Lemon cupcake

Never met a Crumbl cookie that wasn't amazing! The staff is always so friendly and immediately welcomes us with a smile. I always order ahead on the app. It's quick, convenient, and i earn loyalty points! The lemon cupcake cookie is soooo good!

Stopped in on 5/22/24 @ 8:33pm, in person! The service was great. A young man helped us out. I wish I had gotten his name. So kind and very professional. Ambiance is great! The cookies are perfection! Thankful for Crumbl cookie in our community!

The cookies were very sweet but we liked the flavors we chose, particularly the Strawberry Limeade with Nerds. The cookies were huge and took up all the space in the box, even overlapping a bit. (We had already taken out a cookie before I took the picture). I asked my dad (who usually thinks everything is overpriced) how much he thought they were and he actually guessed more than what they cost. Definitely priced and styled to be high-end, but it didn't seem outrageous, although that's a personal decision if the price is worth it to you. The staff was a bit hesitant to answer questions or make recommendations, but they were nice and pleasant and made sure my order was correct once it came out. Overall, I wouldn't be a regular, but it seems like a nice treat for a special occasion or present.

Surprise of a key lime pie...

I'm a big fan of crumbl especially the squares/cakes/pies. I'm just a little upset with a couple of instances where the cookies were not like the pictures advertised so to say. Whenever I pick up an online order, the staff seem to show off the cookies before passing it off to take home. This last time I picked up, very eager for the key lime pie, the cookies and the pie weren't shown before releasing to me, just passed over and I was on my way. When I got home, I wanted to take a peek before the family get them but find one of my pies looking like the whipped cream had been wiped off or smudged or maybe flipped upside down or somthing :( still delicious but it was really upsetting opening up something I wasnt expecting. There was also another time I had cookies delivered to my office and my strawberry cake cookie wasn't even frosted, just a bare strawberry cookie. Like I said, still a big fan, delicious regardless. Absolutely love the tree leches cake and apple pie cookie.

This location, located at Rock Row in Westbrook Maine, is in a newly built shopping center with crazy weird parking lots with rotaries and everything. The place isn't huge and is an open concept design. There two touch pads that you can place your order at, if paying by card. If paying by cash you have to wait in a small line with be helped by a person. I order the box of four, that came to about 20$ with tip. The lady showed them to me before closing the box and telling me to have a nice day. The service was efficient and polite, they made sure I was pleased before sending me on my way. I got the cinnamon square, a maple sandwich, and 2 peanut butter chocolate chips! The hype made it seem like these cookies would be equivalent to gold. They were good, not great, and not out of this world. They were good cookies, but I don't understand the get up. I will say I wish there was a bigger selection, as there was only a few to choose from. I will also say the maple sandwich cookie was pretty damn good. The best by far, out of the options that I got. I wasn't a fan of the square at all and tossed it. Over all, the place was clean, the service was good, the cookies were good, and depending on the choices I'll definitely be back!!

Always great service at this location. You can't beat a crumble cookie. The buckeye is the best. Highly recommend 10/10.

What a great place! We stopped here to see what it was all about. We had ice cream, we saw cows,…read moreand we paid to go into the area where there was lots of animals. We even fed goats and deer. We pet babies, we loved seeing the different birds. There were peacocks! It was fun, relaxing, cool in the shade. The food part is big enough to eat and relax. Ice cream was delicious. I would go back! People that worked there were really nice too.

You scream. I…read morescream. We all scream... for site made ice cream on a working Maine dairy farm ! This is a special place... a farm on a hill with their own farm shop featuring glass-bottled milk, sandwiches, and most importantly... Ice Cream ! Starting mid-April or so, they open up "The Barnyard" which is a nice little petting zoo for the kids... and occasionally a "Goat Yoga" spot for adults... which is just so uniquely crazy it almost makes me wish I did yoga. Not into yoga...? I get you. Lucky for us, they also have a hardware store / lumber yard, so you could feasibly come for Mocha Chip and stay for the 4x4 milled posts, and that's not an experience you'll soon get at a national big-box lumber store. Or a Baskin Robbins, for that matter. This place is an experience. The farm is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, the animals are fun, the lumber yard is definitely there, and the product... well that's where it's at... it's excellent. There are a few working dairy farms like this one dotted around the state, and I encourage you to check out each and every one. Smiling Hill Farm is that extra special sort of place, where it's only a few miles drive outside of Portland, but it feels worlds away and it's so, so worth the effort to get to. They also have ready-to-go quarts in the freezer, their various dairy offerings, and rotating, seasonal farm shop fare. Support your local farmers! Also... I've found the local barn cats to be super friendly and just a treat to hang with. YMMV

She was absolutely lovely to work with! Very responsive to emails and phone calls, and super flexible and helpful with pairing flavors for us. She made a variety of mini-cupcakes and frostings for our tasting and each were delicious--even the margarita cake! As someone who does not like chocolate, I would have eaten the chocolate ganache frosting with gusto. We ended up choosing traditional flavors: red velvet with cream cheese frosting for the bottom (12") and top (6") tiers as well as vanilla with chocolate ganache for the middle (8"). We had just shy of 60 guests at our wedding and were able to take the entire top tier home. She understood the type of design we wanted for our cake (very simple and clean, which required the use of fondant). Our guests enjoyed the taste, though they thought it was "a bit sweet" (probably due to the fondant). The style was what was in my head but not executed as cleanly as I would have liked--in the days before Pinterest, brides didn't have 1,000 images to show their baker, after all--but I was still happy with the price, taste, and service and would recommend her to friends. I'm pleased to see that she now has her own storefront. I have yet to visit, but plan to rectify that soon.

After having some of the bread prior to our meals at a few restaurants, we found out the bread is locally sourced at a sister business right around the corner from where ate the night before. There is parking avail for customers in the lot for 30 mins, we prob waited about 20 mins and crossed the threshold into baked goods heaven. There was so much to select from - we got pastries, cookies, pizza and bread - and we pretty much liked everything. Our least favorite was the morning bun with walnuts - we didn't have it right away so that might've been part of the issue. Just note that the bread served at the restaurants aren't available until 2pm - we were leaving that morning so we weren't going wait for it. We opted for other loaves instead and they didn't disappoint. If you want something yummy and fresh - make sure to stop by here before heading out of Portland. I do wish the setup was a bit more conducive to the big crowds as there isn't much space from the front door to the counter but still a fantastic find!
