Culver's never seems to disappoint. The smash burgers were cooked perfectly with crispy edges, juicy beef, and melted cheese that made every bite delicious. The fries were just as good as always. When my daughter took her first bite, I heard that perfect crunch, and that's exactly what you want from a fresh order of fries. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and our food came out fast. We also decided to try the frozen custard for dessert, and it definitely lived up to the hype. It was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to finish off the meal. Great food, great service, and a clean restaurant make it an easy place to recommend. Have yet to venture actually inside this Culver's, and in rare form for me, did not take pictures either time. Both times have been a post-dinner ice cream drive thru visit. That said, I bet that is a common reason people come, and worth reviewing. No issues. Once you get the lay of the land of how their "concretes" work, it's an easy order. You choose a base, then add your desired mix-ins, you go pay for it, and you enjoy a little slice of ice cream heaven. The concretes very much remind me of a DQ Blizzard. I think at the end of the day, I still would learn toward the Blizzard, but that could partly be nostalgia. In either case, very much enjoyed all combos we have tried and their have been 4. I would say the mint base is probably the weakest, a little of a let down for mint chocolate chip lovers like myself. Still good, but I would rather have the cheaper and taster Oreo Mint shake at Cook Out in that particular case. read more

I'm so excited that we finally have a Culver's location in Greensboro, it's seriously clutch! I've been driving all the way to Kernersville, so having one just minutes away is a game changer. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well set up. I went through the drive-thru during lunch, and the line moved quickly. They have a double drive-thru just like the Kernersville location, which makes everything super convenient. For a newer location, the staff is already doing an amazing job! The customer service was on point, the food was fresh and hot, and my burger was made exactly how I ordered it--no cheese, just how I like it lol. The burger tasted slightly different from the Kernersville location, but that's expected for a newer store. Maybe it just needs a tad bit more seasoning. Overall, I was extremely satisfied--my lunch was perfect. I ordered a double butter burger with grilled onions and mustard, along with a medium fry and a medium Fanta. This location definitely has great potential, and I'm already looking forward to going back for a sweet treat. I told my coworker that we should try the new Culver's down the street from our office and she had no idea! We were like kids in a candy shop with studying the menu entree options including the burgers seafood and salads among other things. & the dessert! OMG! The flavors of ice cream/custard including the take home pints in the display. My for sandwich was good. A little small for the price but delicious none the less. Next time I'll forgo the cheese curds (which were also really good) and choose one of the desserts. Glad to have another lunch option in the work area. read more

We got a Culver's in High Point! Nice and clean restaurant, plenty of parking and seating. I ordered the cod, onion rings and a lemonade chill with strawberries. All was fresh and cooked well. My only possible complaint would be the young lady they have taking orders. I don't remember her name but she was a petite white female with the TINIEST voice. She had to repeat herself multiple times because for the life of me, I couldn't hear her, neither could my son. Why would you have someone you can't hear taking orders? Luckily, I was there off peak, I can only imagine how hard it is to place an order with her when it's busy and loud. read more

I was so excited they put a Culver's in High Point. I'm from Michigan originally and used to go there alot. My enthusiasm waned as they asked me to pull ahead in the drive thru then made me wait for almost 10 minutes to bring me my food. I'd asked for ketchup and pickles on the burger. There was no ketchup. The burger was over cooked and extremely dry. I was super excited about the cheese curds. Those eh. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Been there a few times now. We had family come by. I had been bragging how good the food was, so we placed a large order for everyone. Now it is a 40 minute drive (round trip). It turns out they left out all of the sides. I called asking for a refund on my credit card used on the items I paid for but they left out. They said I would have to drive another 40 minutes for a refund per company policy. By then the food would be cold. Everyone makes mistakes, one would expect them to make it right. Very disappointed myself and our guests now have a very poor impression of this restaurant. read more

This was the first time going to this location. I ordered two cheeseburgers and two fries. Added cheese dipping sauce s well. The food was great as always. The people who work here were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is brand new but the parking lot is very small compared to the other location. Only issue was they left out my fries and I had to double back to get them. Over all everything worked out. read more

Being from the midwest, we really enjoy the pork tenderloin sandwiches and Culver's is the only fast food place that serves them!

Food simply wasn't good. The service was fine but just tasteless food. My wife however had cheese curds and said they were quite good.

Stopped by around 3 pm, so not a lunch or dinner rush time. Went through the drive thru and placed my order. I was asked "what can we make fresh for you today?" Ironic because when I finally got my food after more than 20 minutes the cheese curds were cold and disgusting and the burger, which was supposed to be a single with mustard, ketchup and pickles was a double with approximately 1 tsp of ketchup and mustard in the center of the bun. I sat waiting patiently as multiple cars that came after me were given their food, and only after mine had been the lone car in the lot for about 10 minutes did someone finally straggle out with a bag saying they'd "put the wrong number" on it. She acknowledged I'd been sitting there forever. I asked if the food was cold and she offered to have them re do the order , but I didn't have another half hour to sit there so I declined. I think a refund or gift card would've been nice at that point. Don't recommend. read more

We have been to this restaurant twice now, and both times were a bit disappointing. This last time every table in the place was dirty. We had to clean off our own table. Not at one time while we were there did anyone come out to clean any of the tables. There wasn't a ton of people there at the time we went and our food still came to us cold. The staff were friendly but definitely new, so we will give them grace in hopes to see things turn around. We love going to the Kernersville location, and hope that High Point will be able to work out the bugs of being a new restaurant. Especially since it's closer to home. I'd say the experience was probably a 2 rating but will give it 3 because they just recently opened and everyone there is new. Ordered first time requesting the standard topping on the sandwiches. The sandwiches were dry, and missing virtually all toppings. The fish sandwich was missing tartar sauce and lettuce. The pork loin sandwich only had a tomato, missing pickle, lettuce, mustard, mayo. The fries were mostly the size of a fingernail-mostly shorts. Worst meal in years-Don't try! read more

For a new location, I think they are doing well. They do need to pick up the speed in the drive through, but other than that the food was great & service was friendly. We've been three times & will return in hopes that they work out the time efficiency kinks after getting more established. read more
