Resisted for a bit, but I just had to try! Started getting 4 cookies a week here, usually picking up in the evening after ordering online. Once we were right at 10 pm and despaired they'd have closed or given up on us, but no! We really appreciated that! As someones who have worked in food service, we have an idea of how hard the staff works, so we're doubly appreciative. We're A household of three--two who have had gastric bypass surgery, and one of those who has some very serious chronic illnesses and isn't able to get out beyond the doctors and grocery store. This has become an extra special treat when she rides down. So, as I said, we get 4 cookies a week, and have since early December. While we all agree on our favorite cookie (Snickerdoodle!), we have otherwise wildly different palates. Every box has had at least one cookie that one of us was delighted with and would run back to get more, most Of the cookies are good to very good, and only one box was a slight disappointment. Usually the faves don't overlap so the person whose fave it is gets the rest of the cookie. I absolutely love the fact that you can order online and just tap a screen on you phone, saying you're here. The employees run the box out to the car with a smile and a thank you. These are made to order, and some are served warm and others cold. As we travel home, the aroma tantalizes us. The warm cookies are usually still warm when we get home and so fresh that our pizza cutter sometimes mushes the toppings a bit. I've kept the cookies in an airtight box so I can nibble throughout the week. These cookies are huge! We split them into 6 or 8 pieces, which gives us each a wedge to sample. They're about a saucer size. Really glad to have Crumbl here! read more

Had no intention on coming here --I literally just walked from target to the other stores and the smell made me stop and go inside. Staff seemed nice. They show you it before handing it to you. Kinda expensive for a cookie but it's like a size of your fist. Definitely shareable. Prob not coming often cuz it's just cookies and I'd kinda just have to be in the mood to go. The cookies are sooooo delicious. I'm giving 3 stars because of the ordering process/customer service! I placed an order to be picked up about an hour after the order and by the time i got there 2 of my cookies were sold out.. and i was told i would have to wait 25 minutes if i wanted those cookies. My order was PAID for! Why should i have to wait 25 minutes? They should put cookies off to the side for people's pick up orders. Just ridiculous, and the customer service was terrible. Guess i won't be online ordering anymore, might take my business else where now. read more

The one time I visited this location my cookie was raw. I was very disappointed as they are pretty pricey for just one cookie but it was really busy and I am giving the benefit of doubt because the employees were running around non-stop trying to get cookies out. read more

Store location makes a big difference and the Bristow, VA location just doesn't quite measure up. The store is very clean and the employees are always very nice but the cookies are consistently under-baked to the point of being just raw dough in the middle. They would be awesome if they were just baked all the way through. As others have stated, sometimes the icing on the cookies is just too sweet. We typically scrape off most of it and it is much more enjoyable then. I've been to two other locations- one in West Virginia and one in New Jersey. Both of those stores managed to bake the cookies properly and the cookies were delicious. there is a new location in Haymarket that is still under construction. Once it is open for business, we will try their cookies. read more

I go to this Crumbl location almost once a week and love the cookies! But today the one cookie I wanted to try (snickers peanut butter) looked like they forgot to put the frosting and toppings on it, it was just a plan peanut butter cookie. They didn't show me my cookies like usual but since they typically are always correct and I was in a rush, I didn't check the box until I got home (I guess it was my fault). I live about 30 mins away, and not able to return this week. Oh well. Still love Crumbl. read more

The front line workers were so friendly we felt at home immediately regardless of that huge line stacked behind us. My date and I were tempted to try and get one of each flavor. All are worthy of any sweet tooth foodie's bucket list, the pink sugar cookie is cute! After our order, the sweet gal behind the counter could probably tell we arent frequent flyers and told us to be sure to come in more often as menu changes so frequently. I work for a local elementary school. In honor of cafeteria appreciation week, I spoke to an employee about signing up for the leftover cookies to give to the cafeteria hostess. I was told I was signed up on the calendar. I called a few weeks later to confirm that I was able to pick up the cookies. They said they didn't have my name on the calendar. This is very disappointing that they were not able to help fix the problem that their employee created. I only needed 12 cookies to appreciate the cafeteria workers. Sauce or topping not included, wrong cookies... these are seemingly little things, the cookies are still good, but these are expensive and it seems like I should be able to count on them to get the order right.
