I originally ordered 3 mini DubaiB cookies for $15.16. When I arrived, I was told they had run out. There were three employees present, including a new employee in training, Ruth (who took my information), and a tall employee who did not provide her name. Instead of offering an equivalent replacement or refund, I was given only 1 regular-sized DubaiB cookie. I was unhappy with this resolution because a single regular cookie costs around $8, yet I was charged $15.16. This does not reflect equal value for what I paid. When I expressed my concern, the tall employee told me it was "policy" to charge more when items sell out and said she could not cancel the order or provide a refund. This was very frustrating and did not feel like fair customer service. read more

Kudos to the crew working tonight, 09/07! Showed up around 7 to fulfill the wife's all day craving. Arrived to find a packed store, with a couple people outside who quickly informed me that they weren't currently taking orders due to a severe backlog (they were getting crushed for some reason). I placed an online order for pick up at 8, an hour later, since going back home with no churro cookie would have meant a butt chewing and another night on the couch! As I was waiting, it thinned out faster than I thought (they hustled!) and they began taking orders again. I asked one of the young men if I could transfer my online order to the waiting list. I've never been to Crumbl cookie until tonight. My granddaughter talked me into it and yes I spent $16 on four cook cookies. Lol We got the strawberry shortcake, traditional, chocolate chip, and the new cornbread cookie. I took a small bite of each because they are super Duper sweet. They were all very good but extremely sweet cookies. Customer service was OK, you order your cookies on the kiosk and they basically just call your name out. You do not get any eye to customer service contact they just hand your box of cookies and you are out. I kinda don't like that. no one greeted us, no one said hi, no one made eye contact. Just felt weird. As you can see in the picture, the ambience was no Bueno ... we couldn't even stand inside. It is so small in there, and it was extremely packed with only two workers making cookies.
