Easy ordering, quick service, delicious cookies! This was a recommendation from a neighbor, and decided to check it out. The store is located near other retailers so parking can be a challenge; but nothing too crazy. The store itself is not very big, and with 10 or so patrons, the available space felt incredibly tight that I went outside while we waited. Ordering occurs on a touch screen, to choose between the six options available (when we went). Upon ordering, the staff call your name for pickup of your warm cookies! The wait was incredibly short, which was nice given the "crowd" inside. We opted for the Honey Bun. The cookie was warm and unique in its capture of seeming like a cinnamon bun! Overall, we will definitely be returning to try their options soon! read more

I was excited to try this place. I ordered 4 cookies 2 milk chocolate chip, 1 old fashioned donut, and one walnut fudge brownie with a " just because" up charge decoration of " just because ". The presentation in the box was nice homey there was no additional just because note or decorative paper or anything Taste: cookies are large, shareable The milk chocolate dough looked undercooked. Since it was my first time ordering I thought perhaps that's just how they look. Took a chance and tried a bit of all of them. I happened to be in this plaza right next to this Crumbl so I though it was a perfect opportunity to try it. The S'mores was the best one I tried. The cookie dough one with all the frosting on it was just way too sweet. After taking 2 bites, I ended up scraping all the frosting off. It would have been inedible if I didn't scrape all the frosting off. Yummy gourmet cookies! Stumbled on this place when I was visiting the Staples and Best Buy on the same shopping center and just so happened to have been craving cookies. Got a box of 4 and the service and staff were friendly and great. The inside smelled so good, looked very bright and clean! The lemon glaze and the mango frozen yogurt were my favorites from the box I picked out, so hope those flavors come back one day. Had no clue what flavors they had before coming here since I came here never knowing about this franchise but definitely check the flavors on their website before coming unless you want to be surprised like I did. I don't get the hype. I ordered a bunch of cookies to take home and have the whole family to try but honestly - I thought they were okay. I know that they're known for very large cookies but I would rather have a smaller, thinner cookie vs. a few large ones. Love that they rotate the flavors and such but I think I like more plain cookies rather than cookies with a bunch of stuff on top of them. Cookies were quite good. You order on a tablet and they get you your order right after so the service was fairly quick. There's not much flavor options for the cookies but they rotate them weekly I believe. We opted for the chocolate chip, apple pie and s'mores and all were good. They came out fresh and warm. However, the chocolate chip and s'more were a bit too soft for me like it wasn't baked long enough. It almost tasted as if you're eating cookie dough. Would much rather prefer the cookies a bit more solid but that's just my own preference. The apple pie was the best. After seeing tons of commercials for Crumbl Cookies, I looked them up and found this location (the one closest to me). I ordered 2 cookies last week -- the chocolate peanut butter cookies and cream and the sea salt toffee. Pick up was flawless, and we were pretty excited to try them out. The peanut butter cookies and cream was delicious. Perfectly baked and soft. I was looking forward to the Sea Salt Toffee the most, but it was severely underbaked (and I don't mind underbaked cookies). Which was a total bummer, especially given how much each cookie cost. We had to end up baking it more at home. I look forward to checking the menu weekly to see if there's anything else I want to try, however, I am a bit hesitant spending that much for the possibility of receiving underbaked cookies. read more

