Okay, Crumbl Cookies in general hit the SPOT. No doubt! This week they had a raspberry cheesecake flavor and it was sooooooooo delicious! Honestly they have the best cookies out of everyone - I'm not exaggerating! The cookies get 10/5 stars for me. Also, the crust from the raspberry cheesecake was perfection. The 4 stars are for this location in particular. Normally I would visit the Greensboro location instead of the Lawndale, but since I was in the area I decided to stop here. I ordered my cookies from the ipads and actually was not greeted by anyone. (Usually, I will leave a store and take my business elsewhere, but the way gas prices are these days.. I sucked it up) The store manager was on the phone completing an order at the main cashier stand. Understandably, he was on the phone, but in customer service even eye contact and a simple wave to your customer goes a long way. The store could do a lot better on acknowledging their customers and it begins with the store manager. The store manager sets the tone and if the store manager himself didn't greet me then why would anyone else? That was the disappointing part. However, when Aline greeted me with my cookies she was soooo warm, friendly, kind, and just a pleasure! She turned my entire experience around. Give her a raise, make her a store manager! She is the kindness that we need in the world especially within customer service. It didn't take much, but what Aline gave was the epitome of customer service.

Placed my order night before. Ordered a 6 pack of cookies and they are always soft baked just like i like my cookies. I do not approve of crispy cookies so that's why cookie crumbl is my fav spot! My brother loved them! Awesome presentation and fast delivery! They have sticker options for Birthdays or cute notes!

I'm very picky about my cookies, I love homemade cookies more. But this cornbread cookie from Crumbl was delicious, I went and got this cookie 2 more times lol. Fast service I ordered drive up the young lady was soooo sweet, I was greeted with a compliment and had such a warm smile. I love great customer service because I love to tip people who make my time memorable. Great vibe when this cookie comes back I suggest you all try it!!! No too sweet taste exactly like real cornbread. Only reason they got 4stars is because some of the other cookies aren't that good.

For my daughters birthday we decided to try this place for a nice sweet treat. After all, I've always heard amazing things about this place and how popular it seems. The cookies were very delicious. But definitely could not be eaten in one sitting. They were very sweet. It does get pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait. After trying the cookies, we honestly don't see the hype. They were great cookies but not mind blowing amazing! Specially for how much I hear about from other people. They are very pretty to look at, though. I guess it's just not my cup of tea. 8/10 they are very good, but this is the type of place I'd try once and never again.

Love this location! Friendly staff and the cookies are delicious. The chocolate cookie base is my favorite, so this hot chocolate cookie was a no-brainer. Very rich chocolate!

My first time to Crumbl and it was hopping. Lot's of people on line to have one of their delicious cookies. Firstly, I ordered wrong. I ordered their cookie dough crunch ice cream which was just okay. Not enough cookie dough crunch in it. Next time I am going to order one of their big, beautiful cookies, after all that is what they are known for. The flavors of the cookies were milk chocolate chip, frosted strawberry pop tart, double fudge brownie, lemon cupcake, chocolate toffee cake and Reese's pieces. The cookies are offered in two sizes, huge and small. The large cookie will set you back $3.83, but everyone says they're totally worth it. You can purchase party packs of cookies as well. The inside of Crumbl is simple and austere. There is no place to sit as it is strictly a to go place. I'll update my review when I have actually eaten one of their cookies.

Not a very big location but I was surprised that I was able to get in and out as quick as I was considering it was during lunch hour. The cookies were fabulous as always, I still think they are a little on the expensive side but it is what it is...treat yoooo self!

These cookies are AMAZING! Perfection. Treat yourself to a decadent treat and drop in to buy a few. There are so many creative offerings that it's impossible to choose only one. The cookies are large so sharing an option. Crumbl will satisfy your sweet tooth for sure.

