Was in the area and Had to visit because all the of the amazing pics, great reviews and a really bad craving. Great location right off the freeway in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The gent behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. So had to try all the faves. Chocolate chip cookies with and without walnuts. Oatmeal raisin and a specialty cookie, S'mores cookie. Also had the apple cinnamon scone, banana chocolate chip scone and the cinnamon roll. No it wasn't all for me but everything was delicious. Overall everything was moist and full of flavor. You won't be disappointed. read more

We've been eating the gelato since they brought it out & I've meaning to do a review but, I eat it so fast & forget to take a photo. Well, first of all the gelato is creamy, not too sweet & delicious on a hot humid day. What I like about the staff is that they offer for you to taste as many or all of the gelatos. That is very nice to offer. The price is good & portion size is reasonable. Hands down the best gelato in town. read more

While the cookies are good - rarely do they have enough or the published items available on DoorDash. It's really unfortunate because I like the cookie, yet this is the last time ordering as I can't afford to order food, ask for refunds and have to wait 3-5 days to get money back. Stop doing DoorDash if you can't fulfill orders - seems counter productive for your brand. read more

I honestly had to idea what to expect and came in with low expectations being that I questioned how cookies could here are so much hype, and I'm almost glad I had this mindset coming in because I completely blown away with how good these cookies were. Not a lot to say as far as how they operate. It's pretty unique in terms of buying cookies. You walk in and buy a number of them, and you get the choice of a variety they have available. This place honestly has the best cookies around, 100%. The cookies are all baked fresh every day and they even have "day old" cookies on sale for cheaper (which are still good). The cookies are on the pricier side, but they're definitely worth it. Pretty much every cookie I've had has been just a great flavor and texture with just the right amount of sweetness. And the cookies are relatively large. They do switch up a couple options on the menu, so while they definitely have their main staples, they do have some seasonal items that aren't around forever. I've had a Lavender Oatmeal cookie from them that I loved but haven't seen since. Pretty much every cookie is great, although I will say I appreciate all the different oatmeal cookie options without raisins. I can confidently say I do love oatmeal cookies now. Everyone who works here is also just as sweet as their baked goods. You'll always get good customer service coming here. I would for sure recommend coming here for your cookie needs. read more

This review is only for the cinnamon rolls! Oh me oh my these are a wonderful treat. The quality, flavor, and overall presentation is just darling. While I love my Cinnabons and have been a loyal Cinnabon fan for basically my whole life, I must say these Crumbles Cookies Cinnamon rolls might actually be my new favorite. Cinnabon for the convenience since there's locations everywhere but Crumbles Cookies cinnamon rolls for that magical special touch. They even have take home rolls available and they give a bunch of frosting too. Also these rolls have become sooooo popular, I believe they are or will be available during the weekday too, call and verify! This is an independent family owned business and I am happy to pay a little bit more for these special made items. Independent owned companies will almost always be a little more expensive than a corporation because corporations are able to aggressively buy larger quantities of ingredients and packaging. Independent or small business buy ingredients and supplies in bulk, but nowhere close to the same volume as a corporation such as Cinnabon, McDonald's, chipotle etc. Corporations buy in bulk and then distribute to each location. It breaks my heart that so many people don't understand this and think independent/ small businesses are trying to rip anyone off. That isn't the case at all. So why buy from independent/ small business if it's usually slightly more expensive. 1. Variety: usually they are putting their own special touch on that item or service. 2. Quality - clearly they believe in their product / service and opened their business in response to that- be open minded and give it a chance. 3. Community- support your community by doing business with independent owned businesses and encourage creativity, creative solutions, and opportunity. Least to say Crumbles Cookies has a staff that is passionate and plenty of customers who are willing to wait in line for their delicious treats and they are thriving. Expert tips: either call or go in person to reserve your order ahead of time. Sure you can just show up and hope they have whatever you were hoping to get, but I really highly recommend reserving! When they run out they run out. By placing your order ahead of time you're pretty much going to get your goodies- I also really like that option and wish other bakeries and shops had that option. read more

