The cookies are amazing, large, tasty, delicious, and decent variety - especially with the rotating menu. This location is in a little strip mall in the corner of a Costco. The parking is spotty and I usually end up having to park down by the Costco and walk over. The staff here are not very friendly. They never have a smile on their face, never greet you, and seem annoyed when you ask them a question. Their iPad ordering machines are troublesome, and only 1 works well most of the time. The rest are not reliable, and it is annoying. Crumbl has a rewards program and you used to get a free cookie on your birthday, but now you need to accumulate 500 points throughout the year. This recent visit I got the overprice Dubai cookie. It was tasty, better than I thought. I would not order it again with the outrageous overpricing for Dubai chocolate. The cookie is large, and it was good, but not work the $ in my opinion. They have other better flavors and they are not premium priced. I also tried the chocolate peanut butter brownie, it was decadent, delicious, and almost worth the $. It was not as large as the cookies, but large enough and something I would order again. Amazing creativity! I love the constantly changing variety. My daughter is crazy about these cookies and has begged me to take her here as a special treat. I've given in and taken her here to enjoy such flavors as the smores or key lime cookies. While she enjoys them very much, I find them to be very interesting but way overpriced and generally too sweet. And the vibe is totally sterile. Each time we've ordered at the kiosk and then picked up the box of cookie(s) the staff seem extremely nonchalant. It's almost robotic. And you can't sample the cookies at all. So while you might expect to have fun at the store and see and try new flavors, it's literally just a pick up place. Might as well order on doordash. read more

Can't go wrong with any location of Crumbl cookies as their cookies are always on par. Honestly more like cake than cookies sometimes but still worth it and delicious! This location was no different in quality of their cookies. The only difference I experienced here is that no workers were available to take orders whatsoever. Everything was through the kiosks/self service checkouts. You can try to get the attention of a worker for help, but good luck because they are quite busy fulfilling orders. So service wasn't great but also not their fault. I did have questions since the app changed, but I will just go to another location. read more

Received Valentine cookies from my daughter on Valentine's Day. Although they looked beautiful they were stale and could tell they weren't freshly made. Took them back on Sunday. Store was closed. Brought them in on Monday morning and the "manager" said there was nothing she could do. I would have let it go but they are very expensive cookies and there were quite a few. Very disappointed in this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor customer service. Didn't even try to work with me. Crumbl is always tasty! Just one cookie is so filling it could be a whole meal. I loved the pancake cookie this week! Unfortunately I should have checked my box when I picked it up, because I had ordered the lucky charms marshmallow cookie but got a milk chocolate chip one instead. Was pretty sad about the mixup, as that was the cookie I was most looking forward to trying. The shop is very clean and well kept. You have the option to either self order at one of two kiosks or you can order at the counter. When I went it was one person working. The cookies are freshly baked and whoever is working at that time prepares the toppings to-order. They are somewhat pricey though, so I only get them on special occasions like today. Their flavors change each week, so I like to check in when an exciting flavor like Lucky Charms comes in. read more

Last Tuesday, 5/2 my son and I wanted something sweet after a big meal from Benihana. I've always wanted to try their cookies. Overall, the cookies are very big and had the right sweetness. My son and I split the Dulce de Leche first and it's probably our favorite out of the 4. When we got home, we split the rest and I ate my half of the Buckeye Brownie which was good as well. I froze the other halves. We were greeted as soon as we came in the store but we wished that at least one of them asked if we had ever been there before. We didn't know that it was a self order. We have been to this location 3 or 4 times now and we have had more bad experiences than good. The workers have been rude and seem very cranky to be working. It is several young kids who don't seem to care about the customers. We had one experience where a single worker was friendly. During our last visit an older lady didn't know she had to use the self service machine to purchase the cookies, so she was just standing there confused why no one was helping her. She noticed us using a machine, so she was attempting to figure it out. I felt so bad for her. We also were disappointed with our cookie quality during our last visit. All of the cookies that should have been warm were cold and rock hard. They seemed as they were sitting around all day. We had to take them home and reheat them in the oven to try to re-create the warm factor, but they no longer tasted fresh at all. Lastly, the cookie dough cookie was lacking of the cookie dough that was supposed to be on it. Compared to what we saw on social, this cookie was very sad looking.