Just got the chance to check out this cute spot conveniently placed in Target shopping center. When you walk in you'll see iPads you use to place your order and don't worry it's super user friendly! Initially, I seen where 4 cookies would be $12+ but it made sense after I tried them. The quality is top tier! That cinnamon fry bread cookie y'all!!! Good heavens, that is where it's at! They only had 6 flavors of cookies to choose from but I was reading on their website that they rotate some flavors each week or so... which is cleaver as hell because that's going to keep me interested in trying the new flavors every so often. Their App has a pretty sweet loyalty program to earn points (called crumbs) and order ahead. Unfortunately, leaving a Yelp review doesn't earn you points just yet, but maybe they'll add that eventually

Who would ever imagine? A store that just sells cookies. It is a small store for take out only. It is pristine inside with walls of pink and white and uniforms of black. They have 3 touch screens where you can choose your cookies and you certainly don't have to wait long. 5 minutes or less I'd say. They had 6 different cookies to choose from: chocolate chip (which is served warm), sugar cookie with vanilla icing, Reese's Pieces, German Chocolate, cornbread cookie and I cannot remember the other one to be honest. For starters the cookies are HUGE and fluffy. They easily take up the whole palm of your hand and have more of a cake texture. I'm giving this store 4 stars because I'm a picky cookie consumer. I like my cookies smaller and thinner. I think a good ole batch of Nestle Toll House homemade cookies far outshines these. And you get so many more. These cookies a very pricey! However, the service was impeccable. Nate, the owner took our order and he was very professional yet very engaging. As first time guests he helped us feel very welcome. I think there is a niche for a specialty place like this in Greensboro. I sure do hope they make it.

friendly service-greeted upon entrance and exit. very clean store. I normally try a different cookie each time I visit the store. This time I got the brown sugar cinnamon with pop tart on the top. Their cookies consistency is always the same. This cookie didn't have much flavor but I will definitely go back again to try something different.

Love Crumbl!!! Never had a bad experience at any location I've ever been to, and this one didn't disappoint either. We walked in and there was no line, placed our order and were out the door in minutes. My favorite part, besides the delicious cookies, is the fact that the most time I've spent ordering, paying and waiting all together was probably about 3 minutes. Half the time before you're even done paying they've already started your box. On top of that they always show you the contents of your box before handing it over o make sure they got it all correct. Friendly people, great customer service and quality treats for a fair price. Definitely will stop back in here if I'm in the area again

We had cookies delivered and thoroughly enjoyed them. When they arrived, still a lil bit warm, but we were able to have them with cocoa, coffee the next morning... Delicious!!!!

I only went to Cheesecakes by Alex because it was the meeting place selected by someone I was meeting with. I thought I would grab a tea, have the meeting, and then leave. However, nothing went as planned. Lol First, I am a "sucker" for eclectic vibes, which is the ambiance that the Elm St. location gives. The inside has a large mural on the wall, it has rustic flooring and furniture, and it is nothing like what I had pictured. I thought I would encounter a more "refined" place where everyone had their pinky in the air because of how everyone raved about Alex and his freaking cheesecake. Gracious! I completely understand now. I mean, I get it. Lol So after the meeting, this roughly drawn menu reeled me in because it had CHAI TEA. That's my jam. Once I had a sip of my delicious hot Chai tea with almond milk, I KNEW everything else was probably tasty, so I (in a reserved way) ordered an apple muffin. The muffin smelled divine, so I inquired (because I HAD to lol) about the best-selling cheesecakes. The cashier smiled at me and directed me to the Bourbon Pecan and the White Chocolate Raspberry flavored cheesecakes. They were $6 per slice, and I couldn't decide, so I had her pack both. I had a long day planned, so I had to take the slices home and refrigerate them. I almost forgot about them until around 10:30 when I had a sweet craving, and...have mercy! BOTH cheesecakes were velvety smooth, flavorful, and decadent. The Bourbon Pecan was heavenly. I could definitely taste its unique flavor pairings, and it had enough pecans. I also loved the buttery crust. The White Chocolate Raspberry was rich and creamy, with the tang of the raspberry exactly where and when you need it in every bite. I had to take bites out of each, you know, to treat them fairly. Lol Although I paid dearly for eating too much dairy, it was worth the experience. Sometimes, you just have to eat the lactose pill and jump in! I'm so glad I did. Now you know that Cheesecakes by Alex is Kiesha Speech approved. Hands down, they are bringing more than flavor.
