Seems moderately overpriced. Had a small sweet potato fry and medium shake, was charged $9. Sweet potato fries were delicious; but lacking in quantity. Seasonal pumpkin sea salt and caramel shake did not appeal to me--really sweet. The outside of the cup had a lot of ice cream on it--very messy. read more

My first visit to this Culver's was excellent. The place was very clean & sanitized posted by a sign on every table. The staff was very attentive & friendly. I stopped at this location while staying at a local hotel and I must say that the food is really great, bit the service stole the show! We don't have this restaurant in CA, so we decided to try it. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and speed of service. The food was great but the service and attention we received from the staff was the best. Sarah went above and beyond what I would expect at any establishment. We wish we had a place like this in our area. I'm originally from Idaho falls and this place reminds me of an old school local burger joint. Pretty solid menu options that are a little more diverse than most places. The fries are great, love the crinkle style. They also, in Idaho fashion, have fry sauce which is awesome. The butter cheeseburger is a great choice if you want to keep it simple. read more

I Google Image searched "crispy meat juicy cheeseburger". I found a bunch of recipe websites and this one photo of a Culver's burger. I was like, "hang on, this is it!" I went and had one that night. Culver's is good. I tried the pork sandwich and it was "ok" but I doubt I'd get it again. I tried the fish sandwich and it was good. I would eat it again. I tried the Swiss mushroom burger, it was good and juicy. No I didn't eat them all but I got to try all of those. The crinkle cut fries were good - liked those. The chocolate custard was good. Would get it again. Their root beer was good too. 5 stars? No, but will certainly come again. Staff was awesome, friendly and fast. read more

I don't know about you but I find it difficult to do a review on a food chain restaurant. But I have to say the outstanding service that I've heard from these guys has been phenomenal day in and day out. I like their own root beer! Many of the people that I've been served by are young, either in high school or fresh out of high school. They've been nothing but cordial and very mature so the training Culver's does is spot on with customer service. I usually go there and order their Reuben sandwich or their double hamburger with jalapeños added. Sometimes I'll just stop in for a lemon smoothie which is always refreshing during the summer days. Like most restaurants they do love their veterans and will reward them with a discount. Culver's isn't like the fast food chains we're all used to. It's a good down to earth Quality all American restaurant. And you don't have to eat fried food but please try their onion rings without salt. I think I'm going to head there right now, after typing this review. LOL read more

Food is really good. Service is friendly, however, fish dinner for over ten bucks then you have to buy a drink because this $10 meal does not come with one is absolutely ridiculous. Aside from being courteous, helpful and positive, she even helped choose meal options that saved us money. Stopped in for lunch today, Saturday. Not too busy I ordered the double bugger with cheese curds and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings. We both had their root beer. First my hamburger was very good it tasted like an old style flat topped burger and it had all the condiments. My wife's chicken sandwich, she said was just okay. Both the cheese curds snd the onion rings were very good. The only downside is they are very slow getting the food out, other than that it was good. read more

The food was really good! My only compliant is that there wasn't quite enough tartar sauce on my cod burger, but the bun was full and the right amount of soft and the cod was perfect! :) They had a lot of cashiers, so the crazy lunch line went quickly. I came into eat with my boyfriend on 12/13/17. It was only our second time there but our cashier(think he was a supervisor) Sam, made amazing suggestions. The food was awesome, definitely 10 out of 10! Would recomend to anyone! Sought out a previous burger place I visited when passing through Idaho. Not sure I landed in the place I was seeking, but even months after the experience I recall the great service. Even the employee who was off work but came to Culver's to eat dinner was supportive of our experience. The guy behind the counter (husband of one of the employees, I believe) was GREAT. Our food (4) and experiences (6) were both well attended to and and we would gladly return. We had burgers and a concrete, left full and joyful. They do what they do very well. read more

Came here on a Sunday and the employees outnumbered customers probably 4 to 1! There were employees everywhere. Great food, great service!! We just ate at the Idaho Falls Culver's and were both really impressed. The fish was soooooo good and so was the chocolate frozen custard with peanut butter chunks. We're not used to such friendly service as we received. The restaurant was super clean too. There's a great selection of food, it's not just burgers so something for everyone. I ate at a Culver's in Wyoming about a year ago, and I loved it. So I was excited for one to be in town here. I understand there to be some bumps and bruises as they opened because we don't have any other location near us. But every concrete I've ordered has come out nothing like how I ordered it with the cashier. It's now been two months and I've been there several times. Each one is nothing like what I ordered. I'll have one mix in that's correct or even the wrong custard flavor. Really guys? I'm done ordering there from now on. read more
