I'm so dissappointed in this location. My co-worker and I order almost DAILY from this location. I understand now that all Crumbl cookie locations are indepently owned so you can't really reach out to anyone higher for help. This location has repeatedly messed our order up. Ive called twice and had them read back my order and explain why it's not what i received. Today, Feb. 25, 2026 it happened again. We ordered 12 pink sugar minies and got 12 big which we don't like thus the reason we ordered minis but because I call and complain, they won't let us order anymore cookies from their location. They messed up and because I hold them responsible and expect to get what I pay for, we are no longer allowed to order pink sugar cookies from them. That's fine. That's ALOT of money they won't be getting. I don't complain on every order. Over the 20 orders we've had i've had to call maybe 4 times. All we wanted was what we placed the order for but it almost sounded as if they think we're just after free cookies. I never asked for a refund. The strawberry one was my favorite. They're super sweet and super thick--maybe underbaked on purpose? If so, they nailed it. I'm not big on sweets, so keep that in mind. So i still have a love hate relationship with crumbl because the flavors i love still haven't come back lol and they are a bit pricey but I appreciate that on Mondays they now offer the minis for sale, however the price of the minis doesn't make me want to purchase them. a mini is like 1/3 of the size of the original cookie and a 6 pack of minis is only 1 dollar less than a 4 pack of the big size. The Greensboro store was giving out a free cookie to anyone who downloaded the Crumbl app, and so I had anticipated waiting in line to get in. There was one, but thankfully, it moved quickly. Given the sheer volume of foot traffic they must have faced, Crumbl staff were impressively collected, efficient, and polite. Ordering was simple and quick: I picked up a four-pack to go with my freebie, and it was served up warm and ready to go in under five minutes. These were fairly large cookies, so four for $10.98 was hardly an outrage. Those four - chocolate chip, Oreo chocolate, blueberry crumb cake, and waffle - were varying degrees of tasty. The Oreo, creamy and gooey when warm, was the best of the lot while the waffle (topped with buttercream and served with a side of maple) was very sweet and a bit gimmicky, but there were no losers here. Although you may read this review and pay them a visit, it's likely they'll have different flavors from what I mention here. There were 6 flavors to choose from on Free Cookie Day. Due to the chocolate chip being the freebie, I opted for other flavors for my 4-pack. I got waffle, blueberry crumble, Oreo and chilled sugar. All the cookies were served warm in the box (except the chilled sugar is served cold as the name implies), which makes for such a nostalgic experience. There are very few creature comforts in life that beat eating a warm cookie right out of the oven.   I was not able to eat the cookies right away, but they were still delicious after warming them up in a toaster oven. I think my favorite of the 4-pack was the waffle cookie. It wasn't quite as sweet as the others, which is likely due to it not having icing. However, it does come with syrup for your drizzling or dipping pleasure. The texture of all the cookies is soft and almost cake-like. I'm excited to see what other flavors they come up with to lure me back in!   Pro-tip: order your cookies ahead of time on the app, and they'll bring them out to your car for curbside pickup. read more

This popular cookie chain recently opened in our area. During their opening they were offering a free chocolate chip cookie to anyone visiting the store. My friend decided to try out the hype and waited in quite a long line for her free cookie and also purchased an additional 4 pack of some of their other offerings. The cookie flavor available change every week, offering 4 different specialty flavors to try (the milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cooker are always available). She got Oreo, blueberry granola (?) waffle, and chilled sugar. I was lucky that she was coming to my house after, so she was willing to share them with me. First reaction was that these cookies are huge. No one needs to eat 4 of these at a time! As it took a couple days to get through these, I was impressed with how long they held up. I didn't notice much deteroation on the ones I ate a few days later. Their cookies are also very attractive in their presentation. The Oreo and Waffle were my favorites of what she got. I thought it was cool that the Waffle came with warm syrup. I enjoyed nibbling on each of the flavor options, but I have to be honest and say the cookies weren't my favorite overall. The flavors were good, but to me their consistency just isn't what I like in a cookie. Almost cake like and soft, I like more crunch/texture. The was my first visit. There is ample parking (Target shopping center). The cashier was very helpful in explaining the process. They have different flavors weekly. They have examples of their flavors for the week presented on the counter at the register. I thought this was very helpful in planning my choices. It was also helpful in upgrading my original plan of only wanting one...I got easily convinced to purchase a box of 4 after looking at the display. Lol The pink boxes are super cute. The cookies are huge. We definitely cut them in sections and ate them over the course of a few days. I kept hearing stories of Crumbl cookies not being good and that's why I waited so long to visit.
