I love coming here! Orders are very easy to place on line and they are always ready when promised! Parking can be a little difficult during busy hours because of all of the other businesses in the shopping enter but its definitely worth the walk :) Their cookies are delicious and the Mini-cookie idea was such a great idea!! Now I can get a few different items without all of the guilt! ( I just don't get to make them last as long) . My 4 year old granddaughter and daughter love them as much as I do! This location is always very clean and the staff greats you as soon as you walk in. read more

Crumbl opened a few months ago. It has been a mess with huge lines, but after last night, we can see why. It was worth the wait. The flavors and tastes of their cookies are outstanding. And, you will absolutely go into a food coma afterwards. LOL. Each feels as if they weigh a pound and they're all super soft inside. We did a four pack for sixteen dollars. All their cookies are around $4.50 each, so we saved a little. All their cookies also seem to have some cream cheese icing on top which makes them sooo good! Enjoy! read more

I don't understand the hype of these cookies. They are gross and super sugary. Not to mention each cookie is around 750 calories!!! WTH. They give me a stomach ache and hurt my teeth. My kids didn't even want them and they love sweets. That's saying something. We do eat super healthy though and make everything from scratch so maybe that's why we can taste all the artificial ingredients and it's just nasty. We stopped by the new location a few months ago. The entrance was tight. We walked in and there was a menu screen to the right of us. We kept going and eventually got to the front register. We had never been there so we had no idea how to place our first order. There were some examples up front and we randomly chose some. The cookies are large, but there were a little better than okay for me. My husband and girls liked them, but they also enjoy sweets. There are different flavors so it's not always the same. I haven't been back to this location in a while just due to the cookies being undercooked so much it makes my stomach hurt.... I was gifted the beetle juice cake however and although it did taste great I had the unexpected pleasure of pulling out a hair that was baked into the cake? Extremely delicious yum! These are popping up more and I love love love all the flavor options here! Cookies are made fresh and super soft. Order for pick up, at the kiosk, or at the counter either choice you'll be sure to love every bite of these cookies. Here are the ones I tried: Cookies & Cream Snicker Doodle Lemon Pink frosting Chocolate Chip All were unique on their own! They were super quick to come out and they have ice cream options too! Get ready to CRUMBLLLLLL!!!!! They're finally open!! Find it in the Countryside Marketplace next to New York Upper Crust Pizza. I'd been peeping this for a while now, and thanks to social media found out about their grand opening. I had stopped by earlier this week because someone had already left a review. I was told they weren't open til Friday so here I am!! Btw, sorry fellow Elite and former Duke Eric F., I'm trying to avoid the afternoon crowd later so I had my people execute an earlier trip, lol! Service was great! I arrived right before 8:30am (they opened at 8) and there was already a short line. No biggie. There are 2 kiosks inside immediately to your right when you walk in, under the menus. Place your order there or wait to be called by an employee. The kiosk on the left wasn't working when I was there, hopefully they'll get it up and running soon! Ordered my box of 4 cookies for $16. Added a tip and paid. I waited a short while before they called my name. They have a bunch of employees working hard to crank out all the yummy goodies for ya! I chose Neapolitan, Frozen Hot Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Swirl! Their flavors rotate on a weekly basis so be sure to check next week to see what new flavors debut! The cookies are all delicious!! I've been to the Point Loma location in SD so I already knew what was going down. They are fresh, and BIG! I like how the menu suggests how to eat them (warmed or chilled). Glad to see more places from OC and SD opening up around here. The IE is comin' up!! =) Have a blast and enJOY the celebration! Always heard about this store and finally got to try it. I am surprised how yummy and moist the cookies are. The cookies are huge. We decided to try one of each and that was all they had. It was $25 something for 6 cookies. We got brownie, chocolate chip, carrot cake, oatmeal, lemon and sugar cookie I believe. Overall a nice experience read more

$6 each for mediocre to poor cookies. They were out of our first choices, but strongly recommended their plain/sugar cookie which was nothing special. They use milk chocolate chips in their chocolate chip cookies, so they're overly sweet. Big waste of money. read more

