If I could give a zero star I would. The woman I had was horrible she kept trying to up charge me and I said the same thing over and over again that I didn't want anything special just a basic pedicure! She brought out the gel colors I asked her if it was just the regular nail polish she said yes so when she walked away I asked the man and he said no it's the gel colors do you want regular I told him yes. Then she wouldn't stop asking if it wanted the deluxe pedicure same answer over and over again no just the basics. She was so rough I had to ask this woman multiple time to please be gentle! She only messaged one leg ‍ THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY she said my total was 40$ I asked why the basic pedicure is 25$ and the 2 acrylics were 5$ a piece that means 35$. She told the man that she used the sea salt which was a 5$ charge when I specifically said I didn't want anything extra. I told him I'll pay 35$ and that's it he was really nice about it but when she heard me she wouldn't stop glaring at me mind you she didn't say a word to me the whole time nor did she make any eye contact! I just recently moved out here from New York and I get my toes done every 2 weeks religiously and I usually leave $15 plus tips. I will NEVER come back here this is absurd. read more

I moved to this area 8 years ago I'm 35 and been getting my nails done since I was 16 with that said I know how I want my nails done and how I want them to look. When I 1st went into this shop I didn't what to expect but thought why not try it. If your like me you watch your surroundings and that's what I did I watched as other people got nails done feet done etc. and I didn't see one unhappy face hell even the guys getting pedicures looked happy I told the tech that I wanted pink & white full set its $40 which not a bad price after they did my nails I've never anyplace else. I've never broken one out the 8 years my guy "teddy" knows how I like my nails but will always ask how I want them to look. When I asked him why he always ask since I've been coming here for so long he said because you never know how a customer may want her hands to look so you always ask. Even with designs they will do one nail show you if you like it then they will do the rest if not they will start over or grab another tech to get the way you want it. He truly is amazing at what he does and he does NOT skimp on the massage (obviously anyones favorite part!) He knows what he is doing and is extremely friendly. I didn't have an appointment because I didn't know I needed one but when I walked in there was no customers in the salon so Kim was able to take me for a Mani Pedi. She was really nice and being it was my first mani pedi ever, I really appreciated how gentle she was! I'm a shy person so I didn't talk much but it was a really great experience! This place is so gross. First of all if you want your pedicure bowl covered you have to request it otherwise they don't put the liner in. Kim cut my toe nails so short and filed them so sharp on the sides.b4 i even left the shop my toe was killing me bc my nail was poking me in my skin. It still hurts. I will never go back. Never been, came in for a pedicure while my car was being worked on. Staff is so so, not the friendliest. Place is definitely in need of cleaning or renovations but the pedi chairs seemed ok. Old guy did the pedi and was over-friendly with the cuticle nippers. The next day my big toe hurts A LOT! Now theres some kind of sore happening OMG! Well.... first of all I agree with all of the reviews.... the place was filthy! Literally when she took the sanding tool tips out of the liquid there were gooey stuff dripping off of them and she just wiped it off with her bare hands. The nail areas were extremely dirty. 3 girls there I was the only one in there getting my nails done and they were just sitting around instead of at least trying to clean some things off! I'm always looking for bargain during these tough times and thought I'd try them, but the real reason is I brought a coupon in that was in the money mailers in the mail for $22.99 for a full set but she insisted it was going to be $28 even though the sign on the wall says a full set is $25!!! (SO THE COUPON WAS FALSE ADVERTISING JUST TO GET YOU IN THERE) so that there was enough to tell me to never go back!! Then I brought a little diamond charm and asked if she could glue it on my one nail and then she wanted to charge me an additional $7 just to glue it on so I said forget it! The real hacker was they never asked me go wash my hands (the entIre time) after filing them and never put anything on my dry cuticles which nail salons usually always put vitamin E on your cuticles! So I left with wet nail polish because they wanted to close which I damaged one getting in car!, go figure, I was so mad) and extremely dry hands from all the filing and not even a bit of lotion! And the other thing is they kept trying to up sell me! I just wanted the basic full set, no gel, nothing further so that was annoying also. And stupid me gave her a $7 tip to boot! I should have listened to the Reviews but it is right by my work and I had some extra time on my lunch so I decided to give it a try.... I got a glitter gel manicure,she started doing them and i thought she was still in the middle of doing them because you could see my nail under them still they were uneven and already chipped at the cuticle.. turns out she was done i had to basically beg to put one more coat on to cover the parts of my nail.... I should have said something but I didn't and i regret it now. not even 2 weeks and every nail is chipped and some are just completely gone. WORST PLACE EVER. The service was terrible the worst I've ever had.im Vietnamese but they didn't know it they were talking crap on me and other clients in the shop the entire time. If you hear them talking in Vietnamese you are not being paranoid most likely they are talking bad about you. A friend and I always go to get Pedi's together. The only reason we went to Crystal Nails is because she had gotten a gift card for her birthday. NOT WORTH IT! The chemical smell about knocks you over when you walk in. The place is cluttered and dirty. There were not many choices for paint colors. The man who did my pedi was rough! It was 20 minutes of torture, instead of the 45 minutes of bliss I am used to. He cut my toe, and now I am treating it with ointment just incase because I am worried about getting an infection. He is amazing at acrylics, I'm so rough on mine and my hands are always in water and have chemicals on them because I'm a hair dresser but they never break, lift or chip. He is quick too I get in and out within 45 mins. Make sure you make an appt with him before you go cuz he is always busy and they will just try to stick you with someone else (don't do it!!!) try his pink & whites....there flawless. read more

