Way too pricey for a single cookie. They change some variety weekly and have some constant regulars (like chocolate chip). Not the best cookie I've ever had.

Had to check out the infamous "Moonbeam Ice Cream" Benson Boone cookie before it was gone. Despite all its mixed reviews, it was good! Better the second day than the first, for some reason. We also got their classic chocolate chip cookie (which is always a favorite), and their apple cinnamon & cornbread. Boy, were they GOOD! Please bring back those flavors, they are so good! Best eaten right away. I also really like this location. Parking is plenty, and the place itself is never crowded. And their cookies, of course, always delicious.

DEFINITELY DELICIOUS DESERVES 10 S they only take credit cards no cash you can buy in store or online. Very nicely decorated not cluttered very nice. These cookies are soooooo darn good and moist not a single piece was hard. So delicious I urge you to come on down have a Heavenly cookie. This was my 1st time here and I can't wait to come back.

Flavor quality depends on the week. It's fun having a variety of changing flavors and they have a good rewards system. But not all of their cookies are great. I'd say their best ones are: the Carmel Apple cookies, smores and waffle.

The best part is the excellent customer service I love their cookies always great and fresh

I am giving this location 2 stars. The cookies are fairly expensive just to get to work and realize the insides are still raw. I personally don't like raw cookie doh and I don't believe it's suppose to be like this.

I found a piece of a butter stick wrapper inside of my cookie. Gotta be a health issue.

Finally got a chance to go in. Picked up 4 different cookies to try: sea salt toffee, chocolate cake, peach cobbler, strawberries n cream. Cost for 4 with tax was $15 & change. Though all was good, my favorite was the sea salt toffee and the chocolate cake. The strawberries n cream was more jam then the pictured fresh bits of berries and the peach cobbler, in my opinion, the cookie crust was just a bit too soft. If it had been just more dense & or crispy, it would have made a difference. They are good but $4 per cookie is a bit expensive. It does make a good gift as they have rotating flavors and a cute pink box. read more

Honestly I was a little nervous that this place was just a hype. It's has a HIGH social media presence. But honestly I'll definitely be back! We LOVED most of them! Love that they have a local cookie shop. My first one was at Las Vegas Crumbl and this was just as good. The flavors change weekly and the size and quality of the cookie is worth the $4 ! Fresh ingredients and they are making them right in the bakery which is awesome. Long line but the employees moved it fast and were quick to put orders together. I've been to several crumbl cookies locations and as most people know their flavors change weekly. Their cookies are served warm, presented in cute pink boxes and it's always a wonderful surprise to see what the flavors are for the week. I give this store 4 stars because it just recently opened...so despite the line, the order process was easy and swift, all the employees were friendly, courteous and informative. I dont get the hype of this place. overpriced large chocolate cookies is what it is. they deffinitely do crumble hence the name of the place. I was extremely pissed off and un impressed with the choices. (i guess thats why i go to mrs fields) came out pretty fast. Not everyone in the world wants chocolate cookies. I got the sugar cookie which had way too much yeast in it. You can get a chocolate chip cookie or chocolate with twix or peanut butter cups. or bubble gum? This place maybe more suited for the 5 year old vs a grown adult. read more

Very sad... to date, I have yet to hear back from OR speak to anyone regarding the previous mentioned issues I had with this location.. I was advised to 'call' a number, which I did. Then all I received were 'text messages' asking questions. Never a return call, no email, NO resolution.. STILL waiting, since Oct, 8 2021. I think I've waited long enough. The cookies here are amazing. They are not cheap but they are a great treat once in awhile. One of my favorites is the Hot Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookie. The problem with their cookies is that it is hard to eat just one or a portion of one. You keep going back for more. read more

They have one job, to bake cookies and apparently that is too much to ask. I placed an online order and it was confirmed for pickup. When I arrived and checked in, I waited a few minutes before going in the store. I told them my name and they told me someone before me had came inside and ordered all 87 of the chocolate chunk cookies. I ordered 3 other flavors and 1 chocolate chunk. The associate explained there would be a short wait. I didn't mind as these were for a work celebration. A few minutes later, he came back and said the cookies were cooling. After another 5 minutes, a woman came over and told me they had the oven at the wrong temperature and had to rebake the cookies. I requested a sugar cookie and walked out the door and will never return again. Forget the fact that they had my order confirmed and then sold all of the chocolate chunk cookies. I couldn't believe they didn't know how to set the oven to the right temperature! read more

