Crumbl is super popular with the younger crowd- yeah I am showing my age with this review! But I have to say, the cookies are addictive and oh so fun to bring to a party! If you are a fan of those packaged sugar cookies with the thick layer of frosting and the soft texture, Crumbl is for you. It is a little gimicky how they "release" the new flavors once a week, but it made me go back when they had a Hawaiian theme going. The coconut cookie was divine! Heaps of fresh-tasting coconut flavor came thru loud and clear. I am a big fan of their traditional flavors: chocolate chip may look pedestrian, but trust me its a world-class CCC. Melt in your mouth, thick, not too sweet. You can dunk but be warned they are pretty fragile so have a spoon handy! I really wanted to like crumbl because the concept is so cool-different flavors every week! I just couldn't bring myself to enjoy the cookie. I got the mint chocolate flavor, and it was just too sweet and doughy for my taste. The store itself was well maintained and clean but the atmosphere felt uninviting. I ordered on the kiosk because the workers seemed busy, but when my order was ready they didn't call me. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes only to go up to them and ask about my order to find out it had been ready for a while. I understand that people probably place orders online so they wouldn't call out names constantly, but I was the only one waiting inside and they watched me order but still didn't ask me which order i was waiting for after seeing me stand there :( I think this is cool in theory, but i don't see myself coming back at all read more

I visited this location to gift my nephew a 4 pack of the milk chocolate chip cookies. The store was clean and the staff were welcoming along with the aroma of fresh baked cookies. I must say that these are some very instagramable cookies. The box was so pretty that I didn't want to throw it away (obviously Al could not keep as the butter from the cookies seep) Small shop located in the small food strip of the large shopping center shared with Best Buy's and Old Navy. Ordering was a breeze with the kiosk inside the store and also available online. The cookies were quite delicious and I felt they were a very reasonable price for their size. I highly recommend the sugar cookie and chocolate chip. York mint and gingerbread were pretty good. The only one I did not like was the eggnog because it was kinda dry and very crumbly. Looks like they have smaller options, but I think those are catering only? I have heard all the hype about this place and prolonged checking it out for months. I assumed that people were raving over a cookie shop just because of how Instagrammable or how minimalist the concept was but I was wrong! Aside from the fact that this place and it's packaging is so cute, their cookies are amazing. I had gotten the pink iced sugar cookie which came chilled and it was so good! The dough falls apart very easily and is very very buttery. The frosting is thick and very sweet, so in whole the cookie is very heavy but good in moderation. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. I LOVE chocolate, but this was a bit too sweet for me. Pumpkin Cake - 5/5 Chewy and nice pumpkin flavor. Aggie Blue Mint - 3/5. Overly sweet and according to my hubby, tastes like toothpaste. Personally I'm not really a fan of frosting on cookies. The other two flavors they offered today was Funfetti and Classic Sugar. The employee said the classic sugar was good but really sweet, so I passed on that. They are pretty efficient in getting the cookies out. Some were served warm, the frosted ones are served cold. The chocolate chip was nice and crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside with a generous amount of chocolate chips. I've never tried Crumbl before and saw this location when I was at a neighboring store, decided to give it a try. I'd give it 3.5 stars. Boy is it pricey! I don't know if I'd pay that much again for cookies but I've heard about it a couple of times from other people so glad I tried it out. It's situated on a large lot with many other business so parking doesn't seem to be an issue. After eating a cookie you also have the option to walk some of it off lol. You order the cookies yourself on a kiosk and pay there as well. The team behind the counter gets your order and prepares it for you. I ordered their blueberry, pink, chocolate, and churro cookies - the cookies are pretty large and the body was fairly heavy. My favorites were the blueberry and the churro. The chocolate was just too chocolatey for me, the pink was good tasted like a sugar cookie. Not bad! I just don't know if I could be okay with spending that much on cookies again. read more
