Worst customer service ever. Asked to order a meal. They asked if I had the funds available to pay for because the American Express card That is metal and they believe is fraudulent. Told me to stand on the side so they could help several other customers while the manager verifies my credit card. Manager returns with my card and asked for my ID to file a report a possible fraud. I asked for my card back she refuses and keeps it. Total scam on the managers part to steal somebody's credit card because she doesn't believe it's real. Try to Google American Express platinum card. The food and service at this place is always good! They are a cut above every fast food place anywhere between here Vegas and Phoenix. I highly recommend their fish dinner and on Friday's their clam chowder! Serving sizes are ample, a 2 piece fish dinner filled me up, glad I didn't get a 3 piece. When I drive by the drive through, I didn't get a friendly service from Wally. At first, I overlooked the customer service because it was my first time. I had heard how great it was, so I finally made it over because I had a 2 for 1 coupon. The service was great, they were very friendly. I have to say we were both disappointed in the way he burger patty looked. It was actually one patty sliced in half, so you think you're getting a double burger. Fries were so-so. Not too much flavor. Didn't have any ice cream so Might go back for some. Heard the fish is good, but my favorite place for fish and Chips is Vito's! I think this place got over hyped because this is such a small town and people got too excited about new places. I think maybe if I ever go back I'd wait a month or so for the dust to settle and be less busy. I didn't like anything that I ordered. The burgers were expensive and not good. Not much flavor. I got the mushroom Swiss burger but I'm not entirely sure I got the right item. I expected a burger and I got like almost a flavorless Philly rye sandwich with white cheese, no mushrooms with peppers. I also got a pot roast sandwich. I ended up with a dry, flavorless brisket burger. It was soggy and gross. The BBQ sauce dip tasted okay but couldn't save it. My husband got two burgers and nothing special there. I took a bite of his and I guess I'm just not a fan... I hated the sweet tea but he loved it so I don't know there. I didn't like the crinkle fries, I like del Taco's fries better and that's sad cuz their fries aren't that good either. The chocolate Reese's custard was okay. The taste was meh but the feel of the custard itself was smooth and almost like a mousse. It was okay. I think cold stone is way better. The only thing that I really liked was the cheese curds. Only thing that had flavor. Overall... Not impressed. I don't know if it was sucky for it being so busy or it's just not for me. The hubbie didn't like his burgers either so I dunno.. The employees were super sweet, energetic and they all seemed generally happy. Props to the employees. I'm sure they are under a huge amount of stress since the whole town has been there since even before the doors opened. Either way I can't say if I will return. It's new in town. I thought it was something like Chili's or Applebee's, but it's actually a fast food joint with a little bit higher quality food and slightly higher prices. Don't even try the drive thru unless you brought a book to read. Our party had hamburgers, pot roast sandwich, patty melt, and a walleye sandwich. All the food was pretty good, except the walleye sandwich was small. Fries were good. The employees are as nice as can be and the place is clean. I'll go back, but probably won't go out of my way for it. 4 stars is too much. 3.5 seems fair. read more

We ordered in the drive thru and after exiting and unwrapping the order, it was wrong. We then needed to circle back around and take the order inside the restaurant for correction. After many apologies, I waited for the correct order however while waiting, I observed 4 MORE patrons also returning orders that were not correct and one man waiting who told me it had been over 20 minutes since he had to have his order redone. Truly not acceptable! There was plenty of help in that restaurant and with this many mistakes, they need to appoint someone to oversee the kitchen. read more

I was excited to try the New Burger joint in town, had never heard of it but looked at a few random reviews. It was above & beyond my expectations. Tried the Butterburger - Mushroom & Swiss, it was soooooo good, I had the crinkle fries, my daughter had the onion rings both very good & we tried their RootBeer, loved it. While we were eating they brought around samples of their Flavor of the Day Custard, it was awesome, so we ordered the Party Pack on our way out & shared it with the neighbors. My first time at Culver's was when I came to visit my brother in Fort Mohave. It was right after a nice day at the river and my expectations where blown. Ever since that day I've craved Culver's. Fast forward to present day I just moved to the area and have fallen even more in love with this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I've never sat in to eat at a fast food restaurant but this is one of the only places that I will ever eat in at! Their Root Beer is so good!! I always get the Double Mushroom and Swiss burger with Bacon added! Fries are always crisp and fresh! Cheese Curds are literally addicting especially when dipped in Cheese sauce!!! This place is so good. While on vacation through Las Vegas and Arizona I decided to make a detour to hit this spot. I first noticed this place 2 years ago while in Phoenix but I was not able to stop and try it. Now I was not gonna pass up another opportunity. I was not disappointed. Very good bacon cheeseburger. Onion rings were great and of course I had a vanilla custard which my son and wife took from me. The only thing that could have been better were the fries. I prefer them more seasoned. Sure are a lot of whiners out there about this place. Don't know why other than they all seem to want food etc for free. I have been here a total of 3 times. Each and every visit was better than the last. Food is fresh and hot when brought to table. Beats the Macs that have been sitting in the warmer at MacDonalds. Culverts onto something with their Frozen custard. Delicious to say the least. Prices are reasonable, staff are clean and friendly. Restaurant also very clean.
