I've never been to Crumbl cookie until tonight. My granddaughter talked me into it and yes I spent $16 on four cook cookies. Lol We got the strawberry shortcake, traditional, chocolate chip, and the new cornbread cookie. I took a small bite of each because they are super Duper sweet. They were all very good but extremely sweet cookies. Customer service was OK, you order your cookies on the kiosk and they basically just call your name out. You do not get any eye to customer service contact they just hand your box of cookies and you are out. I kinda don't like that. no one greeted us, no one said hi, no one made eye contact. Just felt weird. As you can see in the picture, the ambience was no Bueno ... we couldn't even stand inside. It is so small in there, and it was extremely packed with only two workers making cookies. We gave this place another go 1/27, we had a sweet tooth , it was later in the evening, and they were on Door Dash so it was worth a shot. We ordered chocolate chunk, strawberry crumble cake, peanut butter with Reese's peanut butter cups, and a cinnamon square. Unfortunately, we got two Reese's peanut butter cup cookies instead of the cinnamon square that we ordered. So yeah had to dock a star for not getting what we actually ordered, however the cookies were cooked perfectly this time around. They were soft but not doughy like the last time we gave this place a try. Unfortunately the strawberry crumble cake was a bust, the strawberry flavor was VERY muddled and practically non-existent, but it was cooked perfectly, just definitely would not recommend it or get it again. The chocolate chunk was great and so was the peanut butter w/Reese's. Overall this was better than our first time trying this place, still not a five star visit but a great improvement. Crumbl opened a few months ago. It has been a mess with huge lines, but after last night, we can see why. It was worth the wait. The flavors and tastes of their cookies are outstanding. And, you will absolutely go into a food coma afterwards. LOL. Each feels as if they weigh a pound and they're all super soft inside. We did a four pack for sixteen dollars. All their cookies are around $4.50 each, so we saved a little. All their cookies also seem to have some cream cheese icing on top which makes them sooo good! Enjoy! read more

We stopped by the new location a few months ago. The entrance was tight. We walked in and there was a menu screen to the right of us. We kept going and eventually got to the front register. We had never been there so we had no idea how to place our first order. There were some examples up front and we randomly chose some. The cookies are large, but there were a little better than okay for me. My husband and girls liked them, but they also enjoy sweets. There are different flavors so it's not always the same. I waited a short while before they called my name. They have a bunch of employees working hard to crank out all the yummy goodies for ya! I chose Neapolitan, Frozen Hot Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Swirl! Their flavors rotate on a weekly basis so be sure to check next week to see what new flavors debut! The cookies are all delicious!! I've been to the Point Loma location in SD so I already knew what was going down. They are fresh, and BIG!