My apologies to Crumbles which is a small family owned business. These cookies, and gelato are Top notch. I had a vendor bring me both Crumbles (next to Staters in Corona) and Crumbl and it was Crumbl that I was speaking of was Not Crumbles. These big cookies are the best and always fresh. We got a half dozen and they got eaten up in a day by my husband and son. I didn't even have a chance to take a picture of them. My husband loved them all but his most favorite was the Peanut Butter Cookie. This is a must try cookie shop! The woman behind the counter was super friendly and ok her time with us. They are still social distancing. There were 3 of us in their shop and they asked the next family of 3 to wait outside until we were done. read more

First and foremost I hardly rate places a 1 Star, I would normally give places a 2 or 3 even if they aren't that great, but this place deserves a truly 1 Star; I would give it a 0 but it won't pop up on reviews. People deserve to know that their CUSTOMER SERVICE is truly TERRIBLE. Worse than a bad horror movie type of deal. I walked in and the girl that was "trying" to service me was already giving me bad vibes. I'm not familiar with this place, so I asked her what was good. Her response was "This us all we have here." Her face looked like she didn't really care if I wanted to buy any cookies. I was like "Ok, I'll take a box of 6." She was like "We only bag the cookies, did you want it put together in a certain way." Giving me a face like she wanted me out of there. She turned around and I said "Can I get the chocolate chocolate" then she said "You can't get that, that is a scone" In my mind, I was thinking it's right next to all the other cookies, and it looks like a cookie so how would I know it's a scone? I know how scones look like girlfriend... I ain't stupid. That didn't look like a scone. So I picked up 2 white chocolate macadamia, 1 s'mores, 2 crackle and 1 oatmeal with scotch. I then asked her if they made any speciality cookies? Her response was, "Oh I think your in the wrong cookie store, that is Cookie Crumblz , we are Crumble Cookie." I was like but I saw on the Yelp you guys made specialty cookies. Then she goes and shows me the menu, "We make special cookies daily, but you have to come on those days for those cookies." Ok, that was my last straw. In my head I was thinking "This B definitely wants me out and doesn't want to serve me. I have to ask and prove my point in order to get some special cookies. I didn't end up getting any anyways, so it didn't matter. I ain't ever coming back here. It doesn't matter if their cookies taste effing good, TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL DRAW ME OUT IN A HEARTBEAT!!! F that shizzles! You can have all the yummy cookies in the world, but with that attitude towards your customers.... I'm out and I will always speak the truth to everyone out there. I honestly never have to write such a terrible review. Like the insanity level. Even death row inmates get better treatment. At least, before they get on the electric chair, they are given any meal of choice. This girl that was servicing me didn't even want to sell me any cookies and I love cookies! Bye Felicia! read more

We've been coming to Crumbles since 2017 when we moved out here to Corona, and truly, no one does it better than Bonnie and Greg. The cookies are quality, the cinnamon rolls are huge and very clearly made with love, the special items are also amazing, my favourites are the snickerdoodle bar and the raspberry white chocolate coffee cake. My husband James visits every Friday to pick up a cinnamon roll and either an oatmeal chocolate chip or a sugar cookie! The service from the staff is always excellent and welcoming. Their gelato is delicious, and the flavours rotate weekly, so do be sure to find out what they are! Bonnie is absolutely lovely and is the epitome of what it means to know your customers and remember things about them that you may have talked about in passing. I couldn't recommend them enough. Every time we have a visitor to our home, we've always gotten either their cookies or rolls for them to try, and they fall in love. Support your local small cookie business. The cinnamon rolls here are AMAZING. They load it with cinnamon that gooey cinnamon, butter goodness. I will admit that I am a center of the cinnamon roll guy. I usually leave the outer ring to my wife/kids and hoard the gooey soft middle to myself. I don't have that issue with these cinnamon rolls. While the middle is definitely still the best, I feel like I still get a good amount of gooey cinnamon goodness on the outer rings as well. They only bake these in the mornings so once they're out, they're out. Go early if you want to ensure you get some. The cookies are also pretty good, but I personally don't like paying the gourmet cookie prices haha. read more