Decided to stop by here since it was convenient. But only checked the Yelp reviews after I sat down. Should have left after seeing the low ratings but decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was not a great one. The lady was not very thorough with my pedicure, which I even opted to pay more with the "deluxe pedicure". She left acetone on my nails for the entire duration of my pedicure which was about 30 mins. I picked the color of my polish, which it took her about 20 mins to look for, which she still was unable to find. Not the best service. I didn't stay to finish the manicure or pedicure. read more

Today is Mother's Day and My husband sent me and my mom out for pedi's my usual place was closed so I decided to try them out and why did I do that, 1st we sat down and the massage chairs are worn out arm rest very loose, 2nd the tech sat down and she didnt even speak to my mom she said put your feet up here, so I said hello how are you she looked a smiled I said your suppose to speak to your client, her reply was oh im tired I been working all day, ok and? she still didnt speak anyways they put us in the water to soak the water was sooo hot we could even put i feet in and I like hot water but no scolding hot, so the guy that was going to do my feet sat down and I went to tell him about the bottom of my feet being rough he cut me off and said hold on we will get to that in a moment let me take your polish off, then he said I can use the razor on you, nooooo you wont 1st of all the razor is illegal now in NV and second do you have any callus remover he said yes but it wont remove the callus What? then before he proceeded I said can you make my foot smooth, he said I will make them smooth to me, excuse me then he said Im not your nail tech at the other shop im me, I said I know that anyway to cut the story, WHERE THE HELL IS CUSTOMER SERVICE... AND WHO DID HE THINK HE WAS TALKING TO raising his voice so the manager came back and said no worries I will get someone to do it for you, I waited one lady go done and they spoke in their langauage and she shook her head no. I got up I will go back to my nail spa where you get treated like a queen or king and they have ice cold water waited for you with great massage chairs.... I got referred to this place by one of my friends that gets her nails done there all the time. I love her nails and they always look good when she gets them done. So I went there and it was very crowded in a small shop and not enough seating. The customers including myself were like playing musical chairs around the shop so people can use the nail dryers where the only chairs are. I got my nails refilled and the girl who did them didn't do a very good job. She didn't fill some of my nails all the way down and there is some discoloration. She also didn't file down my real nails under my white tips good enough and they are still pretty long. I dont know if I will go back or not... read more

I've been here a couple times because it is close to my house but today after my visit decided I would not be going back and decided to finally write a review. I don't know why but I started noticing little things like when do they wash out the pedicure bowls, and why are all the technicians tools in plastic bins with no sanitizer anywhere in it? Literally the nail tools, callous removers and hangnail clippers were not soaking in any sanitizer when not in use. I was just wondering when do they clean them? I saw people getting up and coming in and nothing... it was very busy today so I guess I finally noticed during my wait time. I was going to get acrylics but the wait time was so long and then the lady THREE times was rough on my same toe where the nail had been ripped half-off. I understand the first time was an accident but the second and third time I was pissed because she already knew that that toe was sensitive. I kept thinking in my head about if I should say something or if I should tip her less then twenty percent but I didn't want to cause a scene and I hate tipping people less because I work off tips myself. So I just made a mental note to get a normal manicure instead of acrylics or gels so I wouldn't be spending more time or money on her. She tried to sell me on gels about three times after I had already told her that I don't care for gels. That was slightly annoying. I understand the upsell but if I say no once I shouldn't have to keep reiterating it. I don't know why I've been here about five times. Maybe I didn't have time to notice before or maybe it has gone downhill lately. I feel stupid that I finally noticed this all today and then read some reviews when I went to write my review and I feel even dumber that other people noticed these things long ago!
