They were out of the premade pints in the freezer for lemon blackberry; they willingly hand-packed a pint for me but they refused to put two flavors in!!! I have _never_ been to an ice cream place that wouldn't put two flavors in a hand-packed pint. My local favorite will do three. I've had places do four or more. One star deduction for refusing to mix my pint. That's not the best service. One star deduction for only OK taste. Interesting place, maybe a bit too large - feels like a candy store instead of an ice cream shoppe - and not somewhere I would revisit, unfortunately.

No "hello," just cold, unpleasant energy. We're visiting in town so we took our nieces. My daughter wanted a Mudslide Blizzard. She asked the blonde girl at the counter. She said it was only available online. When I asked if we could get it if I placed the order online, she replied with a rude and dismissive "I guess..." -- not a yes or no, just attitude. After paying for the rest of our order, I tried to place the order online for the Mudslide Blizzard, but the site said this location wasn't accepting online orders. I explained that to another employee and asked if I could pay for a different Blizzard but have it made like the Mudslide. She looked over at the same blonde girl and then told me no -- saying "our manager will get really mad at us." Still trying to be reasonable, I asked if they could just make something close to the Mudslide. To top it off, when I asked the second employee for the name of the girl who had been so rude to us, she told me they're not allowed to give out names. No accountability, no ownership, just a complete lack of care for the way customers are treated. This was such an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and the willingness to help a customer -- especially when we're being respectful and just trying to order something for the children. I really hope management takes this seriously. This staff needs retraining on both customer service and professionalism. I would recommend going to a different location.

I asked for a Dubai Chocolate Cake, and the employee told me it wasn't available--even though three were clearly visible in the refrigerator. The cake was labeled $37.99, but they tried to charge $39.99 and insisted the printed "7" was a "9." This felt dishonest and unprofessional. The service with the sundae was also careless, and I even had to ask for a lid. The shift in‑charge, AJ ( i guess he is Indian guy "Ajay"), handled the situation poorly and added to the frustration.
