Great location, plenty of parking. Depends on the time you go if they are busy or not. Standing in line you will need to do if busy; very small customer area. I love that they have a kiosk in store to order or the possibility to order from the cashier. I ordered through the app but still had to wait in line. Cookies are pretty tasty with a different line up cookies each week, the only sucky part is that if you like the cookies they are featuring that week you can't re order any other time. Cookies are big and thick with lots of calories.. my clinic ordered a variety and could cut the cookie into 6-8 pieces for everyone to try each cookie. We shopped at Crumbl twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time my friend picked up a box of 4 of the ones with pink icing and she loved them. Then we went back a few days later and picked up a bigger order for our volunteer group. Those cookies were huge and super-fantastic tasting. I had red velvet and also the one with some kind of cream cheese ball on top. The cookies taste homemade. The staff were so nice to us. The manager was nice too. There were so many hungry customers who all showed up at the same time hungry for cookies and the staff handled it so well. A couple of folks who had to wait a bit got a coupon for a cookie on a future visit. We didn't wait long at all but if we had, it would have been worth the wait. read more

This rating is for Crumbl cookies in general, not the location. These cookies are over hyped. They have great unique flavors. But you get a sad after taste of plain sugar left in your mouth instead of the rich flavor you get at the very beginning of each bite. The cookies are hella thick, as if you're eating a cookie from Foodmaxx/Safeway on the outside of the cookie and that feeling of them being undercooked from the inside. I've had their cookies multiple times, my mom orders often also at work they pick up a box every other week. Flavors are always changing which is a plus! Seems like the cookies have been more consistently baked through. I finally went in to visit the location and mannnnn was i disappointed. The floors, walls, doors and corners were all disgustingly filthy. How can the owner not have the crew take care of the establishment. It's such a turn off and actually made we question if they are cleaning the equipment. It's unacceptable for a food place to be this dirty. Please get it together I enjoy the cookies from time to time but the floors will have me second guessing anytime someone orders. I'm going to go again and in the future and add pictures. First time coming here, my family and I enjoyed the cookies. If you like cookies and like to try out new flavors this is your place. We were big fans of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie, and the Cinnamon Roll cookie tasted like a actual cinnamon roll. However with the Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie, I wish the center was ozzy like it shows on the app, but it may have been because we arrived late and the center got firm from sitting. Also, I was expecting something a little bit more special for a birthday since we paid extra , it looked a generic and not worth paying for that. The customer service was decent, one employee would acknowledge the guests as they came in and would present and show them their cookies to be sure the order was correct. Unlike the other employee didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered. But overall the cookies were good, my family enjoyed them. I think we will be back. read more

I love Crumbl cookies and come here often. Disappointed today. The store was very dirty. Used gloves all over the floor and visible. There wasn't even a trash can near the gloves and it looked like someone just took off the gloves and threw it on the floor. 3 gloves on floor. When my box of cookies was given to me, it was dirty with chocolate all over the top and all over the sides even on the bottom. The regular chocolate chip cookies I got were hard and almost crunchy on the ends. It wasn't burnt, but maybe an old cookie from earlier in the day that hardened? It definitely was not fresh and hard on the ends. Very disappointed in quality of facility and cookie.
