fusion truck!!! read more
