This is a very good fast food restaurant. I have always had good service whether I went inside to eat or whether I got something to go in the drive thru line. The fish sandwiches and fish platters are the best in north western Arizona. And in my opinion, the hamburgers are better than any others in this area, including In-N-Out's. read more

Solid choice with a menu that has something for everyone. The gripes about the thin patty's are ridiculous. Just order more patties. Good food at good prices. Clean and friendly. Ample and comfortable dining area. They have Cholula! One star off for the pre frozen institutional fries. If Culver's introduced fresh cut fries that would really complete and plus the experience. If you buy a quart or a scoop of the flavor of the day it should be smothered with the toppings if it isn't, let someone know so they can pay attention to the quality control. I tried a chicken cashew salad. It was simple with dressing. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. My husband had a burger, which was delightful enough but his patty was pretty dried out. Curds we're nice, but breaded non battered. The soda was missing syrup and carbonation. Been here about 5 times. Very convenient location, nice building, friendly kids working but overall poor management. The common theme is each time we come the ingredients on the burger (tomato and lettuce) get smaller and smaller as do the number of the people eating here. The young managers are always nice and say "that looks bad or that shouldn't be that way" but it doesn't mean much when it's that way every time. As I look around today there are more people working than guests eating.... WAKE UP owners!!!! It's headed downhill fast and once we stop coming we aren't coming back!!!!! read more

We retried Culver's tonight for dinner and it was very good. My husband had the Deep Fried Shrimp with Steamed Broccoli, both were hot and delicious. I had the Cheese Burger with French Fries and they too were hot and delicious. We again tried the Bell Pepper Soup and this has got to be my favorite soup ever! read more

Give this place 20 stars ! We drove from Vegas just to enjoy this fast fresh deliciousness ! I LOVE the butterfly shrimp yep you read right move over seafood joints this place has thee best fried shrimp ! Burgers melt in your mouth. Fries are hot crispy and well salted and the onion rings are battered and fried with fabulousness. I can't say enough great things about the fast food here. As an ex-employee of Culver's in Wisconsin, I know that not every crew is always going to be a well oiled machine that treats every customer with kindness and respect... however, this Culver's really is and does just that. Their crew is always smiling and very nice, they are even quick about getting your order out. One time I was waiting for only 10 minutes and they apologized for it without even being prompted!! They even gave me a little apology concrete mixer card. Talk about a good experience. Not to drive their awesomeness too much but even the food is cooked right every time. During this time (Corona Virus) Culver's is only doing take out/drive through service. They are very, very busy. Check your order before driving away. Asked for a chocolate concrete mixer with brownie and cookie dough and got a vanilla of same. Asked for a Bacon Deluxe no cheese extra pickle got the extra pickle no cheese and NO bacon while they were at it. Again, check your order before driving away. This should be standard operating procedure for all customers with any take out business. The food is still great and will return. read more

Food was good besides an uncomfortable interaction with an employee named Trevor( which I found out to be a manager). Had a small problem and was greeted by him with an unwelcoming attitude. He failed to properly mask his face. I watched him interact with his employees the same and he did with me ( unprofessional and rude). Went here to get ice cream dessert with a friend. We ordered and sat down. Some folks behind us in line got their burgers and I began to get concerned. After 5 more minutes of waiting, I went back up to counter and asked a young man about the order. He asked someone a little older than he was about the order. The 2 items were sitting in an area and a young lady stated that one had melted due to the hot fudge (that was mine). Then he was asked if I wanted a new one or the one that was already made (melted). I told the young man I just wanted my money back. He told another young man a couple years older who came and asked me more questions. I told him I was over it and to please return my money. I asked about what happened and was told that due to it being an "eat in" order, something got mixed up. My suggestion: don't eat in and stick to burgers. How did something so simple get so complicated? read more

Culvers is yummy! Always get a butter burger and cheese curds. I love the thin patties. I gave 4 stars because like most restaurants i feel they are starting to get lazy with the food. They started out very good, food was always too notch. But the last couple times it seems to be thrown together like the workers don't care anymore. Amazing service every time, and this time there was some sort of mistake and the take out worker insisted our meal was on them. We were trying to pay, I dont mind paying for great food and great service, but they insisted. A very kind gesture, and I hope this Culver's and all their hard working employees get the recognition they deserve. We waited a couple of minutes while several employees milled around seemingly disengaged, finally a half asleep young man came to the counter, yawned in our faces and sort of grudgingly took our order. Not impressed. I had a Deluxe Double Burger, burger patties are so thin, it's not worth the prices they are charging. They have a choice of sides that included mashed potatoes and gravy, I tried that, it was terrible. Obviously instant, but not a good grade. I like instant mashed potatoes, like Idahoan, they mix into a smooth consistency, the potatoes served here were course and grainy, not good at all. The drink was fine, a Dr. Pepper. I will return and try a different entree (perhaps chicken) and a side that's not mashed potatoes. read more
