We had the two piece cod dinner and the 2 piece chicken tender dinner. The cod is good, you get two sides. The portions are small in my opinion. You get a dinner roll that Im not sure anyone actually eats. The chicken tenders are just ok. Those two small dinners were over $30 which is just too much for what you get. At first, I was going to dislike this service because I received a burger with mustard and since I'm allergic to it, I couldn't eat it. I called and spoke to the manager who was extremely nice and managed to treat me with coupons and my meal on the house. My burger and fries came out piping hot and so good that I forgot take pics because I was hungry. My chocolate shake was delicious and creamy! The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The staff was attentive to the other guests and made sure that tables were clean and wiped. I didn't use the restrooms, so I don't know what they looked like. Overall, this was a pleasant outcome and the manager appreciated how nice I was after I told her the mistake. She takes food allergies seriously since she also suffers from a food allergy. My son received a free meal coupon from school for this Culver's location because he made the middle school honor roll. I think it is Awesome that they have community involvement. Of course we had to go redeem his free meal prize and celebrate his accomplishments immediately. We ordered two cheeseburger kids meals and and a double cheeseburger basket. Everything tasted hot and fresh. The kids meals came with little ice cream coupons so when we were done the boys got ice cream. They got to pick out whatever flavor they wanted and the ice cream came in the perfect kid size cup. The store was decorated in cute valentine decor and was very clean. The food was good. The tea with lemonade was disappointingly disgusting and the continued sale of it should be deemed a crime. It was the artificial lemonade flavor that smells like some toilet cleaner I've used before. Came inside to grab a bite to eat...I ordered the single butter burger with pickles, tomato and cheese with a side of cheese curds (one of my favorites!! Esp good with marinara!!) I love their pickles they are cut thicker and just super yum on top of the amazing butterbun!! I also ordered a water and got my food and it was not hot matter of fact it was soggy on the bread I hate to even put this in there but we are all here because we want the true facts! I wanted a 6 piece shrimp and a 6 piece shrimp "combo". But they don't show the price for the 6 piece by itself. This is confusing and very annoying. So I ordered the "Combo", and then he says would you like a drink with that? Oh it doesn't come with a drink. Then he made it so it did, and I asked for another 6 piece shrimp by itself, meaning just the shrimp, and it came to $23.41. So I just paid but it sounded high. Went for a Root beer it was badly balanced so i got a coke and it tasted funny too. Then we get our food and he had ordered me a meal instead of just the shrimp. which explains why I paid so much. It came with a roll that was cold and butter that was colder. Please make your menu more transparent. I was happy to know this Culver's was going to be closer to my house than the other Greenwood location on 135. As Culver's go, they are consistent in quality and content. I usually get anything chicken, but the burgers are great too. I am not a fish eater, but I hear the fish sandwich is highly praised. The other basic and popular sides are good such as the fries and onion rings. One of the few items on the vast menu I basically have not tried is the cheese curds. I will make sure to try them sometime soon. For a fast food restaurant, they are well rounded and the quality is in the upper level. read more

I tried culvers for the first time ever and it was pretty good. My husband had the cheeseburger and he really enjoyed it. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The fries are crinkle fries my favorite! I highly recommend their frozen custard they have different flavors of the day. When we were there they had blackberry cobbler yum!! This is a newer location to the Southside located off Emerson Ave. we stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night and they were super busy so we decided to just eat inside. They do have outdoor seating at this location. Inside, they were busy but efficient. As far as Culver's go, this was probably the most clean store I've been in. My experience overall was busted on this burger called pretzel haus. Please, please, as a chef, learn how to pickle your onions if you are going to offer that as a condiment on the burger. It was very vinegary and clearly not fresh in pickling terms. If I could give this review NO STARS, I would ! I just went there and ordered a hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry and got a caramel sundae with no whipped cream or cherry . It was dark so the caramel looked like hot fudge and usually the cherry drops into the ice cream anyways so I didn't think anything of it . SUPER unsatisfied with this establishment and it's upsetting because they used to be amazing and that's why I drive out of my way to come here . We had a horrible experience with this location today. I went there today to get lunch for three of us in our office. When I got back to the office, I realized they had only given me the food for two of us. I called them and spoke to Miles, the manager, who said my only options were to drive back to the restaurant to get the food (while my food gets cold?) or have them send me coupons to my house. He did not care at all that they messed up. He even asked me when he initially got on the phone if I was the person missing the onion rings so I was not the only person at lunch who didn't get all of their food. They didn't care that someone didn't get lunch because of their error. We were so frustrated that we went back at the end of the day to get a refund for the missing food. We talked to the owner's wife, Andrea, who was extremely uncaring about their poor service. There's plenty of places to eat in Greenwood so we won't be going to Culver's anymore. read more

If i could give this zero stars i would. I went there lastnight Saturday march 4th and let me tell you was absolutely horrible. Went thru drive thru ordered our food and pulled to the window bunch of young workers working. We were trying to talk to them and see if they got the order right and the person in drive thru was just waving their hands in their air and not listening. We were given a number to pull forward which we did. The person who brought the food out shoved the bag into my wifes face and was like here chicken sandwich and concrete mixers. Like damn. Then goes about snatching the number sticker off the window. Like if you dont like your job get another one. Absolute garbage. I am literally never going to a culvers again in my life because of my visit I had a half hour ago. It was like 20$ for two combos which were god awful. My girlfriend's was a dry cold cheese burger with wet limp bacon and zero toppings or condiments or toppings just nothing. I got a cod fish sandwich combo which was horrible. They put shredded cheese on it for I don't know what reason because its gross and it had wilted soggy gross lettuce or bland old coleslaw..... couldn't tell. Took two bites before realizing the fish itself was soo soaked it looked like it was laying in a pool of water after it came out the frier. So both our sandwiches went directly to the trash. The fries were fine but thats all that was edible. Should have got my money back but they didn't give me a receipt either and no napkins. I'll just take it as a lesson and never come back and hope this place goes out of business. read more

Both cheeseburgers were cold. The cheese was just slapped on them and was not melted at all. I guess being Friday 13th was bad luck. Last visit to this establishment.
