After the movies we went to Culver's for dinner. We walk to the counter and ordered no line no wait. The customer service was great. Our order came out extremely fast. The server was super helpful and nice. We order a a kids burger meal, tender basket, bacon deluxe basket and a culver burger basket.. unfortunately we didn't room for dessert because the couple next to us had milk shake that looked amazing. The restaurant was nice and clean. We sat outside and it was so peaceful and we laughed and a great time. Very satisfied read more

This place tried to kill me.... twice. I am allergic to tomatoes, I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes which of course was given to me with them. I didn't know til I was back at work and learned I was going to go without lunch that day. I called the store and told them of the issue and the owner pleaded with me to allow him to make it up to me and that they would put my receipt into some book and next time I come in they will remake the entire order for me. I agreed and the following week I went in to claim this remake. To be clear they KNEW they were remaking the lunch because the last one had tomatoes and I was unable to eat it. I take the sandwich home and take a bite thinking there is no possible way they would screw it up a second time. I was very wrong and sure enough there was a giant slice of tomato on it. I called and told them the issue and that I would no longer be going to the place of business and if I end up in the hospital for taking a bite of it that a lawsuit would soon follow. Luckily some meds kept me ok but that's the second and last time I will allow this place to potentially kill me. I will never be back. read more

Previously I visited the Culver's off Gate Parkway. I had a single Butter Burger, which was very juicy & pretty darn tasty! Tonight my son and I had our first visit to the brand new Culvers off Monument Road. I got a basket meal with a single Butter Burger, fries & Diet Pepsi. What I actually wanted was Onion Rings, but they were out! Story or my life lol. It seems anytime I want onion rings or a milkshake, no matter where I am, they have run out, or the machine is down, etc. After looking at the fairly extensive frozen custard menu, I really wanted about 7 flavors of sundaes, cups, and cones...but it was about 45 degrees outside and the thought of eating something cold like that didn't thrill me! I do think in the summer, Culver's will do a booming business with the frozen custard! My burger was actually not as delicious as the first I had at the other location. The beef was over cooked and not juicy. You can choose between raw or grilled onions. I chose grilled, but I didn't care for the texture. To me, the onions were sliced too thick to be grilled. A bit soft on the outside, but still raw-ish. The fries are crinkle cut, which are usually my fave, but these just didn't have much flavor. My son had a basket as well, with a Wisconsin Swiss Melt and Cheese Curds. The Swiss Melt is a burger with grilled onions and of course Swiss cheese, served on lightly buttered, grilled rye bread. I tried a few Cheese Curds and they were better than most I've tried. The breading was interesting. We got a Sourdough Melt to take home to my other son. When I asked him how he liked it, he kinda shrugged and said the meat was thin and he had to scrape off the onions. (Oops, didn't realize this sandwich had onions and he does not like them!). Some interesting things you'll find at Culver's that you don't see at many fast food places: Beef Roast & Pork Loin, and mashed potatoes with gravy and also broccoli as sides. I would like to try Culvers Chili. They also have Chili Cheese fries. You probably couldn't go wrong with that! The interior at Culver's is a little more mature, if you will, than most fast food restaurants. It is mainly gray, gray, and gray lol. I did see charging outlets at many tables, which comes in handy. Pepsi products are served at Culver's. Not terribly impressed with tonight's visit, but hey, it's opening week. I will be back when it's warmer out to try some of the frozen delights! read more

We always enjoy stopping in whether it's after a movie or just for a meal. We were returning from an out of town trip and while we were waiting for our meal 2 employees came in, apparently they had been on break, and they reeked from the smell of marijuana. I'm don't know what Culver's policy is on this but I didn't notice if the on duty manager addressed the 2 employees. It was very obvious from the odor because it filled the lobby area. I'm usually in Culver's at least once maybe twice a week and this is the 1st encounter of this. I like everything about this location but this should nor be acceptable. I have loved Culver's since I used to visit Wisconsin for the variety of the menu. I enjoy the cheese curds, the onion rings, the fried cod and shrimp, the custard, and of course the butter burgers. Since we have Culver's in Florida now I have a tried a few different stores, with very mixed results. This store was perfect though. I ordered the fish sandwich and my hubby had the Rueben, both were excellent and would highly recommend. Have to say service was outstanding and the food was so good on our first dine in meal, that we actually returned a second time in the same week for a drive through burger meal. We really like how efficient the drive through service is handled. While technically this is fast food, the food is definitely a step above your standard drive through restaurant. So many options but I recommend whatever your entrée of choice is, upgrade the side to onion rings, they are worth it. Doesn't hurt my impression of this being the best Culver's in the area that their fountain drinks are Coca Cola products, not Pepsi. read more

