I like to give fair and honest review and this is as honest as it gets. The cookies are humongous and the boxing is cute. The store was really clean and the people that work there were really nice. However, I am sorry to say these cookies were not my favorite. I also don't know how they will stay in business with their price margins and whoever the business consultant is that told them they could charge $30.00 for a box a cookies needs to be FIRED! That is an absurd price and well known cookie brands don't charge that. That price will need to come down if they plan to stay in business because it's not worth that for a cookie. I paid it this time on my way to party and just needed to grab something but that's the last time for sure. My sugar cookie tasted as if it was not done all the way and I could taste flour I think. I have few more cookies to try and hopefully it gets better from there but for me the price point is the most disappointing but that explains why the only locations they have are in areas where people have nothing better to do with their money but waste it on cookies lol no shade. read more

My husband and I visited Crumbl for the first time today and I'm happy to see we have a cookie store. Cupcakes have been a thing for a while with the exception of Tiff's Treats there wasn't much competition. Crumbl is a great addition and offering individually boxed cookies is an added bonus. We tried 4 cookies- peanut butter chocolate chip, milk chocolate chocolate chip, blueberry, and sherbet. We liked all but the sherbet cookie. 3 out of 4 is not bad! read more

I placed an online order last night through the app. I never received my order, the crumbl cookie website usually has contact into of who is delivering. I had no info so I couldn't even call him/her. The status was "2 mins away" for 30 mins then finally said "delivered" but never delivered to me. I can't get through to the store because each call the call drops. This was my second time in the store. The first time was great. Perfect. Delicious. Today We just walked in. The line was super CHAOTIC, the tablets to order didn't work, there was only supposed to be 10 costumers MAX but there was almost twice as many. They also don't care if you wear masks or not inside. Waste of money because the cookies were literally raw and didn't have any flavor. read more

Extremely poor customer service. I setup a pickup this morning for one cookie (just one). I picked up the order at the right time and headed home. On first glance the order appeared right since the weeks flavors were all candy. However, I noticed that it was the wrong item later in the day. I called the Allen store to see if they could resolve the error by delivering a new cookie, which they would not do. My options were to go back to the store to get the correct cookie OR get a refund. My proposed solution would be to get a refund and the replacement cookie if I was expected to drive back to the location. In the end I was denied this option based on their store policy. This is all rather minor (it is just a cookie) but in the end if I'm expected to drive back to a store to get what I actually ordered and fix their mistake I would expect some type of refund or store credit. Maybe the cookies are good I don't know since I didn't get what I ordered.... read more

I'll start with the ambiance of the place...very modern and cool. The cookies are okay. What made me give 2 stars was the hygiene practices or lack of. When I walked in, the sales person was boxing an order for the guy waiting. She was handling and touching the food but she was wearing gloves so I did not think anything of it. Another worker entered the store with her gloves on and with her gloves on she grabbed the door handle to enter. I was hoping she would go at least change her gloves...nope. She went right to grabbing raw dough and placed on cookie sheets. Then the girl boxing went to the touch screens, which were filthy, and entered a guy's order for him. She also didn't change her gloves. In this time of being so uber sensitive about the virus and germs, this lack of hygiene in a restaurant makes me not want to return. I'm so disappointed. read more

My daughter ordered me crumbl cookies and had it delivered to me for my birthday yesterday. She called me around noon and asked if I have had any deliveries and I said no one has knocked or rang the door bell. She asked if I would look outside and so I did. Sure enough on the ground laid a box of crumbl cookies. I opened the box and the cookies were covered in ants. My daughter informed me that she had set up a 11:30 delivery so that box sat on the ground in the hot sun for 30 minutes and ants had gotten into the box. My daughter was upset and called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered the phone said she was the manager on duty and my daughter started to tell her the story. The manager told her that it was Door Dashes fault and she needed to call door dash. My daughter told the manager she didnt order the cookies on door dash she ordered it off crumbl website and the manager still told her to call door dash that there wasnt anything she could do. My daughter then asked if new cookies could be made and sent out and the manager said all she could do was refund the money and my daughter place another order. My daughter response was if you refund my money that takes several days to go back to my account so I would be buying them twice and the manager said yes thats right. My daughter then asked to speak to the actual store manager and was told she wont be in till the afternoon and my daughter said then have her call me. That phone call never happened. Now my wife is involved and she called the store this morning and was told the same thing that the store manager would not be there till after four pm. My wife told the manager on duty that if the store manager doesnt call her back today that she would be contacting the BBB and their corporate office. She did get a call back, but my wife was on the phone with her job and let it go to voicemail. My wife called back and listened to the voice promps and stayed on the line like it told her to do and some one answered and then hung up on my wife. She called 8 more times and the same thing happened each time. read more