Ok, verdict for the cookies. Now, granted this is a limited review since I am reviewing only the cookies my girlfriend got for me, she got them for me yesterday and I ate some yesterday and today. That chocolate one with the fudge? and peanut butter?...terrible! Soooooo much sugar and I love sugar, however, it was WAY over the top, it's like my taste buds got throat punched and then kicked, and not in a kinky way...1/5...would not recommend unless you're into that stuff...do you boo. The one with the frosting and little cookie on top, also was a bit sugary, but not as bad as the full chocolate wasted one...it looked better than it tasted...2/5. Chocolate chip cookies...speechless...sooo good! Sweet but not like a slap to the face sweet (see above), chocolaty but not too crazy. I could only image them coming out the oven and eating them fresh...5/5. Would buy again and eat warmed up, nice and toasted/crispy/crunchy on the outside with a cold glass of milk (or drink of your choice, whatever floats your boat). I first had sticker shock when I looked at the menu to decide what to get, but when they showed me the cookies in the box I was pleased with how big the cookies are. The cookies taste unique, but again the price is a little high. This is a good place to buy a treat that you're gifting for someone else. It's a little pricey just for me to buy for myself. I liked they had kiosks that I was able to quickly select my order and checkout. In less than a minute, they had my cookies boxed up. i absolutely love this place. Their boxes are so adorable and they are packaged to give as a cute dessert for a birthday. The box of four is plenty since they are pretty large cookies. I have tried so many of the flavors but not all of them yet. I do love and recommend the chocolate chip cookie. It's a classic flavor anywhere you go but THIS chocolate chip cookie is just FIRE! I love the ones that are served warm (not al of them are). The churro is also delicious. I have ordered it and although I thought it was going to be too sweet, the sweet part on top of the cookie is very fluffy and it wasn't too bad. However, if it IS too sweet for you it pairs perfectly with a black coffee without any sugar as you will get the sweetness from the cookie. I recently ordered the mint chip ice cream cookie and this one surprised me too because it wasn't as sweet as I imagined it and the frosting on top had more of a light whipped consistency and not thick, like frosting. My son had seen the orange roll cookie on my screen and since he LOVES oranges he pointed at it and so I ordered it for him (because of the orange, he's two years old, almost three). When I got there though, the cookie did not have the little orange wedge garnish as pictured on the app, so my son threw a tantrum and did not want it (geesh, kids). So just be aware that the little orange garnish is not there. They mentioned they were not putting it on there anymore, so I'm not sure why it was on the app. I also tried the turtle cookie and it was delicious but not soft and warm like the others. I will try to warm it up next time. Anyway, the cookies here are delicious you won't regret it. The only reason I am rating them four stars is because they don't have smaller sized cookies. My toddlers always want to eat the entire cookie but it's way too much cookie for a child. I ended up purchasing the little cutter they have that cuts the cookie into four perfect bite size pieces but then the piece is a bit small. They do carry the smaller sized cookies, but only for catering and you do have to order a large amount for them to be ordered as catering (I think it's 50 of them the last time I checked. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong). Oh and the best part, they close late at 10pm and some weekend days at midnight. Crumbl Cookies have been appearing all over social media lately, and I was excited to find a location close by. If you want to impress, just bring over a box of these--they're perfectly huge to share! Prices are alright considering how large they are; we paid around $14 for 4 cookies. The flavors change weekly, which I'm glad to hear because I may have gone on the wrong week. The cookies I got were decent but I was disappointed to find the Cookie Dough flavor I actually made the trek for had already run out for the day. Instead, I ended up getting the pumpkin caramel, galaxy brownie and two sugar cookies. They were okay, but none in particular stood out to the point where I would excitedly return for them. All of them were very sweet to the point where I had to have tea alongside to enjoy them. The pumpkin caramel cookie tasted like pumpkin bread, which is fine if you're into that flavor profile (I'm not). The sugar cookie came with a generous dollop of frosting on top but the almond flavor was so, so strong. Great if you like marzipan but I do not. What's wrong with a classic vanilla frosting? While I seldom refuse cookies, the ones I had here I most likely wouldn't reach for again. However, there's always another day and I'll be happy to try my luck again another day when there are new flavors that pique my interest. read more

Stopped by here on a Friday evening before heading home. I felt as if I deserved a cookie for a long week at work. I was so happy to see that they had the sea salt hazelnut. I ordered a box of 4 (2 hazelnut, 1 chocolate chip, and 1 birthday cake). The hazelnut cookie was so warm and tasty!! I loved every bite of it! I knew it was so bad for me but so very good at the same time. Finally found out what all the hype was about. Fresh made cookies and frosted while you wait. I liked the chocolate mallow cupcake cookie and of course the milk chocolate chip cookie. As soon as I got home straight to the fridge for that ice cold glass of milk. Family liked all the flavors from the six pack we got. I just think it's funny to pay more for this six pack of cookies then a six pack of beer. It's not every day though. And if you can't make up your mind to which flavor you want why not try all of them. I guess the hype is real. Real expensive enormous cookies. But worth the price. I didn't know what to except when this place opened up near my work, I did try a bite or two from my co-workers from the previous week, and wanted to get a box of this weeks flavors for my family. I watched the line and when it wasn't too long headed over, they have a little waiting queue outside which is nice, because the interior is tiny. Ordering is really easy, you can either order with a cashier or there's tablets to the side where you can order... and you can order online as well. *** you can only order mini cookies as a pre order option *** I was disappointed that I couldn't order any mini cookies right there for my daughter. As far as quality I would highly recommend eating them same day! They are cold when they give you them. I was surprised by the "sour patch" watermelon and the "hostess cupcake" like one with now similar they were to the inspiration. Those were my two favorites, the others however fell short in my opinion. The chocolate chip and the graham cracker one utterly lacked in flavor and didn't hit the mark for me, and the other two were very sweet and just okay. Personally I would wait for the hype to die down, I would not wait in a line all the way around chipotle for these cookies. I am curious about the other flavors they offer and will try them out again, the cookies are very pretty... but I'll give them some time to settle in and update my review! read more

THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES HERE ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! Someone brought a box of these last Friday to my husband's work and he brought a chocolate chip one home to me. I LOVE sweets and have a horrendous sweet tooth. Not even being dramatic, the chocolate chip cookie here was the BEST cookie I have ever had in my life. It even beat Bristol Farm's cookies! The one cookie legit felt like it weighed a pound. It was SO fresh and cooked to absolute perfection - the type of texture where the cookie smoothly breaks when you bend it instead of crumbling everywhere, i.e., it was perfectly moist. The chocolate chips inside were so huge, they were more like chunks the size of the hershey's bar chunks that you can break apart when you buy the candy bar. The $4.25 price tag on these things is 100000% worth it. I can't wait to check this place out in person and try some of the other flavors! read more
