Banana Matcha FTW Was a hot day, needed caffeine and walked by Creme. Super cute aesthetic drew me in, and staff was friendly upon entry. I ordered the Banana Creme Matcha with oat milk. Great flavor, a tad sweet (so would get less sweet next time), but great non artificial tasting banana flavor, as well as matcha. Will be back.

Came late in the day, close to closing, so while there were a few people trickling in, I didn't have to wait long to order. It's Downtown Sac, so it's all metered parking. I tried the Crème Latte. It was creamy and sweet, yet not overly so. It went down super easily. Interior is all white, with table seating alongside the wall. Less-than-average service. One person took the order, the other called out my name when it was ready. No thank you from anyone. Maybe they were tired from a long day. I enjoyed my coffee and would return.

We have had a 180! Great customer service from the owner. Can confirm that the matcha is hand-whisked and there is a banana mocha option now. I went today and tried the iced mocha with banana cold foam- very yummy and not overly banana. Cannot thank the owner enough for reaching out to hell course correct here.

Finally got to come back with a coworker and this time, it wasn't as crowded compared to when I went for the grand opening so we were able to get our drinks fairly quick! I ordered the Banana Creme Matcha this time and I'm not the biggest fan. The matcha and banana cream flavor lacked the balance of both that I was looking for. The matcha definitely overpowered the banana cream flavor which didn't truly taste like a banana cream matcha in my opinion. Overall, I definitely prefer their Creme Matcha Latte drink over the Banana Creme Matcha drink. The Creme Matcha Latte had a better balance with the matcha cream and the matcha drink itself which fits more of my liking. However, my coworker ordered the Creme Latte and absolutely loved it! She mentioned the espresso was pretty strong so if you are craving a drink that will wake you up, the Creme Latte is the way to go.

I'll be honest, I kept my expectations low because of the social media hype but their matcha pleasantly surprised me. It is on the sweeter side if you have a preference between sweet vs. an earthier matcha. I'd give the crème matcha latte a solid 4 out of 5. There is a lot of seating options but it definitely gets filled up quick; lots of foot traffic since it is located in downtown right by DOCO. Metered street parking only as well. I probably wouldn't come out of my way for their matcha specifically, but if I'm in the area again I'd give their coffee and food options a try. The ambiance is a good balance for a study spot and also to hangout and talk as well.

I came here in the morning and was dropped off since parking was difficult. After I ordered, I sat in the back round table to wait for my creme matcha latte. All the other tables were taken mostly by people who were waiting for their coffee. The white interior was nice, but the music was a bit loud. I liked my drink overall and thought it was sweet and smooth.

Chic and elegant coffee shop. Found it through social media. Pastry case with a small variety of options and they have cute merch--t shirts, pins. Asked the barista what matcha was popular and suggested the banana crème matcha. The banana cream top was good and tasted real mashed banana in it. The matcha flavor doesn't come through and just taste super sweet. Chocolate croissant was a bit disappointing as the chocolate filling was custardy.

The matcha was great! I went here with some friends a few months back and got a creme matcha latte. The flavor was perfect and nice and strong, how I usually enjoy my matcha. The ambiance is nice as well. My only complaint is that it is difficult to find parking unless you get lucky. There is mostly only metered parking nearby.

Originally ordered the jalapeño cheddar bagel and I was soooo excited to have it especially after the barista said it was yummy. Unfortunately they were all out so they allowed me to get anything else which was super nice so I ended up with the avocado toast which exceeded my expectations! It had amazing and cohesive flavors! The signature crème latte was well balanced and if you get it there a sip it without mixing soooo yummy. Spent my time people watching and and reading a book it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy a slow morning out! Also the whole place was very aesthetic.

