This place is awful! The mini cookies are a joke. I ordered delivery through the app for six mini cookies. They called to tell me they didn't have three of the cookies I wanted. I picked 3 replacements and those are the only cookies that were delivered. The other three were forgotten apparently with the replacements. I tried to call the store but nobody answered or responded to the message I left. Do yourself a favor and go to Sweet Red Peach. Their cookies are so much better and the service is awesome! The only reason I ordered from Crumbl is because SRP was closed. read more

Cookies come out good for the most part. Sometimes mine have come out overcooked which I don't necessarily love. I know some people like more crunchy but it is not my favorite. The biggest problems at this location is how dirty it is and the workers never seem happy. It doesn't matter if I come in smiling and saying hi or crying cuz I just got broken up with. I get the same unpleasant, cold and detached vibes from them every time. Consistency I guess. There was also one time I had went in and there was a big fig beetle on the front counter where the girl was making something and none of the employees wanted to take it out because they were scared so a customer did it. I mean I wasn't going to either because I was scared also so I'm glad someone became the hero. This location is not impressive to say the least. read more

This location is in desperate need of new management ! 9:00 am - opening time I get there at 9:01. I ordered on the app for pickup btw 9-930. I walk in and the floors are filthy. How is the store dirty at open?! Lady named Jess then says that 2 of the cookie flavors that I ordered won't be ready until 10:30 am. Another lady walks in trying to walk in and order on the kiosk and all of the card readers are down! Pretty good cookies and nice addition to the Menifee area. Came a few times since grand opening this month and what I was able to get were pretty good. Both times I came by they were out of of most of the favorites so hopefully they'll soon figure out what they need to keep in stock once the traffic dies down. I've been to their locations in OC and SD and it seems to be pretty consistent on flavor and quality. Little pricey at $4 a cookie but worth stopping by to satisfy your sweet tooth. read more

It's unbelievable people are writing negative reviews. I visited on the opening day at around 5 pm to see a crowd of what must have been 60 people outside the store. There must have been 20+ employees working at full speed trying to keep up with orders, they couldn't have even fit more staff in there they were so busy. Sorry to those employees for having a supportive community that kept them going on all 4 cylinders yesterday, my cookies were fantastic and although my wait was long, 20-30 minutes, that's the price you pay to experience their delicious food on the opening day. I'm even more sorry on behalf of those who chose to write a negative review when the business was obviously dealing with larger volume of orders than ever anticipated. read more

Been waiting for this location to open to try it.. I've waiting till the long lines died down after grand opening. I was wrong. There is always a long line. BUT I got a solution for you. Download the Crumbl app select an order ahead time frame. Once you get closer to the store select I'm here. The process was so smooth. I got out my car and an employee was walking out with my order. I loved how fast it was. On the other hand, these cookies are not your regular sized cookies. They are big. They come out nice and warm. The employee let me know that they were out of a flavor and replaced it with another one. Would definitely recommend if in the area! read more

It is so disappointing that when you place an online order for a specific time that you still are waiting an hour past that time to get your cookies. I thought this was just a one time thing but it has become more common with this location. There doesn't seem to be a kind of order on how they do things so it is very frustrating. Just be prepared to wait a lot longer to get your cookies even if you order them ahead of time to be ready when you get there. read more

Heavens! These cookies are so divine! I don't normally seek out specialty cookies but have been hearing all the buzz long before this shop opened. Had a chance to drop by today and check out the hype as hubby was craving a cookie. And oh boy so glad we did! The place was very well lit, it's a revolving door of people coming in and out with pink boxes of goodies. Even though they were busy, it did not feel so crowded inside. You can place an order through the screen that is set-up right by the entrance, and they bring your order out to you. They were well organized, efficient and uber friendly! Their cookies were huge, and you really get your money's worth. They were out of milk chocolate chip by the time we got there but everything else we ordered were so delectable and so pretty. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. I ordered the salted caramel crunch and one of the mint specialties. When we arrived, there was only one couple ahead of us they ordered through the kiosk, while we placed our order with the associate. The ice cream-making process is so cool. it's a show all on its own. If you have kids, this is definitely a fun treat. The business looked well-kept and clean. I would recommend having another team member assisting with orders, though. During our visit, there was only one employee helping more than 15 people while we enjoyed our ice cream not to mention the mobile orders coming in and since it does take a minute to craft each order i think this would help customer satisfaction. they could us the help! parking is a breeze!

I had many bones and almost no chicken meat. When I mentioned it to the owner They were extremely kind and accommodating, offering me something else. That point I was full so I didn't accept their offer but I'm sure they would have taken care of it. It's my understanding that it isn't always this way, that sometimes they use boneless chicken, so I will give it another try at some point. The gravies were thin and most of the foods had the same flavors. If you are local to this restaurant it will do in a pinch if you like Indian food. It is small inside but has a cute vibe and a little bar. There are no fountain drinks and bottled water is free with your meal.

I think the way to do it is to throw a dollar in there every third visit or something, just my feeling. A cumulative tip.Ha! Anyway, the staff is always real pleasant and kind. There is usually plenty of outdoor seating and easy parking. There is also a bunch of great little shops nearby, including SEES candy and a handful of restaurants, etc. Target, Michaels, HomeGoods, you know the normal Mini-Mall "flif-flof'. It's a very pleasant spot. Look for: "COUNTRYSIDE MARKETPLACE " just off of Newport/Haun Rd near Highway 215. Let me pop back inside and throw a couple of shekels in the "tip jar"! My Catholic guilt got a grip on me! Time to buzz off for now.........

The employee who helped me-- I believe their name was Kyler -- was incredibly friendly and had such a great vibe. They didn't just connect with me, but with other customers as well. As for the food, the price is definitely on the higher side, but considering it's a smaller town and there aren't many poke options nearby, it feels somewhat justified compared to driving farther out. The portion sizes were great, especially the protein. I got salmon and shrimp with a medium spice level, plus avocado, furikake, green onion, onion, and cucumber. It was simple but really good. Their topping options are a bit limited compared to other poke spots, but they cover the basics that most people usually get anyway. Most importantly, they are not skimpy with the protein, which I really appreciated. The inside was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. They also carry a variety of Hawaiian Sun drinks (my favorite!) and even sell Dole Whip, which I didn't try this time but definitely will next visit. Overall, it was a great experience and the poke was delicious. I'll definitely be back!
