My wife and I decided to finally check out Crumbl Cookie in Oceanside, mostly out of curiosity (and a little bit of peer pressure). Now, I wasn't expecting much - I mean, one cookie here is like eating a whole meal, and I figured they'd all be doughy on the inside. But to my surprise, some of these cookies were actually pretty good. We grabbed the Peanut Butter Twix cookie (which, spoiler alert, was the MVP), the Snickers cookie, a Confetti Cake (because, why not?) and this tiny cake thing, plus the famous pink frosted cookie. The Twix cookie? Absolutely crushed it. The others? Meh, they were just okay - didn't quite live up to the hype. read more

I told Gwen this is my (first visit) to their Crumbl Cookies Store and can she give me a brief history on her Crumbl Cookie Store like where did this Crumbl Cookies Store come from? Gwen was very friendly and personable to me. Gwen said their first store originated in Utah. Their Crumbl Cookies Store was very popular and it branched out and now their Crumbl Cookies Store is located in all 50 states. Gwen also told me their Crumbl Cookies Store, every morning when they prepare and bake their gourmet cookies, their employees always use only fresh ingredients, like organic eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder have no preservatives that are included with their cookies batter. Gwen said their cookies are NOT FROZEN like some bakeries freeze their cookies before they bake their cookies in their ovens. Crumbl Cookies always bake their cookie dough fresh from the bowl and do not freeze their cookie batter before baking them. because it will leave an after taste which will change the flavors of these gourmet cookies. I placed my order with Gwen for 2 Gourmet Cookies. My first cookie I ordered with Gwen was the (One Dark Chocolate Iced Brownie Cookie) and (One Lemon Tangy Iced Sugar Cookie). The cost for both cookies is $10.00. So that is $5.00 per cookie. Then I took these (2 gourmet cookies) home with me they were both boxed up in these pretty pink boxes separately and placed into a white shopping bag with handles. Fernando who is one of their employees he was very friendly to me after I paid for these 2 gourmet cookies using this kiosk computer on the front counter. When I arrived home Crumbl Cookies Store is only 2.5 miles from my home. I unboxed both of these cookies then I cut one of the Lemon Iced Tangy Cookie into one wedge and then the other Dark Chocolate Iced Brownie Cookie, I also cut into a small wedge that makes 4 pieces total for one large cookie. I first examined these two different flavored gourmet cookies. I had a cold glass of mile with me on the dining room table. The first cookie I took one bite of was the Dark Chocolate Iced Brownie Cookie. I am a die hard Chocolate Lover, I took small bites of this Brownie Cookie all of these flavors were exploding in my mouth the dark chocolate icing the brownies that were infused throughout this really decadent and delicious cookie. The cookie itself was very moist and delicious. I was very happy with this yummy cookie. I only ate (one wedge) of this cookie and it was enough for me to just taste it. Then I had 3 wedges left over to eat at my convenience. The second cookie I ate today was the Lemon Tangy Iced Sugar Cookie. That cookie, I also had cut (one wedge) the Lemon Icing on top of this cookie it has a tangy sweet lemon flavor and it wasn't too sour and it wasn't too sweet. This Lemon Iced Tangy Sugar Cookie has the perfect amount of sugar in it. The sugar cookie underneath this Lemon Icing was also very moist and the sugar cookie tasted authentic I haven't tasted a sugar cookie this delicious in a really long time. Usually Sugar Cookies have too much sweetness in these sugar cookies that I have tasted in my past experiences in eating these Sugar Cookies in bakeries in the past. I was very pleased and satisfied with eating these 2 gourmet cookies today. The prices of $5.00 each per cookie is worth the price since these are gourmet cookies. It was awesome for me to walk into a new business and I saw Gwen she stood out from these other 7 guys who were boxing up these group cookies orders for their customers. Gwen stood out because her smile and she was very personable to me. Its great to see someone really enjoy their job. I have seen people who hate their job and it give the business a bad name. The other items Gwen sells is the Pink Cookie Cutter it cuts one cookie into 4 sliced wedges that people will be using for their parties this Easter Sunday. Their beverages they sell are (3) different types of milk. Two percent Reduced Fat Milk, Whole Milk and Skim Milk in a bottle. Gwen explained to me these (6 different flavored Gourmet Cookies) that is their most popular Gourmet Cookies on sale now. The (first cookie) is the (Lemon Iced Tangy Sugar Cookie), the (second cookie) is the (Dark Chocolate Iced Brownie Cookie), the (third cookie) is the (Carrot Cake Cookie with Vanilla Icing) on top of this cookie. Then the (fourth cookie) is the (Cinnamon Sugar Cookie), this Cinnamon is real spices and the sugar is a white sugar that is used but it's not too sweet. The (fifth cookie) is the (Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookie with Vanilla Icing). Gwen told me this Oatmeal Cookie is very popular with older people who love eating Oatmeal Cookies because these specialty cookies have natural ingredients using real Oatmeal nothing is Artificial. The last cookie, (sixth cookie) is the (Plain Sugar Cookie) without any icing on it. I had a great experience on my first visit today at the Crumbl Cookies Store. read more

I sent a very lengthy email to the Oceanside email on the app and will probably send again because I truly was appalled by my experience last Tuesday, 10/22, after 4pm in the evening. Picture attached of what the rude, arrogant young lady behind the counter did to fix the issue I had with last week's sticky bun. It was originally received with zero crumble topping and very little caramel. When I called to complain again, the same young lady answered the phone and tried to blame the trainee; not realizing I saw HER training the trainee when I had come back in to have the issue fixed and SHE was the one who rudely walked away without a word and sprinkled the measly portion of crumble on. I have continued to frequent this location due to its proximity to my home, despite how dirty it always is. After this experience, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. read more
