Wildly disappointed by how I was treated when I asked management if I could be comped my free birthday cookie when the Crumbl app glitched and removed my reward before I was able to use it. I stated I was interested in buying 4 cookies and was hoping to get one as the free birthday cookie. The manager was demeaning in his tone and was talking to me like I was trying to scam him personally. I offered to show him my ID and proof on the app that I hadn't been to Crumbl since my birthday. He did all of this to me in front of two other staff members - stand up behavior coming from their manager. I ended up leaving without anything - really unprofessional and embarrassing behavior on his part. I told him the app was known for glitches to which he responded 'tell me about it I have to use it every day'. Unbelievable treatment to a rewards member of over five years who was innocently requesting a work-around. He could have cared less to loose my business. The best part was the store and parking lot out front were empty. How hard could it be to honor a free cookie request, especially when I had proof I wasn't scheming anyone and was ready to buy three times the amount at the same time? Posting this review after seeing a remarkably similar post on TikTok that has gone viral for this EXACT same behavior from a Crumbl store staff member regarding a woman's birthday cookie. The other negative reviews on here are insane. A lot of the people in this area are "Karen" types so I thought it was my duty to counteract their entitlement with an accurate review of this location. Crumbl cookies are great, a bit overpriced but it's for special occasions in life, and they're huge, delicious, and have unique seasonal options as well. The location is convenient, store is clean, and ordering and payment options are modern. These employees are young adults this is probably their first or second job, and it's COOKIES. Like what is your damn hurry? To the employees who work at this location, thank you for your service during the pandemic, putting your health at risk to serve cookies to Karens. read more

Service was prompt and kind. Not much communication from employees on what they were doing to get my order ready after I gave them my name. I stood there for a couple minutes a little confused as they all kept proceeding do what they were doing instead of getting my order ready. Not a big deal just a little communication goes a long ways. Presentation wise the cookies looked amazing. Taste wise I thought they were a little under cooked. Not sure if this is typical as I don't get crumble very often. read more

The cookies are not that good. And I got sick after eating one cookie within 10 minutes. As well as when you walk in no one welcomes you (and I also do a lot of deliveries here) and not one person that walks in is ever greeted. I was there last night and had a horrible experience. I did a curbside and waited 30 minutes before I went inside to see what was going on. When I went in there it took me 5 minutes just to get someone's attention. Then when I finally talked to someone they looked at my order and said "oops sorry I thought it was a DoorDash order" so it was just sitting in the counter getting cold. My cookies were all soggy and not even warm anymore. It was a total waste of $15. I will not be going to this crumbl ever again. I will stick with the Thornton and Brighton locations. read more

The phone number listed never picks up. I have reached out on Twitter, through the chat, and to DoorDash. I ordered cookies on Sunday for a friend whose foster puppy passed away after surgery for delivery on Monday morning. On Monday a DoorDasher named Delaney was at the store then my order was cancelled through DoorDash. I ordered through the crumbl app. My order on the app is showing that it's out for delivery and arriving in 1 minute. It is now Friday. I have no refund because the first and second order both went through and I feel that crumbl just literally doesn't care. read more

Both times I have gone in, it has been empty, and the employees don't even bother to look up and say "hello" or "welcome". These one or two star reviews are absurd. Talk about high maintenance customers. This place is clean, it's easy to order and the cookies are delish. You can download the app and order that way or use the touch screen right when you walk in the door and order in seconds. If you need to have full-blown conversations with staff while they are making cookies, you should probably go to a sit-down restaurant. There's a pandemic, so the more social distancing the better. I've been back to Crumbl a couple times and have to update my review. They had some new flavors that were pretty darn interesting and for that they get another star. Also, some say they're expensive but I think the value is there. $12 for 4 gigantic cookies isn't too bad really. I recently tried the peanut butter buckeye (very good!) the frosted chocolate cake, (my favorite) hot cocoa (also good but a little too sweet for me) and the cornbread cookie. The cornbread cookie was really amazing!! (though I should have asked them to leave off the dollop of butter, it didn't need it). I still think they could up the salt a bit in most cookies, that would really bring out the flavors. Regardless, I will likely return and keep trying. I'd say give the place a go and try a 4 pack with friends or family. It's a nice treat and they listen to feedback. read more

Horrible customer service. I was the only person in the store and 2 workers did not acknowledge me for quite some time. I cleared my throat abs finally one of them seemed a bit interested in helping me. She said maybe 3 words to me the whole time. We have had two horrific experiences at your Crumbl store in Superior, Colorado. The first visit, we ordered ice cream and they told us that they didn't have spoons. The workers were incredibly rude throughout our entire visit. Today, I picked my daughter from school and surprised her by taking her to Crumbl for cookie (we wanted to give them a second chance). When we arrived, we were the only customer in the store. Bay was frosting cookies and her back was towards us. She didn't great us. We asked her questions and she wouldn't turn around. We couldn't hear her, as she was facing the wall and wearing a mask. She was incredibly rude when we nicely told her that there was a big black hair on the display cookies. She said "ugh, those are just the display, not the cookies you will eat." She then went back to frosting cookies with her back to us. My one year old asked her what her favorite cookie was and due to her back being to us, we couldn't hear her answer. We told her that we couldn't hear her and she was angered. She started bejng incredibly disrespectful and rude and fighting with us and saying that she was frosting cookies and shouldn't have had to stop what she was doing to greet or help us. When we left the store she loudly exclaimed "thank god they're gone." I will not return and will encourage others not to spend their money here. read more