I figured it would add a nice touch to our daughter's 6th birthday party and it was also a surprise for her. My daughter doesn't like cake, believe it or not, but she tried and really enjoyed this cake! I found Melanie here and immediately contacted her. I let her know the party was literally a week away. With all transparency, she let me know she was pretty busy, but would try to squeeze us in. I emailed her two photos of my vision for the Aladdin themed cake and Melanie ended up creating a gorgeous cake! Melanie was in constant communication about the details of the cake, which I appreciated. She also called me the day before the party and suggested we bring a serrated knife in order to cut optimal cake slices. She delivered the cake on time to Aerosports Trampoline Park in Murrieta. She left me written cutting directions, but as a courtesy, before she left she also explained how we should cut the cake for our guests. Initially, I was looking for a one layered cake to feed 25-30 people. In order for the cake to have a WOW factor Melanie suggested two layers (same cost, as cost is mostly determined by slice per person). Both layers of the cake were chocolate. The cake pictured was $320. Everyone raved about the design and taste, so it was well worth it. More importantly, my daughter was pleasantly surprised. Overall, Melanie is AMAZING! Melanie was professional from start to finish and her response time was almost immediate regardless of the time of day or night. She took into account my ideas, mixed that with her expertise, sprinkled lots of patience and delivered pure magic! I highly recommend Melanie for your unique baking needs.

However, at our birthday party that evening, when I opened the custom box of buntinis we ordered, I discovered that there had been a mix-up and they had given me the wrong order. The party was already underway and it was late evening, so we consumed what we received. The next day I returned to the shop and told the young lady that came out to help me that I needed to speak to a manager. And that was how I met Carrie T, the store manager. I showed her a copy of my order and a list of what I actually received (with photos). She looked the order up, and confirmed it had been properly entered. We concluded that there had been an error in the packing process, and my order number had been affixed to the wrong box. Mistakes happen in even the most proficient operations. It is how you DEAL with these errors that distinguishes the best places to shop. Carrie gave me a complementary pumpkin spice Bundlet, placed a credit (good for 12 months) on my account, and thanked me for taking the time to return and let her know. That information, along with my documentation, was something she could share with her employees as a learning exercise to help prevent similar errors in the future. She asked, "What flavor would you like?" while peeking around the glass at me, and I said, "Well, let me see... oh, you have peach cobbler, that sounds interesting." Around this moment within seconds, another lady walks up behind me while I was choosing my other flavors and tells the cashier she wants to order two peach cobblers. Instead of telling her to wait, the cashier just starts to service her! Meanwhile, I'm left standing there as they continue to talk at the register. At first, I was going to wait, but then I realized I just got cut in line because neither of them wanted to wait five seconds for me to choose my flavors. How rude. There was also already another client in there ahead of me, probably waiting for her pre-order cake. As I took a step back and looked around, even she gave me a look like she completely understood what just happened. That was what made me officially decide to leave. I was going to buy at least a few cakes for myself and my kids, but instead, I walked out. I will not reward this terrible service.

That point I was full so I didn't accept their offer but I'm sure they would have taken care of it. It's my understanding that it isn't always this way, that sometimes they use boneless chicken, so I will give it another try at some point. The gravies were thin and most of the foods had the same flavors. If you are local to this restaurant it will do in a pinch if you like Indian food. It is small inside but has a cute vibe and a little bar. There are no fountain drinks and bottled water is free with your meal.

I got a vietnamese iced coffee,a banh mi sandwich, a bear claw, and a dozen donut holes. The gentleman that helped us was friendly, patient, helpful, and fast. I would definitely come back for the Vietnamese iced coffee and banh mi. I didnt expect them to have that available at a donut shop but glad they did because it did satisfied my craving. Definitely recommend everyone to check this place out; great and fast service, many drinks, food, and donut options. Will be coming back as often as I can.

The employee who helped me-- I believe their name was Kyler -- was incredibly friendly and had such a great vibe. They didn't just connect with me, but with other customers as well. They answered all my questions and gave great suggestions on food combinations and ingredients. As for the food, the price is definitely on the higher side, but considering it's a smaller town and there aren't many poke options nearby, it feels somewhat justified compared to driving farther out. The portion sizes were great, especially the protein. I got salmon and shrimp with a medium spice level, plus avocado, furikake, green onion, onion, and cucumber. It was simple but really good. Their topping options are a bit limited compared to other poke spots, but they cover the basics that most people usually get anyway. Most importantly, they are not skimpy with the protein, which I really appreciated. The inside was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. They also carry a variety of Hawaiian Sun drinks (my favorite!) and even sell Dole Whip, which I didn't try this time but definitely will next visit. Overall, it was a great experience and the poke was delicious. I'll definitely be back!
