I ordered cookies from this store last week and the cookies look so bad. The honey comb has like no frosting and the candy looks like POOP! That is so gross. The chocolate chip and the cookies and cream milkshake were so small and the milkshake was broken when I got it. The manager at this location Steven is a creepy asshole who makes me never want to come back here, I've seen him yell at the workers and be creepy to the girls that work there. Crumbl Cookies has cookies as big as your hands. I had never heard of this chain before visiting today. Crumbl offer a good variety of about 6-7 cookies on a rotating menu. I was surprised that they also offered Crumbl and cream, an ice cream version with cookie toppings. They offer mini cookies for catered events. They offer contactless payment (tap n go) at the kiosk and at the counter. I sampled the chocolate chip cookie and found it to be slightly overcooked for my liking. I did enjoy the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. I was able to read the ingredients lists for each cookie at the kiosk before ordering. They also have take home menus. The drink selection is basically milk and water. I definitely recommend a drink with these cookies. They are moist but somehow dry your mouth. I think I'm done with Crumbl. At least at this location. The cookies are just Ok, except for the oatmeal, which is exceptional. Watermelon is good too. At 700 calories each they need to be amazing. I think whoever owns this place is extremely hands-off and never there, because the staff is not trained in customer service. I've never seen an adult in the place. The young Asian-ish guy just now was rude, slung my cookies at me, never looked at me, did not speak one single word from start to finish. Not even when I walked to the counter...he was turned looking at his coworkers and I finally just said what I wanted. Thankfully there's the tip option when paying so I can cast a negative vote that way. I've given a couple of bucks every other time but I'm officially done. What a nightmare on my Birthday! I attempted to go in and get my favorite cookie that should be Free this day. I was dismissed and treated terribly. First, I was informed that I needed the barcode from my email. They didn't send me one, but I showed them the app and pulled out ID to be able to pove it was my Birthday. They said NO, and without the barcode there was nothing that they could or would do for me. While I attempted to find said email, they ignored me and then proceeded help other customers and ignore me until I eventually left. When I called to say how upset I was and asked for the manager or owner, I was told that Steven was busy and i needed to call back! Oh my God, these people are unbelievable and lack any and all ability to treat a customer well. I was put on hold for eternity and finally had to call back. When Steven got angry and defensive because I raised my voice in total frustration, he said that he was human and I could go ahead and call corporate and the owner, Tyler and he would explain what happened and then hung up. Just like that, another expensive customer acquisition lost. A loyal customer that helps pay employees is lost on these people. Went there around the grand opening to check it out. I was a newbie and a bit confused at how to order. The staff was very friendly but could of done a better job educating me about the process. I saw that they had ice cream and was excited only to find out that they do not have any. Really? It's on your menu on the wall at the grand opening week. I did leave with four cookies. If you want good customer service, DO NOT visit this Crumbl store. While the cookies are fantastic, with them being expensive I would expect better customer service than some young girl (Kendall) giving me attitude while I stood there waiting to be served AFTER she served the man behind me and then proceeded to continue to ignore me. When I asked if I was going to be helped, she did not go out of here way to apologize for her mistake...she said "it's ok"...NO IT"S NOT!!! I hate poor customer service and especially when the other employees did not have the common sense to make the matter better. Our first experience ever at crumbl cookies. It started with us ordering our cookies and being told to wait 45 minutes for a certain cookie to be made. That was not an issue as we wanted to see what Crumbl Cookies was all about as it was our first time trying them. 45 minutes went by and all our cookies except the cornflake marshmallow cookies were not done. The person in charge of making them was Nolan. I understand that the process may have been long to make but he was going very slow, playing around and not doing his job. He was in the process of making them then Nolan left outside the store for 10 minutes, then came back and started to play around more. He wiped his hand off on his apron then stuck them back into the cornflake marshmallow mix. He then took one out with a spatula, came up to the front and ask a completely different customer what they wanted and completely ignored that at that point we have been waiting for an hour all the while dropping the cookie that was on the spatula on the floor. When we finally received our cookies, one was missing. We politely said that one was missing, Nolan took the box back, exchanged one cookie for another and gave it back, when explaining that it was wrong and nolan exchanged cookies but didn't add the missing cookie, Nolan then showed an attitude that we politely pointed out the mistake he made. Our first experience was a bad one and do not recommend coming here while Nolan is making the cookies. All in all 2 stars for the good cookies. read more

Wouldn't let me give ZERO stars. I have ordered delivery numerous times and it has never gone right. Haven't ordered in a couple of months, so tried again today. I placed the order on their website and received confirmation. Received a texts saying order placed, order being processed, order on its way, THEN order cancelled. I called the store and they told me that they sent out the order with Door Dash so I would need to contact them. I told them that I did not order through Door Dash, that I ordered through their website. I asked for the Customer Service number, they refused repeatedly. Finally an assistant manager got on the phone, but will still not give me the customer service number. She said they would reach out to Door Dash on my behalf. Search and searched online for a customer service number, and when I found a link, it was not valid. Looks like I will be disputing this charge with my credit card AGAIN! Lesson learned. read more