Took 10 minutes for them to bring out cookies after checking in on curbside in this filthy box!!! Was planning on taking this to a family gathering so I had to wipe the entire box with a wipe to clean. The girl who came out didn't even say anything and looked annoyed that I (politely) called asking how much longer for curbside when they weren't even busy! When I asked her to confirm the name on the order, she didn't say anything. Just turned around and walked away. I'm sure she didn't remove gloves and brought it out dirty on purpose. So rude! read more

Waaay to hyped up for the quality of cookie. Cookies were super sweet, if you look online each one has over 30 grams of sugar. Chocolate chips tasted low quality and they are way too heavy. No one at the front counter, you have to place your own order. Workers aren't friendly and just stare at you when you pick up order. Really bummed about this place , for the price I was expecting better ingredients and quality. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

Finally made a trip to the mainland, made off with my daughter's car, and headed down the 22 for some Spanish bread. I ordered a box of 20 STAXX, and six assorted donuts. While waiting for some freshly BAD-baked STAXX, kid behind the counter helped me pick some donuts cuz I was overwhelmed by all this BAD-assery. Knowing myself, I placed the boxes in the trunk and headed back to the pad. And then BAD things happened. I placed the box of STAXX on the counter, opened it up and inhaled that BAD-baked scent. We don't know if this is their regular deal or it was for the holiday or what but we were thrilled. We don't live in OC but we're not too far so we can come visit our friends and pick up more bread when whenever we want. So happy we tried the bread. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

I absolutely loved the soft scramble on Rye. It was a perfect serving size as well as hitting the spot for a not so traditional breakfast. As we're sitting there, I noticed everybody was ordering the lemon ricotta pancakes, so I could not resist and ordered some as well. I will say the most underwhelming part of that was the lemon ricotta pancakes due to the ratios for the pancake pancakes and lemon ricotta. Overall, my experience was spectacular. I have gone the past 2 years and never had issues getting it on the first day. This year was different. I got there around 5:05 and walked into the shop to see a lot of tables empty. I was shocked to see that. I waited in line with maybe like two people in front of me and guess what they asked of Pliny was still available. The guy working said to the people in front of me that they sold out. It was my turn I asked if they had it and the guy said that they had a line since 3pm and that they sold out of the keg. We ended up getting two beers since we went anyways but that's when things didn't add up. He kept telling all the other people that started to show up the same thing. These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

Customer service was good the blonde lady was very welcoming, the 1 star are for the cookies they're not bad but they're not anything special and it is not worth it, it tastes very artificial and fake. Although the line at this location goes by quick and the cookies come out quite fast, I was very grossed out about how dirty the place is. I saw a girl making cookies with frosting on her neck, face, and hair. None of them wear hair nets or anything and i'm telling you the hair is going to end up on the cookie one day. Just a heads up the cookies look nothing like the ones advertised. Super disappointed because I have been to the Brea location and they were amazing. Super average and overpriced cookies, I do not understand the hype. The box was so dirty, it had icing and crumbles of cookies everywhere outside of it. I saw a review about the cashier Izzy and it is true I came yesterday and she looked like she didn't know what she was doing as well as the other boy cashier. The whole place seems very disorganized and very dirty. I understand that the place just opened and they may be just sorting everything out but you would think you would get amazing service since it is brand new. My cousin works at this location and she said that the management is very bad and there is a lack of professionalism and communication. I was super excited to have a crumbl cookies near me but if you want to try them i'd say go to any other location in SoCal. read more

I walked into Crumbl Cookies and immediately felt like I was in cookie heaven. I noticed one employee doing it all - making cookies, packaging them up, and even chatting it up with the customers. Talk about multitasking at its finest! I ordered a peanut butter cookie, and let me tell you, it was like biting into a piece of pure happiness. I am not really one to leave reviews at places but I had the worst experience at this Crumbl location (I've been to all in socal). The employees don't care at all and none of them are wearing masks. The cookies in the box looked like a mess and the cashier was being very sassy. I don't recommend getting cookies at this location, it looks like the place is aimlessly ran by a bunch of teenagers who clearly don't know what they are doing. I would say to go to the RSM or San Clemente locations. read more

I did a curbside pick up and the girl handed this to me. I opened the box before I left and tried to go inside to get the chocolate topping but she said they would have to melt some more and didn't offer anything else. Just tell me when you were dropping it off that there was no chocolate topping and maybe offer me a free cookie or a refund? read more
