We have been here 3 or 4 times since they opened. The food is great. Unfortunately, the attention to detail and or training is severely lacking. We ordered 2 pizzas for dine in and while waiting ordered 2 more to go. It took a solid 30 minutes to get the first two after the girl forgot to bring my husband his beer. They brought us two completely incorrect pizzas the first time they came to the table. We asked for all 4 to be cut into triangles and only received one cut that way. A little bit of attention to detail would go a long way especially when it takes so long to get food out. read more

The food was great and the employees were so friendly and helpful! They gave the children dough to play with while waiting for their food to keep them occupied and they absolutely loved it! Pepperoni rolls were a hit with our family! Stuffed with cheese and pepperoni with a crispy crust that was perfection. We love that you can upgrade any pizza to a calzone which is a great option. We will most definitely be back to try some more stuff like the wings and the pastas. Overall a great experience! This was my first time here- my fiancé has been before. The restaurant is set up very strange and it's a little confusing with two registers- 20 feet apart. Luckily when we were seen for our order we were greeted by Kaitlyn. She was very helpful with ordering our food and offering options. My fiancé who had been here before didn't even know they sold adult beverages here (because he was never offered the first time). We decided to try Crust Pizza out based on the recommendation from one of our neighbors and it didn't disappoint. The girl behind the counter was super patient with us...being our first time there we were slow about deciding what we wanted and changed our final order several times. We are usually super conscientious about having toddlers with us but the girl behind the counter brought us some raw dough for our kiddos to play with to keep them busy while waiting on the food. The food came out in a timely manner and was fantastic. We will definitely be returning to try out all the different types of pizza they offer. read more

The pizza is fresh, made to order, top quality ingredients and an incredible value. We come for the lunch special pick-two and can feed me and my toddler for TEN BUCKS! We each get our own little pizza and it's the perfect amount. In todays economy that price is unheard of..AND it comes with a drink. The staff is amazingly nice and attentive. Giving a one star only because I can't give it a zero. Finally decided to try Crust again. First time was a horrible experience, but we wrote that off to being pretty late in the evening. After reading that Crust was under new management, we decided to go for lunch today. Wish I could say things were better and in some ways they were... the food was hot and fresh. However, when I found something in my salad and realized it was part of a dead fly that was also in my salad that I discovered later, that was just too much. Reported it to the gal at the front desk who finally noticed me standing there while she was on her phone. She stared at the salad and the bug in it with a look of disbelief. When I asked her if the salads were made fresh, she didn't give me a response. It's possible the salads are made up and sitting there or the lettuce is left out. Regardless, food should be covered at all times. She apologized to me and agreed to make me something else to replace the salad. I got a "sandwich" (so small I couldn't believe it) and ended up taking it home because at this point we just weren't hungry anymore. With the genuine lack of concern, we won't be back. read more

The food was pretty good. We had garlic knots, a personal cheese pizza, a cauliflower crust personal pizza, baked ziti, a build your own personal pizza and their loaded Mac pasta. I wish the garlic knots came with marinera sauce instead of ranch but other than that, this will be a frequent stop for us when we're in town. I usually do not leave reviews on restaurants but I feel like I had to for Crust. The food is amazing, everything taste good there.. but the service was absolutely horrible. When i walked in a couple days ago there were 2 lady's standing by the front register talking while the other was wiping down tables and keeping the store clean. When I walked in they didn't acknowledge me what so ever, not even a " hi welcome to crust" or anything like that. All they told me was someone will be with me shortly and they walked to the back and you could hear them laughing and giggling. The young lady who was cleaning ended up helping me and taking my order. I don't know the 2 lady's names that walked away but one was wearing a head band and the other looked like the manager. I'm not sure and didn't get their names but if they lost my business after that and I will not be going back until something gets done about the customer service there. read more
