There was zero enthusiasm or training even with 5 girls working. What few tables there were are crowded in by the long line standing close by, which had grown to 20+. I wouldn't want to sit down and eat my ice cream with someone's butt just inches away. To top it off, my ice cream barely crested the cup. We won't be going back.

So many places with far below par service have come to expect tips. I was given a table marker and sat myself at a small round table by the window. Within a minute or so, another young lady brought my orange juice in a disposable cup. A few minutes after that, my breakfast was brought to the table. The sausage, ham, and bacon were all on top of the English muffins with poached eggs on top of that. Hollandaise sauce was slathered across the entire plate, it was luxurious! There were not potatoes included, but that is fine, as with the three meats it was very satisfying. I judge breakfast spots on how well they make Eggs Benedict, as not every place does it well, L'grande knocked it out of the park! The eggs were perfectly poached, not too runny. Every bite of my breakfast was incredible!!! This hidden gem in Casa Grande knows what they are doing and I sincerely look forward to returning and trying other menu options. Keep up the fantastic work ladies and gentlemen, this was a very pleasant experience.

Drinks (N/A): While they do have beverages, I only foot good. Food (3/5): Their food truck mostly consists of desserts (though they do have nachos too). And this was a bit of a surprise: they have more than churros. They also have cheesecake bites. And they don't even have full-size churros, just churro bites. What is cool is that you choose your drizzle and toppings (for an additional charge though). I did the churro bites with Nutella drizzle (for an extra dollar). The toppings are $2 extra. And you have your choice 10 or so drizzles and 10 or so toppings. I love churros. When you think of a solid churro, it should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With a good amount of cinnamon sprinkled on the top. These churro bites were a bit over-fried. Which greatly impacted their quality. The Nutella helped, but it could only do so much. Operating at a food truck festival is a tough proposition. Food vendors have long lines and they have to deliver quickly. Which often leads to a decrease in food quality. Outside of a festival, I wonder if their churro bites hit at a higher level.

I ate here on Friday going up to Phoenix and then ate on the way back heading back to Green Valley. On the way up the food was good but I've had better at Culver's .Unfortunately they didn't put any napkins in the bag. it makes it a little tough to eat in the truck without any napkins. Ate there on the way back on Saturday. The food was just okay this time a little subpar for Culver's.When the gal brought the food out to the truck I specifically asked her did you put napkins in. She said yes I did.as I unpacked the orders for my girlfriend and I got to the bottom of the bag and guess what no freaking napkins! Overpriced ice cream items. Ordered a small root beer float. Got a small 12 ounce glass with root beer and one small scoop of custard inside for $5.00. Jack in the Box in Casa Grande has root beer floats, 24 ounce size, for $5.00, and Sonic sells ice cream shakes and products for a good price. If Culver is going to overcharge me for a small root beer float, I suspect the rest of their menu is pricy as well, and I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

I had an excellent experience at Culver's! The staff were quick and efficient, getting my food ready in no time. The ambiance was enhanced by nice lighting, making it a comfortable place to dine. A delightful surprise was discovering that you can sample their ice cream--definitely a treat! The burgers were exceptionally fresh and hot; each bite was consistently delicious. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see!
