Ordered a dozen, which is supposed to be $36. Got charged $42 for 2-6 boxes. Why? Because they "ran out of the dozen boxes"... - lame!

honestly kinda disappointed. i called a few minutes before I got there to make sure they have the specific flavor i wanted and they said they had it. when i get there it was sold out, so i ordered another flavor. 2 minutes after a guy comes out and tells another guy they're making more of the flavor i had originally wanted, right after giving me what i ordered! So they weren't sold out. The cashier wasn't friendly either and the cookie is falling apart. Sad considering how long I waited for this location to open up! read more

These are the yummiest cookies! They offer rotating flavors weekly and serve them either chilled or warmed depending on the flavor. The offer curbside which is convenient for us and usually the wait is not too long. The cookie price is $4.50 but I think it's worth it considering the size of the cookies and the fresh ingredients they use. If you decide to do the 4, 6, or 12 box of cookies you can save a few dollars there. read more

Overrated. At $4.25 per cookie, I would expect something mind-blowing. I tried the chocolate chip and funfetti. I don't know what kind of chocolate they use, but it wasn't dark. It looked like a caramel color. You definitely couldn't taste it. Both kinds had a flat, lateral taste - just doughy and sweet. Nothing distinct. The box is cute, which is probably the bulk of the cost. I would see that this may be a fun gift for someone but I definitely wouldn't come back for the taste. I would much rather spend $3 at Bristol Farms for "the cookie" which is huge and loaded and served warm. read more

The cookies here are amazing! They are gourmet cookies. It's like cookies met cupcakes and made a babies ha ha! They switch flavors daily. So on any given day you go they will have a different variety of flavors. Which is a bit of a bummer if you have an absolute favorite, it may not be available for you to purchase if you decide to randomly stop by. Some cookies are plain as in they don't frost them (but still gourmet) and some are frosted and have pieces of candy sprinkled on top or sprinkled with just bits of sweetness. You can buy one cookie or a whole box of them. The box is great for office parties or small gatherings. The cookies are so rich in flavor it is hard to eat a whole cookie sometimes. So I tend to cut them in to quarters and people can grab as little or as much as they want and at the same time get to sample each cookie. It's more fun that way. Most people tend to want to taste test all of the cookies and go back for seconds on their favorites! read more

Cookies are amazing per usual, but it's this specific location I have a problem with. I usually go to the one in Lake Forest but they've been out of flavors I've wanted and had to mobile order at this location instead and each time have had a problem. The first time it took them way past my order window to bring the cookies to my car and then one of them was incorrect. I then walked into the store and they gave me the correct cookie for no cost in a timely manner which I appreciate, but I was waiting for more than 40 minutes total even with ordering ahead. The most recent time I went I notified the app that I had arrived and after about ten minutes it showed the screen indicating my cookies had been picked up. I waited 45 minutes past my pickup window, finally went in to ask where they were and they spent about 10 minutes checking their system for my order and hadn't even started making it. They were all very nice and apologetic, but it's ridiculous that they aren't ready to go when I tell them I'm in the parking lot. read more

Absolutely amazing cookies...when they aren't sold out. This is our closest location and unfortunately while the cookies are fantastic, they suffer from too many sold outs on special varieties. This week it was the cookie dough cookie as I drove in all the way from Corona only to find them sold out before 2pm and it would be an hour before more were available. This is terrible inventory management. They really need to find a way to look at sales trends for the day to make sure they eliminate sell outs until the end of the day. read more

After hearing about the new Crumbl that opened in Orange for weeks, my husband brought home a half dozen chocolate chip cookies last night. We've been baking Nestle Tollhouse cookies for ourselves ever since the lockdowns started so we really enjoy a fresh chocolate chip cookie and were looking forward to trying these. The cookies were average and not worth $4+ each - they were dry and didn't have many chocolate chips in them. Like every other millennial company that has come along in the last few years, they have slick social media, beautiful packaging, and an extremely mediocre product. We've gotten tastier cookies at Panera and Corner Bakery, not to mention our home-baked Tollhouse ones. They are worth a try but I doubt we'll be a repeat customer very often. read more

Best cookie place ever. Found them on a road trip in Arizona and tried their s'mores cookie and was immediately addicted. When I drove home I was so please to find there was a location by my home town. Still an hour away but I made the trip to buy a tray of the s'mores cookies. After I'd finished them I was planning to come back to get more but they changed the menu and do every week. Nothing on the new menu appeals to me as the s'mores cookie seemed to be such a staple, an amazing basic cookie. The amazing crumble cookie classic chocolate chip cookie with the most delicious s'mores marshmallow sauce which seemed to be torched or creek brûlée'd. I really miss that cookie and it should never have left and should be a staple, they have one cookie that never changes and it's the chocolate chip cookie and I think that it could be changed to 2 cookies that should never change. Maybe 3 whichever was their other best selling cookie, that way customers who find something they like can actually get it. Will remove this review when the s'more cookie returns. Not to mention there a super high definition photo of the s'mores cookie that's the first photo that pops up whenever I look at their Yelp. Edit: thanks for the response, checked this weeks menu, no s'mores. Devastated. Y'all got me so addicted me to something and took it away, I'm going through withdrawals. I can't say enough nice things about this place! The staff is always welcoming and super friendly and laughing. The place is always spotless! The cookies are delicious, expensive but you pay for good product! Also the company goes out of its way to get you cookies... they have order in store, order online pick up in store, curbside pick up or delivery! The delivery fee is pricey but every now and then I'll send someone cookies and it's never disappointing. My ONLY thing I would say is if you order online they don't always have an abundance of selection that they have in store. read more

The cookies are very good. Half the times I come in to the Orange location, they are sold out of some of their flavors which is disappointing. I recently placed an order on 10/30 for 6 cookies and upon arriving, I asked if I could switch it to 12 since you save more money per cookie. They stated they couldn't since they were already prepping the order, And I would have to buy 6 more at the price of 6, costing more than the 12 pack. So make sure you are not going to want more cookies! read more

So disappointed. :-( My daughter purchased a party box to share with friends and family last night. We have always loved Crumbl Cookies and were excited to share them with friends who hadn't tried them yet. We usually go to the Brea location, but decided to give Orange a try. Unfortunately, all of the cookies....all the different flavors...tasted either like they had been coated in flour or had too much salt. We had the blueberry muffin, oreo, iced sugar, snickerdoodle, milk chocolate chip, and hazelnut sea salt and not one person took more than one bite. I threw out the entire box of partially eaten cookies. If it had just been 1 cookie or even just 1 flavor with problems, we would have thought it was just a one-off mistake, but with all the flavors tasting so bad, this has to be an issue at this location. Needless to say, not only were we disappointed, but at that price, it was really unfortunate. Certainly won't be back to this location in the future. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because Crumbl cookie in general, is delicious. The other locations I've been too, or ordered from, have always held their standard and been just as expected. This location in Orange just opened and is not up to par with the quality of other locations or the brand in general. There are way too many employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off, frantic, and not following standard protocols like gloves, masks, hats (or hair nets). They do not clean the dough off of the scale when switching cookie flavors and nothing looks wiped down. This location is NEW so it should be pretty clean but it is not. The cookies are not up too standard as well. They are overdone or underdone and messy because the employees were clearly not given enough training. Everybody was perfectly pleasant and nice but they need more training and an experienced manager from another location helping them proceed in the future. The cookies are "expensive" but one cookie is actually 8 cookies in size and portion wise so it's not really that bad. read more