Butter burger, fries & shake is really good, this coming from my brother who is a very picky eater these days. Fries were done just right, kudos for the frequent oil changes in the fryers. Great service and hospitality from the moment we walked in. It was our first time dining at a Culver's restaurant, and the young lady taking our order at the register did get annoyed when we bombarded her with questions, and was very pleasant. Anything in regency area where this Culver's is located is notorious for horrible service and food compared to same restaurants in other areas. Culver's trains the employees as good as they can. This place offers one of the best double cheese burgers around, if you like lto etc makes it even better. Pro tip - if you order fries get a side of the cheese sauce it's like $.69 and dipping your fries is like heaven , you don't know till you try. I got a pint of chocolate ice cream I brought home for later and it's better or on the same level as whitz's etc Unless you like cheese curds or know about them I wouldn't recommend trying them, they are good but I'd recommend just getting fries with the cheese sauce as mentioned. If you want a chicken sandwich go elsewhere, it's nothing special but will get the job done satisfactory if that's what you want and there with a crew. Overall the best fast food in the area by a solid 1.5 stars, Chick-fil-A near there is one of the worst on the planet. You can't go wrong. read more

The problem with this place is the ownership. He won't allow proper resolution to an issue. Proper resolution for customer retention is apologizing for the error and exceeding the expectation of a resolution. Here's an example of how to retain a guest - Taco Bell: they forgot sauce- when I called to explain they forgot the sauce - the manager said to come back and ask for him. He gave the sauce and 2 coupons for free tacos on my next visit. That is perfection and I still go there. Culver's - nope- if they screw up- they apologize - but there is no "feel good" in their resolution. They will refund money - but they never actually "make a proper resolution" to retain a customer or promote loyalty. My gas money/ my time- does not factor in to the fact that I had to find out they forgot part of my order. They said come back and we'll make it right. They never actually made it right- I opted for a full refund and told them I would never give them an opportunity to receive my business until they figured out how to truly make something right. When they opened they were amazing. But when a customer has to carve out more time and spend more on gas to just get what was paid for- 100 percent of the onus is put upon the customer. I just think the owner is money hungry and greedy. When the store screws up- ALLOW THEM TO FIX IT. I was told verbatim- "The owner won't allow us to comp anything". What about my time, my gas and my aggravation to the restaurants error?! I will not reward this owner with my business. I would suggest that unless they fix what is wrong at the top- you should avoid this restaurant. Very sad read more

I also had a root beer float and was not that impressed with that. There was super long drive in lines but no one on the inside so I went in. My husband and I stopped at Culver's last night for some frozen custard. He was almost run over in the parking lot by a speeding SUV. We finally got inside and ordered our Concrete Mixers. We had a few people asking if my husband was ok as they had witnessed the SUV incident. The custard arrived at our table. I didn't taste any Salted Caramel in mine. My husband had his with cherries and he said it was ok. I asked for a lid to take my custard home but that was evidently too hard to do. One of the employees said they had lids but I would have to take the spoon out. I said that was fine but I still didn't get the lid. Why was that so hard? We were getting our cat washed at car spa on atlantic and Monument Wednesday morning. We decided to walk over to Culver's for the first time. Wow, if you haven't tried them you should. You won't be disappointed. Everything from the greeting at the door to placing our order was outstanding. Very friendly staff. Very RUDE, person, Kenya, took my order, who was very condescending/negative. After I ordered and got to the window to pay, I asked the young lady who took my money if she took my order and she said no, and the RUDE person who took my order was very PROUD to give me her name!!! Kenya was the name on her name tag; however, she was very proud to give me her full name, Shakenya (I think) as she rolled her eyes and said something negative about me to the nice young lady that took the payment.
