I just got a DD from this location so I can't speak on the environment or service however.... DANG this is a good ass looking cookie! The presentation is 10/10 as you can see in the picture. Always leave it to crumble to deliver the best sweet treats! Now for the taste I got the Strawberry Lemonade Cookie only for the week (6/22-6/28) the presentation looks like a delicious sunset decorated with a lemon slice and a strawberry slice with pink and lemon looking frosting with a pink cookie. Usually I will only wait for their cheesecakes and cakes however this cookie is one of the tart ones that seemed delicious and I could not turn down! Once I had it the cookie part was soft and sweet but wet much complimented with the delicious tart frosting. These cookie I always recommend eating with a fork no matter how out together they look because they are a little extra! The strawberry on top complimented it tremendously and made it more like a lemon strawberry short cake I give it a 10/10 yummy! Will return to check the location out! read more

Saw the commercial for a new Biscoff cake so I know I had to try it! This store is only for pick up there's no chairs inside to eat. The system was down when I came so you'll have to order online for card payments. Fast service no wait. The flavors available were on counter for a visual. I ordered the Biscoff cake it's definitely shareable! It's a two layer cake with yummy Biscoff in the middle. The cake was moist and cinnamony. Crumbl is one of those places where if you really needed something sweet but everything else is far and crumbl is open, you'd stop in. I like how they have different cookies every week but it's definitely hit or miss. I think when they first opened, it was good, but now it's okay. The prices are pretty pricey but the cookies are really big. Sometimes you only just want one. This location is by target and the people there have been nice, but the cookies aren't always delicious. read more

Came on a Saturday afternoon & had a good experience at this location. It was the typical set up & the shop was clean. Only 1 self order station seemed to be working at the time, but no one else was there & our order was ready right away. We had questions about gift cards, but neither of the 2 workers knew the answer. Still, they were friendly, smiley, & pleasant to interact with. We got the Semisweet Chocolate Chunk (good), Oreo Cookies & Cream Millshake (quite tasty), Cookie Butter Lava (really good, but wish it had more cookie butter filling), & Banana Split (didn't care for it, actually a little bland). I was torn whether to give "Crumbl Cookies" an average 3-star rating or be kind and generous by going with a 4-star rating. So I figure this experience is worth 3.5 stars which averages out to 4. This takes me to their North Natomas location (at the Promenade at Sacramento Gateway shopping center) which was actually tougher to find than I had anticipated. This place shares the same parking lot as Target, Burlington, TJ Maxx, and Off Broadway shoes but Crumbl is on the very end of all these stores. I arrived during the evening of Saturday 5/18/2024 at around 7:15pm. Fortunately, many Crumbl locations have very generous hours as this location is open until midnight on Friday/Saturday nights and until 10pm Monday through Thursday. Keep in mind that all of their locations are closed for business on Sunday. As far as the interior, this place is fairly standard as what I've seen at other locations complete with a digital kiosk that makes the ordering process way easier. One thing that deters me from coming here more often would have to be the price! Don't get me wrong but spending close to $45 for a dozen cookies ain't a drop in the bucket. However, I've found their cookies to be delicious, fresh, moist, and packed with flavor. During my most recent experience, I went with (3) mini coookies; semi-sweet chocolate chip, French toast, and wedding cake which were priced at $8.99 (including tax) for the trio. They were given to me in a small lavender colored box. Once making the 15 minute drive home, I was surprised that these still had a warm, gooey, and fresh out-of-the-oven taste to them. My only gripe is that they're packed with a lot of sugar. So if you are diabetic or watching your blood sugar levels, I wouldn't advise going too overboard on these. Aside from that, this was a decent above average experience. The employees were friendly, quick, and attentive. My rating (as noted) for the Natomas "Crumbl Cookies", 4 stars. read more

My experience with the employees and the cookies were a 10/10! Excellent customer service from the girls working here. They were so sweet, informative, friendly and efficient workers. I haven't had crumble in a long time so when I saw that they had the Tres Leche cake I had to sprint on over and try it. I have to say, it was soooo good!! While there is no pumpkin in the tres leche cake it for sure tasted like I had ate a big serving of fall! Since were there we also wanted to try their Oreo and cream cheese cookie along with a classic chocolate chip cookie. All cookies were warm and crunchy on the corners but soft in the middle and just the perfect amount of sweetness on them. The cookies go best with a tall glass of milk! Enjoyed my experience. My s/o really wanted to try Crumbl again so we stopped by. The service was just okay. As for the cookies our favorite was the Blueberry Pancake. It didn't really taste like pancakes and I'm not sure if it is supposed to but nonetheless I would order that again. The others weren't our favorites but they're perfect if you like what they are. Like if you love PB cookies then the peanut butter one is perfect. If you like semi sweet cookies, then it's perfect. I really wanted to try this week's flavors and the mini cookies. I think the mini's have a softer texture than the regular sized cookies but all of the flavors this week are so good! Just a heads up, Crumbl cookies are very much on the sweeter side and a bit pricey ($18 for a box of 6 minis). Top 3 favorite flavors this week were cookies and cream, cowboy, and banana split. My first time at this Crumbl location, inside was nice but the workers didn't really acknowledge I was there until they finished my online order. Last time coming to this location. Cookies are smaller than they're supposed to be. Cookies were hard and cold. Did curb side but the employees marked my order as picked up before I even got there so I had to go in. Not worth the $50 for a dozen.