Here is my second review of Crumbles. I didn't want this negative review to be my only review as I believe I had a very unfortunate experience while the cookies and other team members are A+. The problem lies with the girl we encountered yesterday when we dropped by again, as we usually do on weekends to pick up our weekly supply. Sidenote: the cookies are so good they don't usually last the whole week. Upon arrival on this particular day we were assisted by Natalie (I think that's what her name tag read). We usually get the same thing so I began my order, "4 of the s'more please ---" to which I was then abruptly cut off from giving her the rest of my order with her unenthusiastic response, "those are $0.50 cents more." Ummm.... okay. I was a bit taken aback as to why she mentioned that so I questioned, "they're $0.50 cents more now? how come?" Her: Because we use extra ingredients in it. Me: Oh, I knew that. So they are the same as they usually cost not that they are an extra $0.50 cents more today? Her, rather derogatorily: No. They are $0.50 cents more. Me, extremely confused, asked: When did they raise the price? (I had just been there the week before). Her: It's been that way since they had this cookie. Me: -_- ... what just happpened. So then I had to clarify, "so you mean to tell me the cookies are a certain price while the S'Mores are $0.50 cents more than the other cookies?" Her, rather dryly: Yes. Mmm....kay. I didn't ask for the price and I think the better way to communicate that would have been, 'just to let you know the other cookies are $5.00 (arbitrary number inserted here) and the S'mores are $5.50.' Doesn't take a degree in telecommunications to clearly explain the cost of something to a customer. I don't think we would have been bothered had it not been for her belittling attitude and tone of voice. The rest of the experience continued in this manner. I saw her grab a bag for the cookies and I asked if she could put the cookies in a box since we were going to have them in the car for a while that day, I didn't want them to get crushed. She let out an exhale and irritably grabbed a box to shove my cookies in. Nice. From our prior experiences, they would actually ask us if we wanted them bagged or in a box. Shrug. Guess Natalie was trained under a different division? I then asked her to add 4 Snickerdoodle and 4 Chocolate Chips to the box and again in her slight mannerism, "so you're ordering a dozen." I didn't come in for a math class. What's the deal?? She had no purpose with her statement or a question to ask or to impart some information to me. Are you judging me for ordering 12 cookies?? Yes, I live on the wild side okay!? I then added 4 scones to our order as we were having guests over for brunch the next day. She seemed annoyed to have to grab 4 more items for my order. My entire party looked at each other with 'WTF eyes' because we didn't know what her problem was. I asked her, "Those are okay to freeze right?" Immediately, I felt regret. She replied, flatly, "No." -_- I recall Bonnie telling us not to freeze them long term but for a short while it would be fine. We froze them overnight Saturday and ate them Sunday, they were still incredible. I proceeded to add the 4 scones to my order anyway. Finally, we ordered 1 S'mores cookie from the warm oven and I swear the lady was about to lose her sh*t with me and I still don't know what we did. She was SO annoyed. o_O We got rung up and her tone was so flat the whole time. Needless to say we didn't bother tipping for the dismal service. Honestly, we were so close to just walking away from our order and cancelling but I thought of Bonnie and how personable she always is with everyone that walks into the bakery and we are big advocates of small businesses. $45 of goodies later, we left. My young daughter looked at me and asked, "Mommy, was she not nice to us because we're Asian?" Nice. Good job, Natalie. Not sure if that was the case and I hope for your sake that it isn't. I understand we can't always expect service that is above and beyond but this was such an extreme that I had to put it on here. As a warning to my Yelp family, if you walk in and encounter Natalie, just turn around and walk right back out. That's definitely what we plan to do in the future. I don't care how far we had to drive to get here. read more