Okay where do I begin?? This coffee shop had been on must try list for a minute and it will now be added to the routine favorites rotation. The shop is located right across from a parking structure which is nice because street parking on a weekend will probably have to be found a couple blocks down. Now let's talk about the shop. It was so nice and clean. Lots of seating and very spacious. The high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Okay so on to coffee and service. Came in on a day off and was greeted promptly as the barista was working on another drink. Her name was either Christina/Christen (she told me but I forgot). I asked her to make me her favorite iced drink and when I say her attitude was so sweet and welcoming. She was so excited! Asked me if I had an allergies or milk preferences and then went to work. My girl whipped up an iced honey cinnamon latte with foam. And it was simply delicious. When she explained the drink she told me she didn't sweeten the drink too much with honey itself because the foam was also sweetened with it and she didn't want the drink to be overly sweet. Can we take a minute for the attention to detail? Because girl what?? I love that. Once the drink was made I was standing in front the lids trying to figure out if I wanted the one that has a straw hole or the sip one. One of the workers saw me looking and recommended to do the one with the sip opening. Another moment for them paying attention to their customers. Amazing! She saw the struggle and came in with an assist. I didn't catch her name but it was whoever was working with the barista on Thursday, 5/21 at around 3:37PM. Long review but a really positive one. I will be back! Truly hope all their staff is this kind and welcoming because that really makes a huge difference in the whole environment and the quality of drinks. Will be back!

YUMMMMM!!!! decided to take a stroll through DOCO and knew I wanted to stop at Creme. (thank you Iris from LI S7) when you first walk in the space is GORGEOUS! a mainly white furnished cafe but it felt very fancy and clean. I ordered the creme matcha which reminds me a lot of a brown sugar matcha with creme too. they had 3 workers working efficiently and my drink came out delicious. it's smooth and not overly sweet, the matcha is strong and I personally like the cups being smaller. i also ordered a nutella crossiant and it was delish!! will definitely be back perfect spot to catch up with friends or go on a date.

Super cute coffee spot in the heart of downtown that would be perfect for a meetup or quick meal. The interior is decorated incredibly well, it feels like walking into a little uppity French-American cafe. Lots of white with plenty of seating for small groups. The staff are working hard heating up pastries and making drinks. I absolutely loved the chocolate croissant I had, it was fulled with chocolate creme and was a bit messy but soo delicious. I would say the matcha was pretty decent for the area but there are better places in Sacramento for matcha, especially in terms of quality powder. The banana matcha in particular was very enjoyable. I would say this is a bit pricey but expected for the location.

I mean, what can I say? There's absolutely no denying that this place is aesthetically stunning. From the decor to the bright, airy atmosphere, every detail is beautiful. It's definitely one of those coffee shops that feels thoughtfully designed and is perfect if you're looking for a cozy spot to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or snap a few photos. As someone who considers myself a bit of a coffee connoisseur, I make it a mission to try as many local coffee shops around Sacramento as I can. I was really excited to finally give this one a try. Yes, the line was long, but honestly, what do you expect? It's a new, popular coffee shop in the heart of downtown Sacramento. A wait is pretty much expected. I've also seen people complain about the parking, but again--it's downtown. Limited parking and paid meters are just part of the experience. Now, let's get to the important part: the coffee. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. It wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't memorable. I'd describe it as average--nothing about it stood out, especially considering the price. The drink was fairly expensive for what you get, and the cup size felt smaller than expected. Overall, I'd probably skip coming back. While the space is undeniably beautiful and worth seeing at least once, the coffee itself didn't justify the price, and it wasn't good enough to make me want to return.

The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.

We wanted something to drink and snack on, and looked for something close by. We saw they had the…read moreramen and other snacks so we decided to try them out. We especially excited to try the instant ramen maker. We walked in and ordered in the kiosk. The menu had different teas, mochi donuts, dumplings, corndogs, and other snacks. However, after ordering we noticed the ramen wasn't on there. We asked the staff and they said the ramen maker wasn't working so that was disappointing. They were also out of something I ordered and they were able to refund me. The drinks and food took a bit to come out. The wonton and dumplings were ok, but the soup it came in was pretty good. The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.
